I needed a 2 tiered wedding cake and 1/4 sheet grooms cake for my son's wedding. Sarah was amazing in taking the orders and details of flavors etc. and I told her that I would decorate the cake with flowers myself. The Thursday afternoon before the wedding the flower shop I bought flowers from said she knew Sarah and to just take the flowers to her ( but this was not what we discussed originally) I dropped the flowers off but the next I thought this isn't right so went back to tell Sarah I would do the flowers. When I did this angel Sarah said that it was ok and she could do the decorations and add the flowers. On the day of the wedding we picked up the cakes and she even helped us secure the cakes for the drive up a rough mountain road. When I say she went above and beyond...I truly mean that! Customer service is horrible, I called today to ask some simple questions about cakes and cupcakes for my wedding next June, but the lady that answered the phone refused to hear what I was trying to ask and would not even let me speak. Sarah made our wedding cake last year, and we drove from Denver to get another made this weekend, and we decided to get a pot pie as well. The food is fabulous, and this bakery is the best I have ever visited!! Our wedding party raved about the cake a year ago, and literally everything we have purchased is so great! Best wedding cake ever, best pot pie EVER, best cookie EVER!! We drove 5 hours just to have another top to our wedding cake made. We booked Sarah for our wedding and she was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the tasting, all the samples were so delicious it made it hard to choose, but our cake came out spectacular with fondant, cream cheese icing, vanilla almond cake, and raspberry filling. We gave Sarah a number of photos of what style we were looking for and she exceeded our expectations, the cake ended up looking better than the reference point we gave her from Pinterest.
