Visited during a week day for the first time, parking lot and restaurant were empty which made for a nice quiet experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, seems very authentically Mexican. We can say the same for their food, which was amazing. The quality and taste were to die for, and we are absolutely coming back. I love the test of the birrias tacos put they are so stingy on the meat. It already happened to me twice and I let them know and they were so sorry that will not happen again. But of course it did. And the thing for me is that they charge 18.00 for three tacos and hardly any meat. U guys gotta do better if u want to charge that much for 3 small tacos. read more

Review of food: 5/17/2025, was my first visit to Los Reyes Mexican Delights Restaurant located on Quail Roost. The food was excellent! I wanted to visit the next day but I had an upset stomach. I ordered the Nachos dish. The portion of food was great. The quality of food was excellent. I knew I would be back. Review of Ambiance: The restaurant is very presentable. The atmosphere was pleasant. The colors of the chairs match the tables and surrounding decor. Very calming. Review of Service: On 5/27/2025, I returned to Los Reyes Mexican Delights Resturant to order the exact same Nachos dish I ordered on 5/17/2025. This time the Los Reyes employee told me she could not sell me the Nachos unless she pours refried beans on the nachos. I requested the refried beans be placed on the side because by the time I get home, the beans make the nachos too soggy. The employee refused stating the Owners and Manager told her she cannot sell the nachos with the refried beans on the side. Customers must by the Nacho dish as is made in the picture. I asked to see the manager and the employee said no manager was present. I asked for number of the owners. She provided me with a card. I called the first number and the employee working in the ktchen answer and could not speak English. I called the second number and left a detailed voice message with a call back number for the owners. It is now 5 days later and no manager, no owner, no one returned my call. Therefore; I must give Los Reyes Mexican Delights Resturanant and F- (minus) for service. I have never heard of a restaurant refusing to sell food (specifically nachos) the way the customer requests. If a customer is allergic to jalapeños pepper, that means Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant will not sell me the dish without putting an item I am allergic to. That makes no sense. It's a shame that a resturant with such good food has rediculous policy. I call the Owners/Management to ascertain is the employee was accurate. The fact no Owner or Manager returned the call confirms the rediculous policy of you eat the food as it is made on the picture and menu. Or maybe, the owners didn't think the customer's question and concern wasn't important enough to deserve a call back. read more

The presentation of this dish was awesome with pink mexican rice and refried beans. This restaurant is very clean . Very good, fresh food. Ingredients were fresh and everything seemed homemade. A little pricey for the area and strip mall location. However, it is clean, nicely decorated and the service was great. Cashier was friendly and explained the menu well. They add an 18% service charge which I think is a little excessive considering you order at the counter and carry your own drinks to the table. complete disappointment. ordered two taco salads and was unable to eat because it was salty to the pointe that there was no flavor other than salt. I addressed the issue with store manager and owner and they completely refused to provide any sort of credit which means there is no customer service. I will not order or recommend this restaurant if they treat their clients so rudely. I give zero rating. read more

As a Mexican I am disappointed I would be embarrassed to even consider getting food there again. Went there on SATURDAY and For one the Horchata is not even homemade at least make it taste refreshing way too sweet you can tell it's not homemade for sure, their "asada" tacos are mid and dry. It was giving asada DUPE and their chips that come with it were very stale. The guac really tasted store bought and their "salsas" pure liquid and I DID in fact requested the spiciest salsa before picking it up. They're not even spicy at all I had to bring out my own salsa I carry with me just in case for this reason. It's like they didn't even try, but I will say their fresas con crema is fire. The esquite was mid. Since the owner unprofessionally told me to go talk to their chefs that make the food and how guac is made, I would definitely make it better as a Mexican I wouldn't disappoint unlike this business. The esquites good taste but cold. The carnitas for the tacos it was good the flavor but it was liking and wet of grease. The taste of carne asada was bad it taste fake. I've been wanting to write a review but, decided to hold off. I went with 2 friends and ordered three meals, 1 to eat at the restaurant and 2 to go. The total was close to $50 so, I left the a $4 tip since I had to order my own food at the register. When I got home, looked at the receipt, and saw they had charged me a whole bunch of fees, taxes, and an 18% service charge. Mind you that I had already left them a tip. I'm sorry, but this is totally unacceptable. The food is good, but I feel they're stealing from people without their knowledge. As for me, I won't be going back. They're already expensive, and then want some more of your money. Don't think they'll be staying in business much longer. read more

The food was good, but we had a terrible experience. I hired them for a private party for my work. The party starts at 5 p.m., and they are supposed to be here at 4:20 p.m. to set the table with the food and decorations. It was 4:30 p.m., and I started to write and call them because I didn't know anything about them. They didn't answer my calls or my messages. I assumed that they had a delay, but I asked them to please answer my messages because the guests started to come and we didn't have anything to offer; the tables were empty. When they finally answered my phone call, they told me that they thought my event was at 6 p.m., so they got here at 6 p.m. and finished setting the table at 6:30pm. It was so stressful for me, and I think the lack of responsibility is evident. Very bad communication. I can totally understand that mistakes and delays can happen, but they need to communicate with their clients. I asked Jackeline for a discount for their mistake, and she said no; they didn't offer us any compensation for the delay, which was very bad management of the service to the clients.
