I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

The formal section is not as extensive as their other location but it was plentiful and they also carry plus size dresses as well, making them more inclusive to whoever may visit. The ladies here are sweethearts as they periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything and assisted in getting a few dresses down. I have my first black Coach purse and even though it is 4 years old, it still is timeless and elegant. I had the chance to visit the Coach store in Tyson's Galleria mall. As soon as you approach the outside door there are two trendy bird like mannequins waiting to entice you inside. I was surprised to find gorgeous Coach shoes covering one wall display. Then, I viewed Coach sunglasses and wallets adorning another wall. The salespeople were helpful and sweet. They did not try to convince you to buy their product. They didn't have to, because the Coach pieces sell themselves. The store was modern and designed to showcase the variety of Coach products. It was love at first sight and I was thrilled to take one of their new bags to my house, where it joined the other family of Coach bags waiting for them.
