Attention attention owner or manager of Love laundry on Franklin in Sacramento California..... I would like to start by saying this is my first time no correction my second time being on Yelp so I'm not use to making comments on here but I really feel like I needed to there's a company by the name of love laundry on Franklin in Sacramento California and then this was my first time going in there out of all the money years that I drove past it I never been there before when I walked in there was a young lady African American lady by the name of T-T I hope I spelled her name right LOL however while I was there for the first time I seen T-T care for her job this place that she works with love she did so many things there I seen her go from helping me to pick which machine that I should use into helping other customers that was there folding a number amount of clothing sweeping mopping she even took the machine and use that to clean as well the floors big machine going around customer T-T is very amazing I've worked in the customer service field for many years been in management and so on when I seen her abilities to care for her job I felt as if I needed to go on here and speak about it I believe in recognizing those when they do great things so the very first time that I went into your business of Love laundry i seen your employee T-T do great things now T-T is a hard worker and it's been maybe about a week and a half since I've washed my work clothes there and being impressed from the type of work she was doing and I as I spoke to her about how well of a job that she was doing and how can I get my point across to the Mgr. Concerning about how she work and her working abilities her work ethics she recommended for me to go on here because I wanted to speak to a manager ASAP but there wasn't a manager there are the owner there at the time so it's been about a week and a half and it always been on my mind to speak and give a comment about T-T on your and I haven't did it but it was on my mind so I'm doing it now teaching you are a wonderful person hopefully that this is able to give you another raise job promotion or whatever that you are looking to do and I hope that the managers are the owner is aware of this comment and my apology very long comment about you and your work ethics T-T they will be a fool not to help you and develop you more because you are a hard worker for a company that you did not own but you treat it as if it was your business I'm going to stop there because I feel like this is too long but I wanted to make sure that T-T you get recognized you are a wonderful person and a hard worker much success to you I'm not sure what you have in your goals in life but however whatever that they may be I know you will be successful good job T-T thank you for helping me have a good day ... I have been using the service in West Sacramento for more than 4 years and until Monday around 8 at night I went as usual to wash my family's clothes when I arrived it was full and I had to wait for the machines to be vacated. Whenever I go I do it accompanied by my husband or a relative to take care of my son, my 3-year-old son with autism while I wash! my son met a girl his age and they started playing. The employee yelled at them to stop playing, I called my son's attention and sat him on a bench so that my cousin could take care of him, but how children with this condition will understand it is difficult for them to understand. My son started to play with his new friend again, the employee approached the children and yelled at them that they will not play. My son got scared and burst into tears. my cousin took my son to the car to calm him down and returned 15 minutes later. I always sit my son in the laundry cart because he is aallergic to dust,I know the security policies and I always do it under my responsibility as I said before.I have been a client since before I was pregnant and I never had any problem, also he never stays alone in the cart! My son calmed down and got entertained with my cell phone under my supervision. the employee told my cousin to get my son off the cart immediately to which I told her he was under my supervision and responsibility, she aso saw that the girl who was playing with my son in a cart but she says nothing. I do not speak English and the employee says she does not speak Spanish even though I hear her speak in Spanish with another person. I tried to explain my son's condition to her and she starts yelling at me as she approaches the cart and try to bring my son down of course I did not let her touch him but she did not let go of the cart and I had to put my son down. He keeps yelling at me and takes pictures of me and asks for my name and begins to threaten me, which I also ask for his name and he tells me that her name is Melissa, I also make a short video explaining what is happening to me and I call the police immediately But the parents of the girl friend of my son never came, they offer themselves as witnesses and they give me their cell phone number. I waited for more than an hour and the police did not arrive.I felt discriminated because of what was happening. The officer spoke to me and asked me for the witness's number and I spoke with him and told me that they would take care of it and gave me the report number I went home but my son was in crisis and scared he couldn't sleep at all last night! It is unfortunate that a person with such ignorance work in a place like this, where I always feel comfortable and the treatment she gives to children is reprehensible. She is a disrespectful and discriminatory person. read more

