He took great care of the kids and party:) get there early if you can, there was barely any parking yesterday. Took me 20 minutes to find parking. We decided to have my sons 11th Birthday party at Lost Worlds this year. It's always a challenge with his Autism when there is a high sensory locations. I noted his Autism when booking and they went ABOVE and beyond to make accommodations! Their manager Ken was not only familiar, but went out of his way to make sure my son was comfortable and having a BLAST! They made accommodations that he could go through the laser tag before it started and see the place with the lights on! They even let us have our own private game with the music down lower! Every detail of the party was covered by our own party host, too! I didn't have to worry about a thing! So happy we chose Lost Worlds to make a memory!! I've debated writing this review for awhile but finally decided i should. This place was so not worth the price. We brought our kids for mini golf and the jungle gym. The mini golf was a complete joke. There were so many unsupervised kids whacking at ball's and sending them flying hitting my two younger children. The play structure wasn't much different. I had to speak to staff a couple times about kids climbing up the slides and causing crashes. With so much for kids to do all over the place I'd stay away from here. read more

I love the dinosaur theme, it's done up really nicely. There are a lot of activities to do here, it's just overpriced if you aren't here for a birthday party. Overall this is a great place to come on a rainy day. I especially like the play structure, my kids are busy on it for hours. Food wise it's the typical pizza, hot dog, junk theme. I would like to see a few healthier options on the menu for kids (as well as adults). And beer served here would make it 5 stars. Worst customer service EVER! For starters the place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms look worse than a gas stations would. Secondly I paid $40 per kid for them to be able to do laser tag we have now been here for 2 hours and they have only ran 1 round of laser tag in that time. My kids (all 9 year old boys) quickly got bored off they're small "ninja course" for $40 plus socks totally at a little under $159 for 2 kids it is a complete waste of money. Don't waste your time or risk your health at this disgusting facility. Lost World is great and kids have a great tome but lately I feel like maintenance is not a priority for them. The murals are peeling and the play structure doesn't look the cleanest. My family went on a Thursday. We couldn't figure out what was the correct time for opening because they had different times posted on yelp, on their website, & on the automated call. I ended up messaging them in Facebook & they were opened at 10am instead of 3pm. The place is nice! Decent size. Could use a lot of upgrades. In the big structure play, there was an area taped off by yellow tape. Most kids would ignore that & go through the tape. Looks like a few kids already try. Pretty scary! I've only seen one worker by the big play structure & she was just on her phone the whole time. Actually, all of the workers there seem like they can't stand kids and hate their jobs. No warm greetings & no smiling faces. Kids like it. It was a little different than your average arcade. Mini golf was cool looking, but the sounds through the speakers were a little too loud. Ok came here looking for something fun for my girls to do and I'm here wondering why I didn't just give them the money I spent so they could get stuff at the mall. The play structure is decent enough but feels like it needed a bit of cleaning. Then the minigolf is ok but no one really observed any etiquette to who is playing first and there were parents that were rude and just played on top of our turn. And finally the food area is a joke , they tried to charge me almost $11 dollars for a slice of pizza and tried to tell me that the menu wasn't updated but I talked to the manager and they gave me what I paid for which was a personal pizza, still expensive for a personal pizza. It took too long to get it and it was mediocre. I really wanted to like this place but it seems if they don't like how you look you get treated differently because I asked other patrons and they were getting charged the exact prices on the menu. The concept is a great idea and I do like I can bring my son to play in the play area. Down side. The staff is really on the young side with little to no care for what's going on. Long lines to pay to get in I understand having to take your warm food and stand in that same long line for 15-20min while your food becomes cold not cool especially when you have two staff members at the cafe and the behind the main counter (only the cashier doing anything with a line of twenty people. Ok the cafe. We waited ten minutes for help then the guy went for help and waited another 15 for a guy who took 15 min to put a hot dog in a bun and put cheese in a bowl for the pretzel. He then handed it to me told me to pay up front and walked away. Didn't even get the drinks asked for or offer napkins. The food was served cold and had hair in it so I had to toss it. Asked for a manager and the guy went to get John and they said he'd be right out, after 15 min of waiting I decided to just leave. I won't be coming back here with my son. For the price to get in and the additional prices (food, mini gold, laser tag and to play the games) this is place is too expensive to make the drive from danville. Aside from the player area I'm not very satisfied. This place is mostly flashing glam and I can get more for my money going to Chucky cheese then here. All in all not happy. read more

