This is the best ramen place we've been to by far. The R5 had the best pork I've ever had in a ramen. It also had a good kick and flavor to it but didn't overwhelm the flavors of anything else in the dish. It was very complementary to the flavor of my ramen. The food was excellent! However there was a glitch in their system and they did not get our order so we had to reorder at the restaurant. The floors, tables & counters were very clean. It was decorated very cute adding some Christmas with Japanese style. The people were all warm and friendly. I asked if I could take their pictures and they all welcomed it. When I called to complain, Connie--the owner/manager--was rude and dismissive and told me to come in to the restaurant so she could "see the fly" herself. No apology, no professionalism. I got the Steak Ramen, the broth is watery but it's okay, kind of bland in my opinion, the steak was also really tough and hard to bite into. The mixed tempura was good and the fried rice was just okay. The item I liked the best was the Thai Iced Tea, that was deliciously sweet. First off, the waitress come over to our table and said that she'd be right with us but wanted to leave her notepad with us "in case we wanted to write it down ourselves". We dropped in on a cold day for some delicious ramen. I got the spicy miso ramen, my boyfriend got chicken ramen and his son got regular miso. I tried all and it was so delicious. The broth is rich and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The place is very small but the waitress was so kind! My boyfriend's son doesn't know how to use chopsticks so she made him trainers with a rubber band and napkin. When we were leaving she handed him to take him and practice with.
