I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. TODAY I come here and they've had me sit my feet in this cold water for 17 minutes and counting. 17 minutes may not seem long but when your feet is in cold water its a blunt disregard of my time & lack of customer service.