I know it says that someone will contact you 48-72 hours before your party but I have questions that need answers before I decide to spend my money at your facility. Waste of time! The park in your neighborhood is better than this place. First time here and was told I had to pay for myself and my husband. I was thinking it was like rock n jump in Dublin so I paid and we ended up just standing there watching my daughter play. The girl at the front shoulda told me that it isn't a big place- maybe it was my fault I shoulda checked the place out first. I guess that's a lesson learned. I'm aware that mini golf is not the main focus of the facility, but I still felt like it was a complete waste of $24 for my family of four. While the design looked cool, the course was not logical. The rocks that laid on the course blocked most of the path and there was no route to take that went towards the hole. It felt like a complete afterthought of the facility. Also, balls should be provided in different colors so people can tell whose ball belongs to who. The course is also made out of foam that breaks away when balls hit it and outlined in bricks that are unsteady and move. We also had kids running from the play areas onto the courses. While we only came today to play mini golf as we were strapped on time, we had considered coming back to let our kids in the play areas, but this visit made me want to look at other options. read more

So I'm here right now with my 10 year old daughter and she is having a blast. I'm pretty sure the reviews are from parents that were expecting unicorns and rainbows fireworks to explode with glitter when they walk in. I am looking around as I sit in the parents lounge with HUGE fans to keep the place cool and all the little kiddies are smiling, running, and tiring themselves out for a nice nap afterwards. The play area is in the corner with one way in and one way out. Kids can't get lost, as long as you keep your eyes on them/the exit. The staff is young, but what do you expect for a place that's ran from 11am - 8pm? It's their summer job, so you gotta respect the hustle! I paid $14.58 for my child and myself (w/two pairs of socks) and I think that's a reasonable price for a full day of my child releasing lots of energy! I give this place 4 stars because it's not as big as the website makes it seem to be, but it's tons of fun for the KIDS nonetheless! Would definitely come back. It was our first time coming here & the place was great, tons to do for kids, well kept & fun for pretty much all ages. However I went for a birthday party & my cousin had a horrible experience when it came to the food. The kids didn't get all their food out before the "adult food", things she didn't order came out & things she did order was missing, she and a few of us even had to help refill the soda pitchers because our party host was busy trying to correct all the other mistakes being made. With how expensive the party packages are it should've ran wayyyy more smoother than it did. The vip band that we were sold , consisted of a McDonald's like play structure , black light Mini golf, some obstacle courses and laser tag. The wait for laser tag was way too long so we didn't utilize that part of the warehouse . Play structure was good enough for my son but I could've just taken him to chik fil a or something for 1/4 of the price . Mini golf was small but was probably the best benefit of the wrist band . Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have 2 toddlers ages 2 & 3 and finding clean safe places to take them is a challenge. This place is super clean and very safe. I have been here twice now and plan on coming here a lot more often. Super inexpensive at only $8 per child to play until closing. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the playground seemed really dirty im talking about dust and candy wrapp all throughout. Also wanted to take my 2 year old to the smaller/toddler section but it was filled with older kids building forts and what not. We couldn't really enjoy because the big kid playground was also filled with older kids running all over the place pushing the smaller kids without a care in the world. This place was playing MJ songs and had a dizzying array of arcade games from Star Wars to Fruit Ninja. It's packed at the moment with people and their children. Great to notice the peaceful interaction of the people here. All the kids seem to be well supervised by their respected guardians or parents. The ambiance is pretty awesome. On the darkened walls are frescos of Paleolithic Dinosaurs while large groovy light fixtures hang from the wall. Despite the hot weather outside, the interior of this arcade is cool and well ventilated. First time here and wouldn't mind stopping by again for a party or get together. read more

