I've purchased two cars from Jack Wolf. The first one was new, and the second one was used. When negotiating on the second car, a Volvo, I asked them to take it to a Volvo dealership for an inspection, which I paid for (Jack Wolf isn't a Volvo dealership), and to which they agreed. The Volvo dealership did the inspection and sent back a report, but strangely enough no one at Jack Wolf could explain what happened to the report. I guess it was sort of just 'lost accidentally on purpose', if you know what I mean. I contacted the Volvo dealership directly and requested the report, which they sent to me. After reviewing the report, I saw that there were repairs needed on the car, and Jack Wolf agreed to have the repairs done as a condition of me buying the car. A friend drove me over to Jack Wolf on the day I was to pick up the car. I asked for the repair paperwork and compared it with the report. One of the items, a repair worth about $100.00, had been missed. When I brought it up, the Sales Manager stated that they could reimburse me for the charge after the sale as it 'needed to come out of another account'. Well, I knew that was a line at the time, but I wanted the car, and my friend had left, as he had not been feeling well that day, so I was essentially stuck there with no other way to get home. Of course, the reimbursement was never forthcoming. About a year later, I was still thinking about this and wrote a letter personally addressed to Mr. Jack Wolf. I was contacted by phone by the same Sales Manager again, who just hemmed and hawed and didn't do anything. This happened several years ago, but I've never forgotten it. Now that I'm on Yelp, I can finally get this off my chest and warn others about the shady practices at this dealership. Here's a little advice to you, Mr. Jack Wolf. If a customer has a problem with one of your employees, please do not make them talk to that same employee again as a resolution to the problem, especially when that customer has reached out to you directly. I will never give another cent to your dealership, so I hope that $100.00 you saved was worth it. read more

Watch those service desk guys. Quoted me a very specific price for the repairs on my Bonneville, so I approved the work. Got there and was told that part of my repair wasn't quoted so I owed more money ($600 more to be precise). When I told him that he indeed did say that the item WAS in the price since I specifically asked about it at the time he quoted me, he blatantly denied it, and told me he would never have said such a thing to me, and if I didn't like it I could have them remove the part, but it would cost me more labor. I have purchased three vehicles from Jack Wolf, one used, two new, in the past five years. I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from the sales department, especially the salesman that I work with, Jose Gonzales. I have always received a good price on the vehicle that purchased and a good price on the vehicle that I traded in. The service department is also excellent to work with. They are always honest about what needs to be done and are very fair with what they charge. I have even been not charged, or given a reduced price for certain things when the service rep felt it was the right thing to do. I would highly recommend Jack Wolf. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE! 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Never came out once during the time I was there to provide an update. I came in with a tire that had a slow leak. Hard to find but they worked on it until then had a fix. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and full explain to me what happened...or what they think happened. i use them as my regular mechanics. They have always fixed things the first time, unless they have to order a part and as soon as it comes in we get things dealt with in a timely fashion. read more

Went in for a routine oil change and was told that I required immediate repairs on my vehicle that added up to over $1500. I brought it to another service center and they had my car for the whole day trying to find what Jack Wolf said need to be done. I was dumbfounded that they didn't find anything and then a day later took my car to another service center, just to be sure, that said the same thing: "Couldn't find anything wrong!" I never have felt so betrayed since I have had work done at Jack Wolf in the past by their recommendations and I also have made vehicle purchases there too. Every time I call or stop in for an appointment or drop in for an oil change I feel that the service is outstanding. It doesn't matter how busy they are, I am treated professionally. I am always given a recap of what service was provided along with a report on anything else that needs to be done to my car. read more

Did everyone catch that 6% comment? They continue to throw the middle finger like this is somehow OK. Let me clarify Patrick's comment. Jack Wolf Dodge sees no reason to tell a customer of a $68,375 car that it was damaged up to $4,102.50. Nice ethics; your mother would be proud. We are talking about a NEW car not a used one. Their little mishap on the lot made this a devalued used car, period. Secretly passing that on to a customer is despicable. Let's ask 1000 customers if this is OK, make that 10,000 - what do you think will happen? By the way, if you catch them after they've denied it, as I did with receipts, they double down on the lie that it never happened - never mind the "We don't have to disclose anything....na na na" argument they're pitching now. Know also, that these devious you-know-whats keep it off a CarFax report as well, because reporting comes only through an insurance claim. John, the General Manager tried that one on me in his first denial telling me if they had fixed it that it would appear on a CarFax thinking I was stupid enough to buy it. He didn't know at the time I already had the receipts. And, the invoice from their local body shop buddies can be written for any amount that keeps them from disclosing it. Furthermore, there is no quality control on the repair like the manufacturer provides, and your factory bumper to bumper warranty is now void on the repaired parts of your car. Do they disclose that? Hell no. Disgusting! What do I do when the wham-bam bodywork and paint across the entire front end of this car doesn't age like the factory paint? My Hellcat isn't a minivan that's going to be dinged at Walmart, puked in, then traded in a few years. It was intended to join the three other collectible cars that I've owned for over 30 years. Had a short in my taillights on 2014 Charger RT..took my vehicle to Jack Wolf service dept 3-4 times and the only thing they did was replace the tail lights which I had told them that was not the problem..ended up taking my car to Detroit...a Chrysler HQ autotech had the issue fixed in a matter of hours...the tech was baffled that the service dept failed to find this short as it was obvious because it was a wiring issue that was exposed to the point it had been burnt by the muffler, which means the service dept did Little or no troubleshooting the 3-4 days they had my vehicle, thanks for wasting my time. read more
