No alternatives offered, just "sorry." Meanwhile, I had 10 little girls arriving within 30 minutes. If you book with this company, have a backup party plan, because their buses clearly do. Thankfully, I pulled together my own spa party at home and didn't miss a beat. The following day, I did receive an apology email, a refund, and a 50% off offer. No thanks, I don't need a discount for a service that may not show up. A free party couldn't fix unreliable transportation.

We did a painting party this year and a mani/pedi last year. The bus arrived promptly on time, set up and hosted 10 kids on the bus for two hours while the adults enjoyed some mingling. We also used the slumber party tents for the night and the girls had a blast. Their team set up the tents and came the following day to clean up. I can not recommend this company enough for their services and making the whole birthday party planning simple. Top notch company and great customer service.
