Great meal indeed. We went for our anniversary and enjoyed the spicy Duck Tan Tan and Garlic Noodle mazemen. Both were tasty and totally different flavor profiles. Definitely would get both again as well as try more. I liked that they offered both broth and nonbroth options like the mazemen. It was also nice to watch the team plating and detailed garish game.

Wow, what a special experience! Made reservations for a Friday evening dinner. Restaurant is very small and intimate. There was no seating available inside besides the bar seating so I reserved an outdoor table. Luckily the weather was around 70s so it was perfect. They offered several mocktail options which I appreciated since I don't drink alcohol. I ordered a spicy margarita. Very good and refreshing! For our appetizers we ordered the tuna sashimi, hamachi crudo and the Not so traditional caviar service. For our entree, we shared the garlic noodle mazemen. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicate. I loved how they explained each dish and how they used ingredients from their own garden. You can tell they were intentional with each dish, bite and experience. Even the chef stopped by to explain the sashimi dish! I can say they definitely deserved the James Beard nomination. Would definitely go again to try other dishes!

Lotus Noodle Bar is an unassuming name for an incredible culinary experience. This is not your typical Asian noodle bar and the fact that it's located right here in Saint Augustine is beyond luck! We made a reservation for a table near the noodle bar so we could watch the magic. It's like watching a painter or jewelry maker. I suggest sitting inside the dinning area. It felt like the patio was an after thought expansion and you would not get the true feeling of the place. However, if that's where you are lucky enough to a table at all, that's okay! We shared a sake cocktail which was a bit too sweet for our liking. We should have stuck to the excellent Sake and wine list. The steak tartare which is the chefs unique Asian spin on a classic. Which really every dish is his own unique spin so don't expect anything Typical. Dine here for the Magical. He ordered the spicy duck Ramen which feature ground duck instead of the traditional roast duck you find in most Asian places. The broth was the perfect amount of heat and balanced well with the rich traditional noodles and egg. I scored with the beef brisket Raman. I could slurp that broth all day! Every bite was yummy Delicious deliciousness. I selected to have mine with the rice noodles. I was a little worried that it would be too delicate with the brisket, but actually these were not thin, slimy rice noodles you would expect. they were perfectly cooked and worked well with the Ramen. We skipped dessert because we're both watching our weight but both selections sound really interesting. If we were bringing visitors, which I'm sure we will one day, we would've selected one and tried a bite. We will have friends visiting in April and Lotus will be on our MUST DO list.

Best Ramen I have had other than Japan. I had the Spicy Duck it was so good. I tried my wife's lobster ramen soooo good. We had the spicy cucumber appetizer it was very good! The experience was fantastic for our first time! Heather our waitress was so helpful and fun! The place is very clean and great ambiance! The details around the restaurant are so nice! Lastly you need a reservation to come here.

A cozy and elevated spot that's absolutely worth making a reservation for! The team is incredibly kind and attentive, and every dish feels like a high-end, flavorful culinary experience that transports you somewhere else. We love bringing the most special people in our lives here. Our brother, who is a chef in Philly and has worked in award-winning restaurants all over the world, told us this was the best dinner we've ever treated him to. A truly special and unforgettable dining experience. Just note that reservations are required so the team can give every table the best possible service.

Lotus noodle bar needs a Michelin star! Chefs kiss to everything on the menu. I had a date night with my husband and our baby and absolutely melted in my chair for how AMAZING the food is. The experience, ambiance and fine dining is everything I look for. The house was quaint and had a japandi style design. The lightly dimmed atmosphere really sets the tone. The appetizers and ramen were insanely good! You get high quality food, bold flavors and a perfectly portioned amount of food. The price is well worth the quality and I can't wait to go back again. The chef did an amazing job This is what real authentic food should be!

A culinary delight. A very creative ramen menu that delivers on quality, recipe, and taste. We had the Duck Tan Tan and the Garlic Noodle. Both are dense and rich in flavor. Truly wonderful ramen. The service and s precise and efficient. Lot to love about the Lotus.

Amazing flavor in both ramen dishes. Lobster and noodles and the Duck ramen were exceptional. Highly recommend either. Had the cucumber appetizer. Also good. Impeccable service and the ambiance was definitely upscale

Lotus Noodle Bar is St Augustine gem and truly Michelin-star worthy. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an intimate, thoughtfully designed atmosphere that feels both cozy and elevated. The open kitchen is one of my favorite part, seriously, is there not something special about watching the chefs at work, showcasing their culinary skills at the highest level with precision, passion, and artistry. Watching the noodles come together in real time adds to the experience and deepens your appreciation for the craft behind the food. Lotus Noodle Bar isn't just a meal, it's an experience, and one that leaves a lasting impression. A must-visit for anyone who truly appreciates exceptional food and atmosphere. FYI: the brisket noodle dish, is fabulous!

