My husband and I are moving to Bartlett and have been looking at the many offerings the area has to…read moreoffer since starting our build. Le P'tit was the first to pop up on my feed and immediately caught my attention due to its unique menu, historic building, and secluded outdoor oasis for the fair weather seasons. When asked where I wanted to have dinner on my birthday, the answer was easy, L'ptit! We were greeted by the Chef Chopra outside, who welcomed us and asked us to choose the seat that suited us best in or outdoors. We chose a seat outside as it seemed most guests were enjoying the nice weather in the garden. Chef Chopra introduced himself and explained the complimentary montadito, and presented the current specials. We loved that he took time to ask what brought us in, and when we said that we were building a new home in Bartlett only minutes away, he shared that although he has been all over the world he always misses good old Bartlett, IL. This is the kind of connection and service you won't find at franchise restaurants! We enjoyed cocktails, myself a dirty tini with bleu cheese stuffed olives, and my husband the traditional old fashioned and the P'tit old fashioned - both of which he enjoyed. We ordered the hummus for an appetizer - my husband never orders humus. Not a drop was left. It was so flavorful, and since I am intolerant to gluten we loved that it was served with cucumber "chips". We will definitely order this again! Our entrees were both specials - mine the steak and shrimp tower and my husband's the Birria. We could t decide whose was better. The shrimp and steak were so flavorful and beautifully cooked, and the beef and consommé of my husband's was out of this world. My takeaways from Le P'tit: We will be there - regularly, before we move into our home, and after! Have a cocktail, they are fabulous. Talk to Chef Chopra any chance you get. He has seen the world and loves to see his guests enjoying his menu and the atmosphere of his establishment. This is what supporting local is about! Enjoy your time at Le P'tit. Savor. Take a moment to slow down, disconnect from the outside and connect with the ones around you and enjoy the wonderfully and thoughtfully prepared dishes on the menu. We can't wait to be back!

Cute little place with amazing small plates at a great price too!…read moreService was really good as well! They were attentive but not over bearing which was very nice! Great prices as well since we had maybe 4 plates that we shared along with a bottle of wine and the bill was under $100 which is hard to do nowadays!

This place was great, the bar staff and DJ were great as well…read more However, some of the locals walking were a bit too tipsy and they were getting too friendly and disrespectful towards our wives after several times telling the local drunk that they were there with their husbands. The locals were still very aggressive towards us as if we were the ones being disrespectful. Before things got out of hand I had to approach those who were making the setting uncomfortable to know that we were just here having a good time. Things were okay. I live in the area and I would expect this kinda of behavior from the city but not from a suburban bar. C'mon on now, We were in search of a local bar that we could have a good time at. I was not expecting this type of behavior. To top it off I tipped in cash and left a tip on my cc cause the bartenders were good. Honestly, I did not see anyone else in that bar tipping the bartenders. The bar staff is great, just be careful with the locals.

A friend and I finally stopped in for a drink and a catch up. Originally I went inside, which is pretty divey... ok, the whole place is divey (full disclosure: I like divey!). But we ended up going out back to their beer garden. It wasn't busy when we were there (weekday evening) so we were able to enjoy a nice and chill atmosphere. The drinks are relatively cheap and the staff was friendly to us the whole time - what more could you ask for from a dive bar?! While I can't say that it is like this all the time (I honestly wonder what Friday & Saturday nights are like...) I can say that we enjoyed ourselves. In the future I don't think I'll be rushing back here, but this was by no means my only visit to Prairie Station Pub.

Ordered Square's pizza for pick-up. This is my third time having it since it's located near me…read more I've been there once before to dine-in. It's a pretty casual, tiny spot with giant TVs playing sports. There's also a bar. It's connected to Atlas Chicken so you can order from either restaurant which is nice. When I came here for dine-in awhile back, my experience wasn't great as the waiter and kitchen staff got our order wrong. We were given the wrong salad, but our waiter let us keep the wrong salad and gave us the correct one. There was also missing pizza toppings, but he still charged us for the missing toppings. We had to ask him to take off the charge. The take-out is easy and quick. They also offer their slushees (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to-go which is cool. Their pizza is Detroit style and is decent. If you don't like burnt crust edges and less sauce than cheese, you probably won't like this style of pizza. I do wish the crust was a bit thicker. I tried some of the bourbon peach tea slushee and it was refreshing! If I go there to dine-in again, I'll get one. They have 50% off pizzas on Monday so I'd like to come back for that deal.

1/2 Price Pizza Monday's! Squares Pizza Pub has opened directly next to Atlas Chicken in Bartlett…read more There is minimal exterior signage for Squares specifically and there is additional parking along the side of the building. They share a front outdoor patio and the interior is subtly divided yet connected. The atmosphere does come across as casual to match the fast casual style of Atlas Chicken. The Squares Pizza Pub side has a large bar, some back booths, and a good amount of tables. The menu has a variety of appetizers, salads, and pizzas. The pizzas come in two sizes: small (4 slices) or large (8 slices). We ended up ordering a small Sausage & Fennel Pie & Pepperoni Hot Honey Pie. I loved the flavor of the Pepperoni Hot Honey with sweet ricotta and honey that pooled in the pepperoni cups. The crust was crispy yet the center tasty doughy which is true Detroit style. Their pies have a sweeter sauce which I enjoyed as well. It was great to visit when pies were 1/2 off so we could try two flavors. Most specialty pies are $18 for a small and $32 for a large. The owner stopped by our table to see how we liked the pizza and talk about the inspiration behind Squares. This is a great addition to the Bartlett area and I'm so happy I was able to try them out!
