I've been coming to this nail salon for over 5 years off and on. My recent and last visit wasn't so fun. I went in asking if I could get a pedicure and gel removal on my nails. The lady I normally see was off and won't be back until February. I got my pedicure done and they put the foil on my fingers to take the gel off. The pedicure was done with NO leg or foot massage, and I asked if she could put a heart on my toe nail. She said I could do everything. She started to put the clear coat on and I asked what about the heart, she said I can't do that. I asked if somebody else could do that and she proceeded to put the clear coat on. Mind you the foil is still on my fingers and starting to burn because the acetone had been sitting on my fingers for almost an hour. The tech got up and walked away and I was sitting in the chair like where did she go, she went to wax somebody's eyebrows. She comes back and said "what else do you need, you took the foil off" I asked for a gel removal, how am I suppose to leave the salon with gel clumping on my nail and looking a mess? The whole time she's standing next to me with her arms on her waist and giving me a dirty look. I asked her if she was okay, because obviously she wasn't. I then went to a different tech and she removed the gel. I use to love this place but after experiencing that , I will never go there again. I also work in customer service and this is not how you treat your customers, especially if you work off of tips. By the way I still tipped this lady. read more

I hardly leave reviews but my daughter and granddaughters made an appointment to get dip nails, gel nails and all three pedicures on 7/30/24. The nail tech dipped my daughter's nails 5 times in acrylic, then put gel polish without smoothing out the nails. She did not get what she wanted. The nails were thick and bumpy and nails weren't completely covered. My granddaughters wanted gel polish but was never shown the gel polish after asking several times. They just finally had to request a color. When it came to the pedicures the nail tech B told my granddaughters NO WATER. Why? My daughter and granddaughters go to get pampered. Not a very good experience. Also when she did my daughter's pedicure, my daughter had to pull away from the pain she was causing. My daughter did not allow the Tech to finish, only to polish her nails. My daughter left very disappointed but still fully paid and left a tip. I'm leaving the review because my daughter should have never left with the job that was done on her nails. But she felt so uncomfortable. I called the nail place to have my daughter's nails redone. When we showed up the nail tech B that did them wanted to redo when my daughter showed her the job she did she felt like she did nothing wrong. I had already requested for a different nail tech. The nail tech B made my daughter very uncomfortable causing my daughter to cry. I requested a refund because it was the worst experience and B made it very uncomfortable. Even my granddaughters wanted to wait outside. I'm not putting the nail techs full name because everyone has to make a living. But take pride in your work and customer service. I've been to this location twice now and I have to say both times I was impressed. I'm not a girly girl. I don't get my nails done often. But I had to get a pedicure for a wedding I was in a few months ago. This was the closest place to where I was at the time. I walked in and they sat me right now. Now, it had been years since I had a pedi. I don't have a big toenail anymore (had to get it removed) and it's SUPER embarrassing. I asked what they could do and they immediately offered and acrylic of sorts. Basically they filled it to make it look like I have a nail. I had no idea that was a thing. But they did a really good job and didn't make me feel bad. It stayed on for over two months. I just went back and was a walk in again. They immediately took me and took care of me. With the acrylic and basic pedi (no gel), it was around $40. Which isn't bad at all. There aren't any frills here. It's not super fancy. But the staff is nice and you can laugh with them. This place was my to go spot for nails before covid. Unfortunately, this place has gone down . The pedicures are not really good anymore. They don't spend time on removing the cuticles or put any scrubs on your legs. The guy who did mine his name is Steven I believe and he's work is very messy and rushed my pedicure. Also , his pedicure tools didn't look sanitized. I went home and washed my toes with dial soap so I won't get any infections. I don't recommend this place anymore. It's doing downhill. read more

