This was my first car buying experience, but not my first car shopping experience. I've been to dealers here and there throughout the years, as an adult and with my parents as a kid. We've all got experience with this. Something about this location set it apart. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there, and friendly. I never felt swindled or swayed or disregarded. That is something I rarely see in any of my daily interactions. The communication was spot on. Really a near perfect experience. I made a few mistakes myself, simply because of how happy I was to feel comfortable spending 20k+ on a used truck for the first time. I have purchased 6 used vehicles throughout the years, and new it was time to step up into the real world and take on significant debt for the first time in my life. Mind you I am 29 years old. A lot of us have taken the leap with school, cars, houses, etc. This was great though. I feel confident that I made a great purchase, spent a little more than I wanted, and maybe I might've got a better deal somewhere else, but I drove almost 2 hours to check out this truck. And I will do it again. Definitely an A+ dealership. They even filled up my tank since I had driven so far. Sam is the man who sold the truck, and Patti is the financial aspect. No complaints in the slightest and I am extremely happy. It's only been 2 days mind you, but I am happy purchasing my 2009 Chevy Silverado. If you're weary about dealerships, check these guys out. had the car there today for a simple oil change. we had an appointment for the car. an hour and a half later they still had done nothing with the car and not updated us on its status. they gave no explanation and very much acted as if they didn't care. this kind of service is a repeated problem with this dealer read more

I've been to the dealership 3 times. I bought one Silverado when the time was right and actually got a decent deal. The other two time have been horrible. NO one is sales cares. They attempt to put you into something way off from what you inquired. Then become frustrated with you when you reject. Today I called ahead and asked about a vehicle and they told me it was in stock, I get there and I had been sold. The salesman bring me outside and shows me multiple more. Then shows me the numbers and tells me they are coming down any time soon. When I say once the micro chip shortage is over everything will in fact come down because inventory will be back on the lots. He did not like that. He actually got up, walked away and said "have a nice day sir." Similar situations happened on my previous visits that show me this place doesn't care. Stay away! read more

Horrible experience!!! Will never be back!!! We had an appointment at 9:00, we arrived at 8:45. John the salesperson immediately took action. All thing we're going great until we started discussing numbers. We explained we found the truck on the internet and they shared we would get the internet price along with the incentives. I also shared that I'm eligible to receive the GM suppliers discount. When they came back with the numbers sheet they changed the price of the truck to 67,750 MRSP instead of the 64,750 MRSP as what was stated on the internet. I had even done a quote of this exact vehicle through GM Supplier Discount so I knew what dollar amount we should land at. No one could explain why GM quote was "wrong". They wouldn't agree with me and said the 67,750 is the price period. So after I decided we would move forward with the sale only because we drove 2 hours for this truck and the supply of this exact truck is very low, we waited another 3 hours after my husband complained to someone about getting things signed and so we could get out of there. We arrived at 8:45 and finally left at 12:45. Ridiculous especially since we knew of the exact vehicle we were purchasing. Since we had an appointment and had to get out of there, when going through the papers signing the gentleman did not go through a thorough explanation of each sheet we signed nor the numbers we signed for. Shame on us for staying and allowing this to happen to us. I will be submitting a formal complaint to GM and of course will make sure this dealership is highly NOT recommended on social media etc.... John the salesman was the only one that did his job properly and was a good experience with. Chuck and Fil and others horrible!!! Never again!! Update: After I called the dealership on Monday to resolve, was told by Chuck I'd receive a call back on Monday, now Friday and no call back yet. Requested today/Friday to speak with an owner and was directed to the GM Charlie that I had to leave a voicemail for. read more

I called their parts department today and the rudest woman answered and was mad that I even called to ask a question. I literally asked how much it would cost to get a new key fob for my truck and she was huffing and puffing and groaning like I was just ruining her F'ing day. Then yelled "YOU KnOW THOSE WILL COST YOU $150-200 DOLLARS AND THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE PROGRAMMING!" How much is the programming? "I DON'T KNOW THAT'S NOT EVEN THIS DEPARTMENT" I just hung up at this point because that price is an absolute rip off and that woman's attitude confirmed the feeling I always had about this place. They think they are the only Chevy dealer in the world. I will never deal with this dump again for anything. read more

I bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu there brand new, we received a safety recall notice saying that the brake lights would misfunction. We took our vehicle in for recall repair and they supposedly fixed it. the brake lights would stay on while driving and when applying the brake the brake lights would come off. Huge safety issue not to mention our daughter is driver of the car. once they supposedly fixed the recall it started dong it again with in a coupe of weeks after they seemingly repaired it we took it back and they said the safety issue!!! was fixed again. as our daughter continued to drive this vehicle she noticed the brake lights we staying on while driving and would go off when braking. The same exact problem as before. But this time we took it in for like the 4th or 5th time suddenly the problem wasn't the SAFETY RECALL but another issue although it was doing exactly the same SAFETY issue as described in the Recall!!! No its our problem and after 3 more drop offs and days without a vehicle it cost us $1600 plus total and the vehicle was fixed. Now get this, we went to pick up the Malibu, paid the 2nd half of the 1600 dollars and before we even pulled out of the dealership the brake lights were still not working properly and all this frustration and having professional service done the Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. They said sorry took it back in and found they problem and fixed it without any further cost. So we spent $1600 on a no fix. We called Chevy Cooperate and will continue to call them daily if need be. We took it in again yesterday for ,again the SAME Problem, and they are nice enough to fix it for ANOTHER 450 + dollars. Our experience with buying any vehicle from Lou Bachrodt was a complete Nightmare and please choose another place for buying a vehicle. read more

He didn't sugar coat anything and he is very honest. The used car part via Lou Bachrodt is worth looking into. If you do ask for Larry. We bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and traded in our Audi and leaving the dealer we noticed we forgot our I-pass in the Audi. We called Shane Gillenwater our sales person and he no said problem he would mail it to us tomorrow. That was a Wednesday. The following Monday and no I-pass, called Shane and he said it was on his desk and would mail it right away. Well about a week later and no I-pass call Shane again and he told me it didn't get mailed until Thursday. And texted me the address that he sent it to. What do you know it was the wrong address. How many times can one person screw up one simple thing. So I waited another week for the I-pass the I-pass to be returned to them and called Shane again. He wouldn't answer his phone but texted me back on a Monday that the I-pass was received and he would send it to me tomorrow and call me with a tracking number. Well Wednesday rolled around 3 weeks and still no I-pass and I called his manager and he said their secretary mailed it out today. so at this time it's been 3 weeks and Shane has lied to me every time I talked to him. Don't trust this person he will lie to you to cover his ass when he screws something up and never keep his word. I am also waiting for new front mats they promised us, hope they come. I will say that Thomas was great at least he always returned a call when he said he would. read more

I contacted them on a car I found online. Due to being 35 miles away I called and asked if they were flexible on price ($68xx). The guy on the other line became rude about it, so I said "ok, thanks anyway I am gonna go look at a different car" and he simply hung up on me. I went and looked at another car, then decided to look at this one anyways. I figured I had bought from here before with "ok" results. I showed up and looked at it. The car was not represented accurately in the on line ad in terms of condition. I brought that up, and the sales guy said make an offer. I offered $1,000 less. He said, sure, I will take $6800 for it. I laughed and said but that is what it is advertised for online. He replied that is the online price only, that the lot price is $7800! Really! He would not budge off $6800. Clearly misrepresented, rude personal, and less than honest or fair with their pricing and tactics. I recommend to stay away. read more
