They were busy but on top of it. Everyone wore white button ups with name tags. The guy at the front desk was nice for check-in. It seems like Pete already knew my car situation, as if he checked my file before hand. I really appreciate that detail because it saved time and he already had an awareness. He also took the time to walk around the car and assess unrelated damages, which I think is very smart so the auto shop is not liable for pre-existing conditions. When I dropped it off, I asked Pete "what if I think the color is off "and Pete looked shocked and a little offended ha ha ha. Pete said "the color will be perfect. The car will be perfect. We don't do shit work." He is clearly prideful in his work. They told me it would take like two weeks.