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! After being turned down by this place a couple times because they were too busy, we finally got in with a set appointment and they were COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. During my nails, she had to fix another customer after they returned because she did such a poor quality on her nails. After sitting there with half done acrylics on my hands for a HALF HOUR, she returns to do absolutely nothing i asked of her. Paint looks like a toddler did my nails , acrylics are sideways, and i have Hard Acrylic Paint poking out of my nails since she did not want to take her time filing. I asked for shorter : they are LONG and THICK I asked for ombré : they are streaky lines I ask for narrow : she made excuses stating because of the length they need to be wide when i didn't even want this length in the first place. After asking for them to be fixed since they wanted to charge me $75, they said that they don't have time and i can return TOMORROW???? like I'm on their time when they should have done THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. do not go here unless you want to waste your breath, time and money read more

They do amazing pedicures. This is my go-to spot for pedis. I tried many, many technicians for my gel nails and none of them could prep the nail right. I would tell them how to do it and say "if you don't do it like that, they will peel right off" and sure enough they did every single time. I've even gone in there for under arm waxing. I've never had an issue with waxing there but they are a big rough and left with my underarms REALLY sore. Prices are good, great location and friendly staff. read more

Been coming here for a long time. Came here on my birthday to be pampered and get a nice fullset, pedicure. Husband scheduled an appt with a Cindy, do not recommend. My appointment was at 12:00pm... Sat in the water for 22mintutes the. Pedicure was started and rushed through , she said hubs and scheduled manicure not fullset and she wouldn't be able to do my nails some else would because she had another appointment. A full 18 minutes later my pedicure was done and she was onto her next appointment. I didn't get a nice massage or anything. It was awful and not very nice on my birthday. On top of that I just sat after my nails waiting for someone to do my full set and no one was available so I just left. Very poor customer service on my birthday . This nail salon was awesome. Was greeted when I entered. I was a walk in and they got me right in for gel manicure and pedi. Cindy did my nails, she was very pleasant and nice and did a great job. Tina is awesome. Always does an amazing job and accommodating for last minute appointments. I got tip and hard gel done for $55 which is typical for most places. She also does designs for you. I always have a pinterest photo to show her and she always able to copy. My gel nails are never overly thick like some places that do them. She makes them look natural. What I can say though, is that everyone here is exceptionally nice, goes out of there way for you and will listen if you have concerns or aren't happy. It's all about your attitude as well! Balii Nails is a great nail shop! I have been several times and I have always left happy. The nail techs are all friendly and do a good job! I have had some amazing pedicures that lasted for weeks, as well as great manicures. My last gel manicure from here still looked great after 3 weeks! Yes, 3 weeks! The prices are very reasonable too. The gel manicures are $25, spa pedicures are #25, and regular manicures are $12. They have a few specials that are usually going on like a regular mani/pedi for $35, etc. They also offers other services like waxing and eyelash extensions. I haven't tried these here, but people are always going in for them while I have been getting other services. So yes, I really like Balii Nails! read more

This salon is a hit or miss. I recieved a *Full Set for the price of $22. Not bad, a reasonable price as well. But upon my visit I felt rushed. Being a customer I feel it's not right to feel rushed because it then makes me think you are not going to get the job right or care about my service. Also the Acrylic she used did not meet all the way to my cuticle, which made my new full set look like my nails were already growing out. I especially hated this. The woman also charged me an extra $2.00 for glitter nailpolish. It was only nailpolish nothing fancy at all. They also charge *$10.00 extra for gel. Wow. I'd come here again. But I'll definetly tell the woman to put the Acrylic all the way to my cuticle. And I'll make sure to bring my own glitter nailpolish. Went in with some major eyebrows that needed removed, it's been awhile. I was quickly told to go to the room. I had no idea where it was, but walked to the back, where they "normally are". A woman, she never said her name, was right behind me saying, "in here, eyebrows". I told her that they needed A LOT more removed, a former salon had not followed my tattoo and made them really thick- I showed her a photo, attached here, at least 5 times while explaining to her that "it wasn't enough off, and they're were no arches"... After 5 attempts, she told me, "you have no more hair, your good".