Had to try Lotus Noodle Bar after seeing it rated as #1 in the area in a particular site. Definitely need to make a reservation. This place was top notch from the ambiance to the service, then tasty drinks which I had a Sake Mule, Chef Barry Honan brings a nice mix of French to Japanese eats. The appetizer of Sweet & Spicy Sunomo was DELISH to the Ramens which were Great! The open kitchen shows the detail that goes into the food. The Chef comes over to each table.

Went to Lotus Noodle Bar for a birthday dinner and had a great experience. Reservations are highly recommended--we saw several walk-ins turned away due to no availability. We sat outside despite the cold, windy weather and were very comfortable thanks to individual electric heaters at each table. We started with the banchan and tuna sashimi; both were beautifully presented and full of flavor. For ramen, I had the lobster ramen (buttery, savory, and seafood-forward), and my husband had the spicy duck tan tan, which was sweet, smoky, and spicy. Portions were generous, and the experience felt like fine dining while still leaving us very full. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

So... we heard about this spot through a friend, from a St. Augustine local... and immediately made a reservation after looking at the menu. This was *such* a fun and perfect date night - I cannot wait to go back. It's in a spot you'd never knew existed - we probably drove nearby a hundred times - and is the cutest and coolest place. I'd describe it as *charming*. Great vibes as soon as you walk in - it's small but spaced out enough that you don't feel too crammed. Everything is beautiful. Service was excellent - we were seated at the bar and had no qualms: timely, attentive, knowledgable and kind server. She helped us decide on our entrees and was there every time we needed something. The food. WHOA. Super unique. Super fresh. Super delicious. I seriously can't get over it. It was the executive chef shaving fresh black truffle on my dish that put this experience over the top. What a whole MOOD! The A5 tartare was super unique with the 24 hour soy cured egg and the toasted nori side to scoop it up. We wanted this one to be double the size just because it was SO GOOD. Worth every penny. Make a reservation and check this place out - you will love every second.

This restaurant hits perfection on every level. The noise level is low so you can comfortably talk at your table. There are several different seating areas. We sat in the dining room which we requested on our reservation. The service was perfect. Server was knowledgeable of the dishes and answered all of our questions. Chef Barry Honan stopped by our table several times which we really enjoyed. When the tuna sashimi is served, he comes to explain the dish and then pours the orange ponzu sauce on to complete the picture of a koi pond. It was stunning and delicious. Every dish is curated with interesting flavors and the honey butter served with the steamed buns is unlike other honey butters I have had. Lotus offers a wonderful culinary experience for whatever occasion you choose to celebrate. It is not stuffy so if you just want a delicious bowl of ramen, you would be welcomed. I did see walk ins in addition to reservations.

They've got a pretty solid Chinese menu with all the standards on it. And then a bunch of Thai curries. For Japanese it has your bento, hibachi, tempora, teriyaki, udon, etc. So you've basically got all your bases covered! I started with hot and sour soup and it was dang good! Chock full of ingredients and decent spice. For lunch, I went with shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice. It was exactly what I wanted. Very happy. Wife got a fried tofu appetizer which was HUGE and then some nice salmon. All very good. Daughter got green curry and it was fine but nothing great. Overall, very very impressed especially for the price. Not gourmet or upscale but I thought it was perfect for takeout/sit down type of place.

This Publix is located along a main road, and is easy to navigate to. There is a dedicated parking lot, and we had no issue grabbing a spot relatively close to the entrance. Our visit was on a Tuesday morning in July, and there were a good amount of customers at that time. This location is either relatively new, or recently went through a remodel. Everything is clean, shiny, and modern. I was impressed with the design of the space, and how organized and clean the entire store was. In addition to the typical grocery portions of the store, there were several tables inside to enjoy your food from the hot bars or your drinks. Originally, we tried to order our sandwiches on the app, but it was giving us some issues. We went inside to order and it was a pleasant experience. There were a few people in line before us, but we were served in no time. The employees making our sandwiches gave some good recommendations when we asked about their limited time offers. We pursued around the store for a couple minutes before we checked out. Our group grabbed some chips and other grocery items to accompany the sandwiches. I personally headed to the hot bar, which was right next to the deli/sandwich bar. They had cheese curds that are sold by the pound. I personally love cheese curds, so I got about a pound's worth. I really enjoyed my lunch! The cheese curds were plump and very tasty. They have more of a breading instead of a crunchy coating, but still very good. My Turkey Pub Sub was awesome. I love how you can truly customize these any which way you want. I even put some egg on as a topping this time. These are even good the next day, as I got a full size and saved one half for a lunch later that week. I enjoyed getting to visit this Publix for the first time. It is a bright and modern location with a huge selection of everything. The staff were all very nice as well. They had various specials and sales in all of the departments, including for the hot foods and subs. I would recommend stopping here for some groceries, or even a quick lunch, if you find yourself nearby!
