Fabulous! Friendly and to the point employees who will help you with the best baked goodies. It's a true bakery inside with a case of fresh baked goods and espresso machine. Can't beat the smell walking in too! We tried a mixture of items: chocolate croissant, cinnamon roll, apple Jesus, blueberry scone, and feta spinach croissant. Plus coffee and lattes. The feta spinach croissant was our favorite. The Apple Jesus was croissant dough in a muffin with crumble topping and apples inside. Yeah the baked good aren't cheap ($4-7 depending) but it's a high-quality bakery and what I would expect for such a place. They also had sandwiches, burritos, and empanadas.

    Ham and cheese croissant

Came here with two girlfriends for breakfast. I got the ham and cheese croissant which was good but way expensive for what it was (I know we're in Aspen but speaking as a Denverite still). One friend got a bagel and we weren't sure what was on top but it didn't look or taste like cream cheese. Other friend got a burrito and said it was good, corn was a nice touch. They both agreed the drip coffee wasn't good at all, I tried a sip and it tasted stale and burnt. Was recommended this place from a bartender at Marble Distillery so wish we had a better experience!

Chocolate cookie for breakfast!!! The joys of being an adult!!

I came here for some yummy breakfast items. And I must say this bakery is just as awesome as their high Yelp rating shows. I split with my wife a chocolate cookie with sea salt, and a cinnamon roll. Both were wonderful. I also had the Pineapple orange juice and it was fantastic. I really enjoyed this place! And I highly recommend it!

This bakery is always slammed but sooo worth the wait. It's a MUST if you're in the Aspen area. It's off the beaten path in the Aspen Airport Business Center. The chicken pot pie and the Apple Jesus are my top choices here.

    Almond puff pastry.

This is a local hidden gem, I've tried the almond puff pastry that was really good. I've also tried the apple jesus- which was very big but had an off taste so I didn't care for it. The oatmeal brownie bar was good. The breakfast chorizo burrito was good and they were able to make a fresh one for me without eggs in it. I've heard great things about their cronuts sold only on thursdays and Saturday's as of summer of 2021 that I'm hoping to try one day.

One of the best breakfast everything bagel sandwiches I have ever had. The employees were super friendly and helpful. You are able to see them making pastries. I loved this place. Walkable distance to/from the airport.

Definitely not the bakery it once was under Felix and Rene! Won't take special orders. Sad situation!

No donuts and no seating. More like bakery with poor selection. Not a place for breakfast. Phots were misleading. We did not eat and left.

The new owners took an overpriced bakery and made it even more expensive. Nice work pricing out the locals for mediocre pastries.

I was really disappointed with what I saw at the register today. The cashier was only handing customers the tip receipt to sign without showing the itemized receipt first, and the 15% service charge was already added. I watched one customer pay the $7 service charge and then unknowingly add a $10 tip on top of it. Several others did the same because they had no idea the service charge was already included. What bothered me even more was that the cashier held back the itemized receipt until after customers had already signed and added a tip, and only then asked, "Do you want your receipt?" At that point, customers had no chance to see what they were actually paying for. If people want to tip extra, that's totally fine -- but they should be aware of what's already been added. Watching multiple customers unintentionally double‑tip didn't feel good, and it's something that needs to be addressed.

It was flavorless, wet and taste like everything else but a brisket. The pastry however was flaky and tasty. I just ate around the brisket. 2. Chocolate croissant: so disappointing! The first bite was such a big let down ‍ after that damn brisket I was hoping for a redemption. How does a bakery not have good tasting chocolate croissants? The chocolate tasted artificial, the color was off, looked reddish. I couldn't finish it. 3. Veggie quiche: was flavorful with a great crust and warm! 4. Matcha latte and ginger chai: well made and delicious 5. Cinnamon roll: 5 stars! Simply delicious And service was good. The views were out of this world!

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The peanut dressing does have soy sauce so it is not gluten free, so they brought me a champagne vinaigrette instead. It was delicious. I got this during the cyclospora outbreak, because I'm a wild person now lol but they assured me they only get quality ingredients and super clean all veggies and fruit coming in. They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating! Servers were very friendly although the serving can take a bit longer, depending on how busy they are. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.