Went to a bday party here and I REALLY wanted to love this place. We have 4 kids, and places like this can make or break us. There were many things I liked, many things that my children enjoyed, BUT I couldn't overlook the fact that they need to hire some 25+ year olds. Maybe a retired preschool teacher? Someone with experience, someone to take charge. This one young man in particular didn't look like he was awake. While we were there, two little boys collided. One had a very very bad gusher of a nosebleed. There was blood on the steps leading to the trampoline. The staff just froze. One girl came over with gloves on, cleaner, and towels ( We were all relieved) then she realized that she was in shoes (not the "special socks") so she walked away from all of that blood, was gone for quite some time, and came back with the socks on. Nobody stood there to prevent kids from stepping, jumping, playing in the blood pool. Anyone with any type of blood born pathogen training would know that the blood is far more important than the SOCKS! It was bad. I was yelling out at people who didn't listen, telling kids to stay away. I almost took a photo and then I realized that it was sick/inappropriate. I also remembered that I am a yelper, and not an investigator. The poor boy had to take off his blood soaked shirt. He wanted to stay and play, so his parents went over and bought him a shirt. I think if a grown up ( or someone who actually cared) were involved, they would have comped the poor kid a tee shirt. Another thing that I didn't like is that they kept both of the front doors wide open. My baby almost ran out and I ran after her. I had that crazy mom run going, and the half-awake guy says "bye, thanks for coming" Yeah. That's how I've decided to exit the place, running and gasping for air! Again, if a grown up or someone who actually cared were involved...... They need some type of barrier. I admit that my baby behaves like she's training for some type of toddler triathlon, but- any child can just run straight out to the parking lot. Mr sleepy at counter would be happy to give them a monotone "goodbye" Maybe someone called in sick that day, it just didn't seem like there were enough employees to go around. If you're considering giving this place a try, I will tell you why we liked it. The climbing structure is very fun. It's big and high enough to be exciting and a little bit of a challenge for little people. My girls loved it so much, that I only got a still picture when they fell down. Lol The birthday party areas are really impressive, very private and the kids thought that they were super cool. The decor is great. My 4 year old is shy, and Audrey greeted her warmly. The babies and big kids areas are separate (too bad that some parents are clueless). My older two played golf while the younger two were at the party, and they liked that also. The bathrooms were clean, there was a changing table, and special seat to strap a squirmy toddler in. It starts to get crowded after 11:30, so go early. It also starts to get warm in there, so go early. We don't know how the food is, the hot pretzels weren't even started yet at 12:00. My big kids were disappointed. It saved us money though. My final impression is this: our 4 year old is shy and sometimes sticks to me like velcro. She disappeared into that inviting climbing structure, and every time she reappeared she was smiling and laughing! She didn't want to go home. Will we return? Most likely. I hope they hire a few more people, and post one or two inside the climbing structures. It's unfortunate that so much policing is necessary. I noticed that quite a few parents weren't stepping up ( as usual). I think with experienced staff in higher numbers, doors closed, grown up presence, and air conditioning, this place will continue to get better. Three stars and climbing. read more

I really want Lost Worlds to succeed as this is the only place, to my knowledge, of such a caliber within Tri-City's vicinity. Yet, as much as my kids enjoyed the playground a couple of days ago, we are NOT coming back anytime soon and I would advise all other parents to do the same. The reason is that Lost Worlds is severely understaffed and dangerously undertrained. I'll go into the details in a minute, but I'd like to highlight the business' positive sides first in order for my constructive criticism to serve its objective purpose. So... Pros: -Plenty of stuff to do for kids of different ages -Large facilities that do not feel overly crowded even on a rainy Saturday afternoon - Outstanding playground structure with a designated area for children 4 years old and younger -Really friendly staff - Reasonable pricing Cons: In addition to a confusing parking situation, there is only one serious con there, but its severity undermines all the aforementioned pros: the entire playground is a one big HEALTH HAZARD. The threat can be broken down into two related main categories: 1. Staff Training A little girl had a peeing accident in the structure's toddler section. I wanted to find an employee to clean a pretty big puddle in the middle of the playground, but couldn't locate one for quite some time as there are very few of them to begin with and they do not wear easily identifiable uniform. Finally, I located one staff member (he looked like he was a 15-16 years old) and told him about the situation. Poor kid didn't know what to do. He