Came here because my machine had broke. I'm not much of a reviewer but I was highly impressed with a laundromat that's became an experience and brand. The customer service exceeded all expectations, once I walked in I was politely greeted with a smile and since it was my first time the worker explained a bit about the place and how to utilize the free dry. The parking was very convenient and overall there was a lot of spaces open to work, which was surprising because the place was packed and it's huge. I was apprehensive of the location and the people, but I didn't feel unsafe or intimated by others. The staff was very diligent on allowing everyone to utilize the free dry, which is great because who wants to be confrontational? They had two machines that gave change, one gives nothing but quarters and the other gives cash back with quarters. Example, put a twenty bill in the bill breaker and it will give you five dollars in quarters and fifteen in cash. The other machine just gives all quarters, but pay attention to which one you're using. On the washers and dryers you have an option to use your debit card, it's a slide machine, but you could use quarters as well. If you have any soap or anything to drink, don't worry, they will have you covered. They have sixteen load gain and tide liquid soaps for sale, pricey but convenient if you forget it at home. Free dry makes up for the price so it's no biggie. This is a laundromat that definitely needs to be Che ked our. It's inexpensive and they open and close later. Hope I helped with some information. There's a lot of good things and some bad things to do say about love laundry. THEY ARE CHEAP!!!! FREE DRY FREE WIFI A LOT OF FREE DRYERS AND WASHERS this laundromat saves me a lot of money and I come on the busiest nights ( Sunday or Monday) and I always find a free dryers and wash machines. I noticed the more clothes you put in a dryer the faster it drys so I only need two for six loads. The bathroom is always clean and the inside of the wash machines are always clean so it's greatly appreciated. It's fully attended so if a problem occurs or my machine leaks, someone can always assist and I like that as well. The employees are very helpful and kind, I haven't experienced bad customer service yet. THE BAD: One downside is, it's a little crowded but it's very spacious and I'm a little bigger so that's good enough for me. But it's never too crowded where I can't get a washer or free dryer and that's all that matters. Secondly, they don't sell the soap that I use!!! I use Persil and there's been times I ran out and they carry every other brand soap but persil loll Thanks love laundry for being in my community with the cheapest prices and the free dryers. You can't find another laundromat cheaper and cleaner I promise you rhat I came by today, and during the pandemic that's happening, I'm even more impressed. I frequent this location at least twice a week. They open at 6am and close at 10 but they do have a last wash at 8:30 pm The staff is always friendly with me and im glad they always have someone on staff because there has been times where the change machine was out of quarters So they would start my machines for me and I was able to pay with debit cards. On the front of the machines they have a debit/credit card slider and i havent had any issues with those yet. The place is always clean even the parking lot is so that lets you know they really are working there butts off to maintain a clean establishment. They do have a drop off wash and fold service but I cant afford it because im on a fixed income but the lady told me it goes by pound and they use there own soap and wash and fold for you and you just pick up, but like I said im on a fixed income. other then that all I can say is this the best laundromat around or in the city of Sacramento read more

Love laundry has a lot of pros and cons but the pros definitely out weigh the cons. I'm glad they open early (6 am) convenient because I work nights and I can come in straight after work and be in and out by 7:30-8:00 am. Its not too busy and the place is clean but the lady still comes in and sanitiZes down everything--highly appreciated. The prices never fluctuate, pricing is consistent and I've been a customer for over a year. I use the biggest wash machine and it's cheaper than ten bucks like my apartments. When you wash here you do get free dry, so that saves me money weekly. They accept credit and Apple pay but if you have cash and want quarters, they have a bill breaker and change machine. My favorite thing about love laundry, is that there cheap bro and when sports were on and in season they always had the games on. Plus, they have music to listen to while waiting so that's cool too. read more

This place is amazing! I've never seen a laundromat that has so much to offer: multiple TV screens (with closed captioning on, even!) to help pass the time, a huge snack bar serving a wide array of snacks and light lunch options and a microwave to heat things up, a children's play area, restrooms, and row upon row of brand new multi load washing machines, with FREE dryers (with paid wash, of course)! They also have full service laundry available. And did I mention the place is kept sparkling clean? Special kudos to attendant Erin, who was super friendly and helpful! I have been to several of their locations and they are fairly consistant across the board. They maintain a very clean establishment. They hire friendly helpful staff . The prices are great and with the free wash they are very competitively priced. They have a drop off service i have only been able to use at one location but they did such a wonderful job i highly recommend it. The vending machimes are very convienent if you happen to forget something. I do a lot of travelling and use a lot of different laundromats and Love is by far my favorite one. read more

This laundromat is the best. It's big, clean and lots of washers and dryers. I haven't had an issue getting a free dry even though there's a lot of people. I noticed since it's getting hot it got a little hot but then the lady turned on the fan and coolers and it felt so good to be inside because it was nice and cool. If you come here check out the big fan never seen one like it. Helpful and friendly staff very cheap pricing on the wash machines and they have free dryers when you wash there and even on the busiest days there's a lot of free dryers so I've always been able to get more than four. the place is very clean very very clean and I'm very impressed by the bathrooms being clean every time I come that's like the most important thing is clean bathrooms and clean machines . I spoke to the workers. I love laundry and show them. The dryers have closed that are not in function didn't seem to care roll. Her eyes didn't care about anything. I'm a customer paying customer here. This should have some more respect. All of them are Mexican. not that I'm racist, but they all talk in Spanish behind my back shame on them. This wash house is cool! Nice, clean. Friendly enviroment. Play area for the kiddies. Big screens for the teen and adults. Also a snack bar, and whats even better is that the prices are awesome! Low price wash and free dry. They even offer a drop off service with an extra charge but well worth it if the 9 to 5 got you beat. Super friendly, clean, and on top of it! Today is the first time i have been here and its the best laundrymat ive been to. The attendant ,whos name was Maggie, was very helpful, sweet and was a hard worker with great attitude. The Mexican lady Sandra that works Saturdays has great customer service and always has the place really clean. I never seen a laundromat this nice and clean. As Good as it gets for a Laundromat. The nicest place to do my laundry. Large machines to do everything at the same time. Free dry which is so cool! While my kids and I waited they sat in the cute kids area and had popcorn and a burrito. Such a great experience. Super friendly staff. Five stars all the way! read more
