It's an oceanfront restaurant from the 1980s that evolved from a 1970s dream of owner George Artz. Sully's doesn't serve food, but on the night we were there, they had a food truck next to the outdoor area so we grabbed some food from there. Drink prices are reasonable and staff seemed friendly.
