I found my Cocateau Twins and This Mortal Coil albums here that I LOVE Really a cool record store. I dig the art too. Seems to always change.

Came here on 3.13 for the Deeper Well listening session & had such a great experience here & will be coming back to get all our future records - The service was phenomenal & the guys in the front were so kind & funny, just overall positive vibes. My husband, daughter & I felt welcomed & my daughter had a great time with other customers & kids. I was not sure at first if the store would be "kid friendly" but there was plenty of space & everyone was welcoming. There was a great selection & my husband wants to come back to browse more. This is the first time in 30 years I believe that they have hosted an event like that & it was so nice to go to a local record store not only to support artists but also support small local businesses. There was a mix up with their raffle & they were super cool about helping me out. If you live in the Whittier area, stop by! Such a great spot & awesome customer service!

Lovell's has everything I ever need or want in Vinyl! Recently I traded in some vinyl which was in great bcc in edition and I restocked on some MINGUS, COLTRANE, DAVIS, TRIBE CALLED QUEST, MICHAEL, JOHN DENVER, NIRVANA, and GOODFELLAS soundtrack. They Never Disappoint, and they have Great Service!

LA Times best record stores list! Hip, hip, & hip. Over 1000 independent owned record stores in the US and this is one of them. As 90s kid, the rewinding a tape with a pen is my blue print in my memories. This is like heaven for me and all selection comes from Metallica to Woody Guthrie. There could be authentic vintage movie posters and seems to be very curated store. This is worth throwing Benjamin for this kind of stuff. Records can sometimes play very well even though vinyl look abit rough. The average price paid is here around 35- 40 buck. Let's do it!

My son and I stopped in to check out their vinyl collection. They have a ton of new stuff and all the older classic LP's are towards the back. The employees are pretty chill, they don't really offer to help you find anything, which is fine with me because I like to wander around and just see what they have. The prices are moderate. I recommend this place if you are looking to add to your vinyl collection.

A great store with a wide selection of records. I originally went for Harlequin, but to my surprise, I discovered another gem. I definitely recommend it and will be returning in the future.

Really chill atmosphere! And the workers there are super nice. They have plenty of records and CDs. I was surprised to see that they also sell Guitar Accessories, and New Record Players.

But no fear, they have so many other items to choose from. They offer books, collectable figurines, old game consoles and games, vinyls, and many other items. Some are Japanese related but not all of them are. I would say it's a pretty good sized store and everything is organized and labeled. It's fun rummaging through the boxes to see what goodies one might find, remember that this is a used book store so most items are pre-loved. I didn't get any Tokyo Sea items but I did get a pre-loved well kept Japanese Pressed vinyl of Air Supply's greatest hits! Priced at only $19, I thought it was a great find. Clean, well organized, lots of things to go through. Definitely a place worth checking out if you like hunting for treasure.

They also have CDs and other items. They have a great selection of books. Their prices are a tad high, but not insane. It is my understanding that they don't pay much for books you bring into sell, but I have found that to be true where ever I go. I just don't bother anymore and give my books away. The service is great. They know where the books are, there are so many, and they will actually help you and not just point in some direction. Parking is easy and free. The place is packed with books, but you can get through with no problem. I found a couple of books that I did not have and have not had the chance to read. All in all I was very happy.

I notice a few people commenting on their experiences with the staff here, and it really depends on who you get. There's at least one employee who appears to think that this place would be great if it wasn't for all the pesky customers :-) however the vast majority of my interactions with the staff here have been very positive.

Everything from toys and clothing to movies and tons of fun merch. I was living for all the nostalgic finds! It honestly felt like stepping into a curated throwback dream. They also had tons of cool Sanrio and Anime stuff. Fair warning though... this place is dangerous for your wallet in the best way possible because I kept finding things I wanted. Luckily, they had a lot of in-store promotions and prices that felt super reasonable. The store itself is spacious and nicely organized, so it didn't feel overwhelming despite how much they carry. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. As a horror movie lover, I was especially excited when my boyfriend surprised me with the "King of Horror Expanded Edition 8-Film" DVD set--such an amazing find! I've been wanting to build up my physical media collection, and this felt like the perfect start. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the mood to treat myself.
