They don't recommend you have services performed that you don't need, and if you come in thinking you need something fixed that doesn't need to be (my brakes for instance), they'll make sure you're not wasting money. I thought my brakes needed to get replaced, but it turns out it was something a lot simpler, so Herbie and his guys fixed the small problem and just said to come back and see them if and when the brakes did need to get replaced.
