I asked if they can make it like the horchata I ordered, I didn't want just plain milk. You would think after paying $25, they would be apologetic and offer to remake it, however, the "owner" Natalie didn't offer an apology for the disappointment or offer to remake it, she just offered more milk and said everything is "pre-measured" and continued to charge me for another one when I had asked for it to be made like the horchata because i didn't want plain milk. I ordered another one with no ice thinking I would get a full cup paid $6.50 and was given a cup half full. I couldn't believe it! That's more than a gallon of milk!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! They should not be filling the cup 3/4 of ice and deceiving people! Natalie seemed upset that I was unhappy with this service with the attitude she was giving. People should know what they're actually getting and not be deceived by all the ice they put to make it look like you're getting more when you're not! I can appreciate the selection of items and the fact that it's a part of the local park. Staff working that day was welcoming. I didn't have much of an expectation, I was just in need of some coffee to satisfy my craving. I went with a Cold Brew Iced Coffee with added hazelnut syrup. The drink was decent and tasted fine to me. Nothing bad to say for me. I liked that behind the stand are a few tables to sit down and relax. My experience was positive and I might come back again if I have a break time to chill again at the La Puente City Park. :)

The cold brew is insanely smooth, not bitter at all, and their specialty drinks (especially the cookie butter and vanilla ones) are next level. You can tell they actually care about quality, not just pumping drinks out. And the baked goods? Don't sleep on them. The cinnamon rolls are . What really stands out though is the service. Super friendly, welcoming, and you can feel the passion behind what they're doing. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back and bring people with you. I found out they were still in their soft opening phase at the time. As far as interior, it's a very small store. It's not a coffee spot with seating but there are plenty of options over at the Haven City Market. For the drink, I got the TYS cream top and it was a really good. It wasn't too sweet. Their menu was simple but had other drinks that I'd be opened to coming back and trying. I'm curious if they'll expand their menu over time.
