Everything hit on all cylinders. Server was great! Clued me on to the Friday special that included a slice of French toast. Saved $5 over 2x3x4, that does come with a second slice of French toast. Entire staff and owner were very friendly. They do a great job of keeping everything spick and span. My meal was excellent and certainly will be sure to return again. I was visiting from out of town with family and we were looking for a brunch location in the area. The building is older but very spacious and clean. This is more of a traditional breakfast restaurant than a modern brunch. All the staple items in a good, home cooked meal. The service was fast and the food was good. read more

OMG this was my very first time visiting the OFP and I loved it from the customer service. And me and my husband had the honor of meeting Jimmy and his daughter they was great I felt real comfortable and for me to have PTSD real bad because I'm in a wheelchair and my disability I i'm experiencing how a lot of people can be unkind to people in a wheelchair. I didn't have that discomfort being there. Thank you guys I cannot wait to visit you guys again when we're in town.Ps also I love the fact that it was ADA friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say that this restaurant is safe for those with gluten intolerances due to cross contamination issues. I've gone on several occasions and at first everything was fine. Everything was delicious and fresh and amazing. I was even able to enjoy their gluten-free pancakes without having a reaction. Unfortunately, when I went on the weekend and it was busier, I was able to taste the grill on the food and I also had a gluten reaction to the gluten-free pancake pancakes. I went one more time. I did not get pancakes at all. I got avocado instead and again 10 minutes after I left I had an unfortunate food reaction. As delicious as this food is and is adorable as this restaurant is, it is unfortunately unsafe for me as a person with food, allergies, and sensitivities. read more

Stopped here after a hospital appointment because the restaurant is conveniently located nearby. We were greeted by a friendly host who seated us immediately. The restaurant was clean and relaxing. The server was polite and accommodating. I ordered a cup of green tea, which was good, an avocado omelette, potatoes and blueberry pancakes. The omelette was just okay as it was scorched. This really affected the taste. I didn't care for the blueberry pancakes as I prefer the blueberries cooked in the batter and not poured on top, which is what I requested. I stopped here for breakfast to start my mini weekend road trip after finding out that my first choice was probably closed because the phone number was no longer good anymore. The place is big and dated with your typical Greek restaurant feel. I had an idea of what I was going to get but at the last minute I got the meat lovers omelette instead and it was a great choice. The staff is friendly and everyone who passed my table said hi which was nice. My breakfast looked great with a big fluffy meat lovers omelette that had sausage links, ham, bacon with two cheeses Swiss and cheddar I think. The omelette was meaty with thick slices of sausage links and meat, they don't skimp at all like some places. The hash browns were pretty good also with that great mix of golden crispy pieces and the soft pillowy potato. The sourdough toast was weak because it was not the good kind. Overall they had a decent big portion breakfast that was meaty and if the toast was better it would have been perfect, the toast didn't factor Into the stars at all and it's just for information. read more

From the warm greeting(s) of the staff, to the ever mindful waitresses, this breakfast venue is top of my list. In the recent weeks we have made 2 visits. Both were outstanding. Food well described, served as promised and quality on par with what you don't expect, extremely high. My go to, biscuits and gravy were served HOT, meaty, and what appears to be genuine homemade biscuits. Spinach / feta omelet moist and bountiful. All while enjoying a true full body cup of coffee. Waitresses make you part of the environment with a chat, not a simple robotic order taking script (bravo). I praised the owner on my exit for my very positive experience. Very busy on a Sunday. Was seated quickly by man I'm assuming was the owner. No personality at all. No welcome, no smile, nothing. Didn't end there, waitress was the same. But hoped food would be good considering the place was packed. But unfortunately that was not the case. Food was very subpar. Ordered a BLT. Basic and easy to make. Well not so much. Bread was so lightly toasted it was still white. Very skimpy on the mayo, thinnest slice of tomato I ever saw and approximately 3 pieces of bacon. But let me tell you they made up for all of that by putting so much lettuce on it! But it was the lettuce that is used for under food on a platter to make it look nice. Needless to say that was a simple sandwich and wasn't done well so no need to go back again. read more

This is one of my go to breakfast spots in town, I love their skillets especially the meat lovers big serving and lots of meat, the stuffed French toast is good as well and the buttermilk pancakes fill you up, the staff is always friendly and place is clean and usually pretty busy , definitely a must try for breakfast read more

It's a good old fashion diner. Nothing more. Nothing less. Went there for breakfast and had to wait about 10 minutes for table. Once seated, we were greeted by our waitress who was nice. Ordered hot tea which came in a beautiful carafe which actually poured 3 cups of tea, which is very unusual as most tea drinkers would know. Ordered my eggs as a soft scramble and specifically asked for crispy hashbrowns. Everything came out exactly as I asked. Did not have to send anything back for a re-fire or anything. The hashbrowns were beautifully crisp and my eggs were perfectly soft. Overall great experience and a good old-fashioned American diner that you can expect consistent good food from. read more

There's something that you can't get everywhere that's Liver and Onions. But I found the best restaurant who makes a dinner of Liver and onions, with soup and choice of potato and veggies. And let me tell you if you like liver like I do you have to try theirs. The order is so big I had leftovers, and the price was great for all I got. Oh, I'm sorry to say the food needs a lot of improvement. Breakfast is not the same as it was three or four years ago should be a lot better than it is. It hasn't been the same. Seems like the orders we do put in summer overcooked you cook them and there's hardly any cheese in them. There's hardly any condiments that are in the order. Sandwiches are getting old they need to be updated. I don't think they taste all the sandwiches. They really see what they taste like. They could be greatly improved for the money that they're asking for the food which is I believe is overpriced as well as the coffee oh my God, I know things cost money but there's a lot other restaurants out here. They don't charge that much money in quality service and good food and it's sad to see it went downhill. The service is good can't argue about the service. The girls are doing the best they can with the stuff they provided, unfortunately the menu needs to be gone through and it needs to get rid of sandwiches that don't sell. Don't taste good anymore and then. They're not open at Knights like they used to be animated very inconvenient. There are a lot of restaurants now start opening at night and doing quite well. What I see for the business. The ambience of the building is OK not in the nothing too Wright, Home about doesn't seem to be taken care of as much as it used to be on the outside that's for sure work seems like they just go there collect the paycheck and go home. I have not been back since the table next to us stood up yelling. A roach was just casually walking across the table. I know all restaurants have them but to see them really grossed me out. This review is for the owners regarding the smell of your restaurant. Please inform your employees that it's OK to flush used toilet paper down the toilet. The restrooms stink because your employees wipe their butt with toilet paper then throw it in the garbage can next to the toilet. That creates a really disgusting smell that seeps out of the restrooms. You can smell it if you're sitting at the tables near the restrooms. Otherwise good food and decent service. read more

My omelete was soso, the waitress came out & said they had prepared my wife's skillet wrong so they were redoing so I guess in a rush to get it out they failed to cook the onions & green peppers...not good. I recently moved to this area from Chicago. This restaurant is truly a"throw back" and has take out bakery goods for purchase. I purchased a slice of banana cream pie to go but was really outraged with what I had purchased. This slice of pie is all...not half or even a little; but all whipped cream. There was no banana or cream whatsoever in thus product. I am not going to go back to this restaurant and engage in a discussion with the remnants of this so called pie but I will surely think long and hard if I will go back and patronize this establishment. read more
