When I asked them if they can provide any insight on what happened, they mentioned he was playing rough and was relaxing by himself- my dog doesn't relax by himself when he's around other dogs, he's playful and his RELIABLE dog sitter calls him the life of the party. They did however confirm they saw blood on the floor but just assumed it was from another dog's urine-- WHAT! As a dog owner we all know when there's blood in a dog's urine it is watery, it doesn't actually look like blood! My dog had blood under his eye, an open wound and blood reside in his hair. His veterinarian confirmed it wasn't an injury playing with another dog.

They're a very energetic breed and at a hyperactive age so we didn't expect them to be super chill, but we take them to the dog park everyday 2x a day and can confirm they just play like huskies do. They were too much for the staff to manage, which is fine, though we were anticipating the staff to be experienced with all types of breeds/etc and were disappointed it didn't work out. I noticed a lot of signs indicating they're short staffed for daycare, so it's possible there's just not enough people right now to take on higher energy pups in the mix of a large group. Our pups had so much fun on their first day with a small group, we were really looking forward to using Elliot's house!! I saw some other reviews that suggest this is a common experience for energetic breeds trying out daycare here, so just leaving a quick FYI for other owners since it's a lot of time and money to find a daycare that's a good fit!!

I was anxious about establishing a new routine after so many years (and with such a quirky pup lol), but Mary was so professional and communicative about her business and services. It was super easy to set up a meet and greet and just go from there! I love the fact that requests are run through a simple, easy app. It provides great flexibility and helps avoid any miscommunications about scheduling. Plus, the photos and the notes from the walks are highlights of my day! And, of course, there is always the option to reach out directly for ad-hoc / special circumstances as well. Every member of the team maintains that same level of professionalism and care. Talking with other dog owners in the neighborhood, you hear that not every walking service is as kind or safe with animals. It just reaffirmed over and over that Hounds in the Hub was absolutely the right choice. My girl, Blue, is sociable, but often aloof. We had moved and needed to find a new dog walking service for while we were at work during the day. After making what seemed like a million calls, I found OBH. OBH is totally full service, picking up the dogs, and dropping them home-while also taking them for 4-5 hours daily on adventures. Our dog jumps off the bed each morning as soon as he hears the van in the driveway. Their service is affordable, even more affordable than most dog walking services that are for 30-60 minutes. You cannot get better bang for your buck. There is a yearbook every Christmas, which is so cute and funny. We will be moving again, and won't be able to access OBH, but are so thrilled to have found them for the past few years. Can't recommend calling them enough!

Textbook ineptitude, and lack of communication between AM and PM shift. Nice work losing a customer...came here after Paws Off Leash closed, time to look again. Ask for a receipt!

The groomers at Dapper Doggie are kind and gentle and the first time so came to pick her up she was napping in the lap of one of the staff who was holding her after her groom. Harlow has a positive association going to the groomer and I'm deeply grateful that I can trust she is treated with so much love and patience there. Great communication and wonderful grooming skills; the only groomer we use now!
