Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. So I ordered for delivery on 3/10/18. The driver took so long to come, when he came my food was $12.30 so I had a $50 bill and I needed change he didn't give me the exact change back and kept $8 to himself he rode out and left before I was even able to tell him there's change missing. I call the restaurant and as I try to explain to them what happened they hung up on me about 3 times until I finally spoke to a manager and let her know about what happened. The delivery driver told the manager that I told him that it was okay for him to keep $8 when I never said that. He came back with my money but this isn't the only thing that happened. There was a staple inside my food, I called the restaurant again and they told me it might have been from the take out bag but it makes no sense because it was inside my food and if it was from the bag it wouldn't even be in the food. What a mess! First and last time here. I ordered a salad and the only request was to NOT add the potato strings and when it came it had them. I sent it back and to my surprise they scaled the entire salad and left only lettuce tomatoes and chicken. I started eating when I checked the menu for the ingredients and called the waitress (another dumb ass) and asked her about the missing ingredients she took it back and I could clearly see the cook pissed off grabbed the Parmesan cheese and started pouring it on the plate like no tomorrow. When I finally got the plate for the 2nd time it was a mountain of cheese and still their famous pineapple sauce was missing By the way the menu stated for another type of cheese. I got pissed off and called the manager she offered to fix the plate again and I said NO! Reasons why I'm giving this a 1 Star. Even though the food is good and price is good. The service I must say was horrible and sketchy. Our friend brought in a creed bottle to show us and right before we left the restaurant our server stole it and tried to hide it in the garbage. We came back trying to find it but the server denied seeing it and the manager was no help at all. Defending her server and complaining cause we wanted to see the security cameras. Overall we saw the video and it turned out the server took the creed cologne bottle and wrapped it in a to-go bag and put it in the garbage for him to take out later. They told us to come back tomorrow, but we knew if we left the cologne would not be there. And we are talking about $300 worth. We found the bottle and we were shocked. We are not coming to this place again. And I recommend anyone or to my friends from church to not come here. These are very sketchy and slick people. Ordered from the Eat 24 app last night. Said 45-60 min for delivery. It took almost 2 hours! I called the restaurant and they said that it was on the way. It arrived 10 minutes later and was ice cold. Seriously, cold. The order wasn't correct either. I ordered my son a burger with bacon and nothing else. I added a note saying- nothing else. It came with no bacon and had Cole slaw on it. I couldn't get all the slaw off and my son was mad because it was late, wrong and cold. I couldn't blame him. My chicken quesadilla was fine. Do not recommend this place to anybody with zero patience. I called the place to order a pick up order (1 chicken quesadilla and 1 tequeno), I get to this place within 20 mins when I entered I still waited an extra 30 mins to receive my order. Mind you the place had 6 employees working and two customers that were already sitting eating. I call this lack of management in having useless employees. The food is not worth the wait. Amen. My friends and I went here last night after playing at arcade odyssey. Los verdes is a clean place, with a friendly staff that is willing to explain the dishes to non Hispanic patrons who don't know what a "parrilla de carne" is. I was delightfully surprised that the parilla de carne had enough steak to last me through the whole salad bowl. I recommend to check this place out. Oh, and order some of the hot sauce that comes with empanadas and put it on anything. Taste really good. read more

I experienced the worst customer service tonight. Placed an order for delivery for 2 chicken burgers with fries and was told it would be about 40-45 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called just to see the status of my order and was told the delivery guy had left with it 30 minutes ago and he should be arriving within the next 10 minutes. Twenty minutes after that I called AGAIN when my food still hasn't arrived and was told he should be getting there soon that the order before mine was apparently farther than expected and that's why it was taking longer. Meanwhile at this point this means my food has now been sitting in the delivery car for 50 minutes which I'm sure was cold by now. After an hour and a half of waiting for my food I called and asked them to call the delivery guy and cancel my order because I was not going to eat cold food, the guy responded oh he's still not there? Ok give me one second to cal the manager to cancel the order. About 5 minutes after the delivery guy still showed up at my door and we told him we had canceled the order and he was like oh ok. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care or concern, I will never order from this restaurant again! Not much variety in food, honestly was not worth it considering the food had no flavor. You have to literally drench it in sauce so it can taste like something. Not only that, but when I went to pay, they didn't even ask me if I wanted to put tip, They automatically added the tip on there and charged me!! What if the server was horrible? Or I didn't have enough funds in my account to pay for the bill? I would've had to go through the embarrassment of being told that my card was rejected. I'm sorry but that's a huge pet peeve!