grabbed a piece of paper towel and started to wipe the pee off the mats with his bare hands. I had to tell him to wear gloves, bring a disinfecting spray, and put a sign to warn people that the area was wet. 2. Rules Enforcement Lost Worlds requires everyone, who wishes to use their huge indoor playground, to purchase safety socks on-site. No other footwear or bare feet are allowed on the structure. This is a great rule if it is enforced, but it is not enforced. Plenty of kids and adults wear their safety socks all around the premises including bathrooms. It is only a matter of time before Lost Worlds' clients get sick and start filing law suits for unsafe practices. Another example would be the slides: Lost Worlds' slides could be tons of fun if hordes of kids were not climbing up the slides to collide with kids going down. I tried to find a staff member to take the situation under control, but to no avail. I asked to speak with a manager, but he never showed up. So, finally, I picked up my kids and left. The bottom line is that this place has a great potential if only the management hires, trains, and properly clothes more staff. Until then, - my friends and my family are not coming back. The first time we came here it was cool. We only came for the play structure, and somehow got suckered into some laser tag. No biggie though, it was a blast. Today, however, not so much. We came strictly for the laser tag as our boys didn't enjoy the play structure so much. So , here's some advice: 1. GAIN SOME CONTROL AND ORDER. If the parents don't want to keep control over their kids then the employees should be there as guidance. You don't have to run a boot camp, but some kids are just out of control and need to be checked or taken back to their parents. 2. Don't take peoples money, hand out laser tag figurines, and let a gang load of people in to play if you don't have enough WORKING VESTS for them to enjoy their time. My battery was about dead and the man said "if it dies during the game, come get me and I'll give you another one." Really, where are you going to get another one... All the working vests are on the body's playing the game... And where exactly in this MAZE... IN THE DARK, will you be. 3. Get your snack bar together. I bet if I were to even inquire about bringing outside food in I'd get a no, but yet you all have nothing to offer. Furthermore, teach the people working the snack bar about cross contamination. Serving /fixing food with the same gloves you take money with is just filthy. Otherwise, the young people working here are really nice. A little too nonchalant but nice. I have three kids. All under age 9. As you might expect, I've made the rounds to these indoor bounce/jump/blast/climb places over the past few years. Lost World Adventures just opened this past year, and I've been twice in the past month: both for birthday parties (once for another family's and once for my own son). Here are my notes The play structure. On the younger end of the spectrum, the play structure is great. There is a nice protected area for toddlers with great visibility for the parents. For the more adventurous young ones, the larger play structure is quite safe and just large enough for parents (or older siblings) to trail...watch your head though. My oldest son is 9. He and his friends definitely enjoyed the different areas....but not as much as the Lazer Tag.... Lazer Tag. Easily the highlight of this place. Huge maze. Well functioning easy-to-use equipment. My wife even tried it and loved it. The lightly fogged arena offered a futuristic light show of a battle. My 5 year old requested some accompany him the first time as it's slightly dark, but after his first run, he was amped to return solo. Mini Golf. Black lit. 9 holes. Good for both adults and kids. Games. Ticket style arcade games. Skee Ball, hoops, air hockey. FPS games. One last comment on customer service and cleanliness. The staff were great. Drew, our party host, was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Helped corral 20 kids from event to event. 5 stars for him. Everyone on staff was friendly, informative, and went out of their way to make sure our event went well. The place has hand washing Purel dispensers all over. The party rooms were constantly being wiped down and mopped. I know for germ-a-phobes, party places can be frightening, but that's inevitable when you group kids in one place indoors (try visiting a preschool). That being said, the Lost World team was constantly cleaning the place down. Good job. In summary, great party place. Lazer tag probably the best part. Amazing staff, ive been coming here since they first opened and have had booked a few of my kids bday parties and just love coming here so my kids can get a good exercise in while playing and I can get some work done. They have video games, laser tag and mini golf but for my kids, its their huge and elaborate play structure. They also have food and drinks and during the summer, they are open on Mondays. Anyway, the staff, as mentioned previously, are polite, professional and have great enthusiasm. Just came in today on a Monday and came with one of kids and is having a great time. Please don't waste your time with this Halloween zombie laser tag, the rounds last 30 seconds and it is a huuuuge waste of money.

