This is a small bar/lounge on the side of the market that is popped up during the day but of course me and my friend are eating near midnight because we are still on Vegas time. This was one of the closest places to us that had an open kitchen. They invited us in for drinks and a great time. I ordered a ginger ale because I wasn't feeling well and my friend ordered some Coke. We took a look a quick look at the menu and my friend decided to order a pizza. She meant to say just cheese but instead order a 4 cheese pizza with no sauce. I took one bite and noticed 1 of the 4 cheeses taste very weird. I then ate only the crust. The best part of this place was the people.They employees were dancing around and having fun. They were really relaxed and just hanging around with the locals. Again the place is a lounge. They had music inside, EDM (which I was very pleased with) and they had girls dancing and some of the employee couldn't help but stare. These girls were in tight small shorts and then the fun began. The name is probably after an Irish folk ballad by Tommy Makem. We sat at the bar, as we only wanted drinks. On a Friday at 11 or 11:30 it was busy but not packed. The bartender was nice enough, but they did not know what a BLACK VELVET was! (Guinness and cider) They knew how to pour Guinness (in 2 parts) but the only cider they had was bottled, which is typical, but they looked at us as if we were nuts when we explained that Guinness is sometimes mixed with other beers/liquids to form new drinks. They need a bilingual mixologist in there if they want to attract Americans (but who said they were?) The atmosphere was upbeat, the bartenders were civil but not 'friendly' in the way I'm used to in a pub, but it was fine, I'd go back for lunch/dinner.
