During the first visit, Lucas claimed my outdoor unit wasn't working, even though it had been working that morning. He insisted on replacing the motor because it was under warranty, and I trusted his recommendation since I'd used this company before. The very next day, the drain backed up again. The clog was ultimately resolved, but after the motor replacement, my outdoor unit became extremely loud, shaking, and rumbling outside my bedroom window. Lucas and his crew came out multiple times but were never able to fix the problem. I was repeatedly told, "At least you're cooling." In early June, Lucas told me replacement parts had been ordered and that I was on the schedule for repairs. He never showed up, never called, and then stopped responding to my messages altogether. I eventually had to hire another A/C company to repair the issues this company created. I was also warned that the excessive vibration could damage the coils and lead to much more expensive repairs. What started as a simple drain line clog ended up costing me far more time, money, and stress than it should have. I cannot recommend this company.

We approached Greentree AC several years ago and asked if they could help us with a problem. There was a severe imbalance in the AC with the primary bedroom and the bath and the office (too hot). They said we needed new duct work (in a specific area) to fix it. We asked many times if they were experts in duct work and would they be able to fix. We asked if they would be relying on a duct work engineer before doing. We were assured that they would fix it. They did not. Right now the AC is set on 73 and the entrance to the primary and the bath read 80 degrees. We called back several times and different people came out including the owner and his son but nothing was fixed. One repair person turned a return into a supply vent such that two supply vents feed the office. Their employee did not initially tell us what he was doing. The office is now freezing but the primary entrance and bath are a sauna and most of the time reads 5-6 degrees hotter than the bedroom. Speaking to the owner, he wished us well but said "We did what we could." Well, it did not work at all.

He told us that they could install a new unit (air handler and condenser unit) as early as Monday or Tuesday (it's been a while and I don't exactly remember which date he said). They require a 50% deposit and the remainder upon completion. We set up a date for install and gave them a deposit. There were 2 guys who showed up the morning of to work on the unit. They had a good system going with one installing the condenser unit outside and the other one installing the air handler inside. It was about a 7 hour job. We had no issues with communication or installation. Asiel was absolutely great with responding to our phone calls/texts. We would highly recommend Prime Time if you are in need of a new unit!