3.5 Stars but rounding down because parking was a hot mess and there's not comfortable seating for adults. Be very careful when driving through their parking lot. Its centrally located between Cabernet Sports, Umigo Cart Racing and NB Courts. There was a huge basketball tournament going on and there was hardly any parking. There are also lots of kids (excited to go to Lost World) that aren't paying attention to the cars driving by. So essentially this place is like Super Franks but Dinosaur themed. I was impressed with the interior and the way they decorated the place. Lots of Dinosaurs and LED lights to create a fun and festive environment. There is an additional cost to participate in Mni Golf and Laser tag. We did not go into the Laser tag arena so I cant tell you what its like inside. There's lots of video games and various ticket games where you can redeem your tickets for prizes. My kids and I only utilized the large play structure. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Be cautious of going there on really hot days. On their FB they said that they installed AC in the play structure area but it was really just a large industrial fan. Yes, it helped keep things cool and got the air moving but it was not by definition AC. My kids loved it and didnt want to leave. They went home tired and sweaty! From the kids perspective this is the greatest place ever but realistically, parents are the ones who are there with them. The plastic garden seats along the wall (there's only about a dozen of them) along the wall were not comfortable. If you didn't get a seat there you would need to park it on one of the stools next to the play structure. We spent about 2 hours there and spent about $40 for a family of 4. It was $15 for the first kid, $10 for the 2nd kid, one adult was Free and any additional Adults were $5. You also are forced to buy their socks for $3 a pair. So just to get in the door it was $39. We realized that we probably didn't have to pay for the 2nd adult fee as you can come in the building with out a fee to play video games (you would be restricted from the play structure area and the uncomfortable seats). You also are not allowed to bring any outside beverages in but they don't check your bag. I would suggest bringing bottled water as your kids will get thirsty running/playing in there. I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately the customer service and lack of management ruin the millions of dollars worth of equipment and theming. I spent almost an hour trying to find someone to tell there was no soap or towels in the woman's restroom. A roll of paper towels eventually appeared but no soap ever did we were there for 4 hours...they serve food so let that sink in a bit before you order from the woman at the cafe. On they way out I tried to tell staff that the garbage can had been ripped off the wall but the one staff member who I managed to flag down at the front desk wouldn't even let me tell him he said " I have to run laser tag and ran away" after 10 minutes of trying to get the front desks attention I left and figured the photo on yelp might get their attention. We waited in line for half an hour to get in because the one person working the front counter was that slow, and they have it layed out so that the entrance person handles all of the laser tag, golf, and merchandise sales. There was a whole unmanned counter for ticket redemption that had on one at it. After getting our hot dogs and nachos there was no where to sit because all of the tables in the open area where in use by ad hoc birthday parties so we had to sit perched on 2 chairs while our kids used our tray as a table and stood to eat. There was a teenager sleeping at the opening of the When we finally made our way over to the giant play structure the kids had a good time but there was no where for adults to sit and once again a giant ad hoc birthday party taking up 3 couches and several chairs. So like other parents we stood in the waiting area watching our kids. Not what I was expecting for 30 dollars in entrance fees and socks for our 2 kids. There were also a number of rough older kids running around (including in the toddler area). There is no staff anywhere to help but put one foot not in the approved socks out of line and they are there in a second. I watched a parent try to go get their crying kid without the right socks get booted. At the end of it all our mandatory socks had a hole in them. I think the hardest thing about it all is that it has the potential to be an amazing place with just a little bit of customer service and operational training. read more

This is a great place to host birthday parties for your kids! There are many activities like Laser Tag and Mini Golf that even bigger kids or even adults can participate in. If you sign up for one of the party packages, you will be assigned a host that will help you organize the activities with your group, help with cake cutting and packing things up to go, if needed. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure your party is on time, since some packages only include 2 hours of time in the reserved room. That time just flies and you'll have to move to the common area, which may be before everyone even has time to have cake. We came here today for a fundraiser and we really enjoyed our time here. My kids were here for hours and they didn't even want to leave. No one ever complained of being bored and everyone had fun! My toddler really loved the play area with the slides and the ball pit. She had a great time climbing up the stairs, building towers, jumping, and playing! I usually feel like I don't get my money's worth for my youngest since she's little and a lot of places don't seem to cater to the under 5 crowd. My boys really liked the laser tag, mini golf, and arcade. They also spent a lot of time on the play structure. I, personally, had no problem finding staff members. I didn't really have need for any other than at the counter and at the snack bar but I was able to quickly get the service I needed when I needed it. I also thinking the management is fabulous for having a fundraiser to help Unravel Pediatric Cancer. I think it's wonderful when a company gives back to the community! read more
