HONEST REVIEW!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!! Never come here... literally! I called for an appointment and I came on time. We had made the appt for 6 pm which I agreed on, I came on time and she was helping somebody else already and told me to WAIT. I waited there for almost a whole hour! Tanya helped me but she was so unprofessional doing my lashes. Literally, 2 other nail techs were talking so loud having their little chit chat about Social Security money and eating peanuts while I was getting my lashes done. Also, they talk really loud to the point where their voices were ringing in my ear. Aside from my surroundings, Tanya was very aggressive on my eyes and she did a horrible job on my lashes. I can really tell she didn't want to be working or helping me. I personally try new lash places to see the service, comfortability, professionalism, quality, and most of all... safe, hence we're working on the eyes here. She didn't even do the eye shape that I asked for, she just decided to go freestyle on my eyes and charged me LOL... weird. Very unreliable lash tech!!! She literally yanked out all my old lashes and charged me $100 for lashes that were done so bad. She rushed the whole lash process and I noticed that 3 of my natural lashes were glued to one "fan" to almost my whole eyelid. So basically every 3 of my natural lashes were glue together. My eyes were red and itchy after she did them. Like what the fuck! She wasn't gentle and I left my phone on her working station and she didn't tell me I left my phone there till I was looking for it. Horrible fucking place, they charge way too much for shitty service and shitty lashes. Never coming here again. Especially from someone who's from the area, this place sucks. I've never talked this horrible about a salon but I had a horrible experience here. If you want to go to a good lash place, please check Instagram where most lash techs take their time and brush midway through doing your lashes. Most of them are home based or have their own studio instead of a salon. They are very cordial and professional. read more

This place was not good. I called and booked an appointment, showed up on time and had to wait 20 minutes to receive service. The woman doing my eyelashes was really rough and poked me in the eyeball at least 5 times... also glued one of my eyes shut. Then when I was done they tried to charge me $80 when they'd told me $60 on the phone. Honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. UPDATE: the salon owner contacted me to apologize for the bad job that I received. She was very nice and apparently the woman I had was brand new. The lashes are cheap looking, bulky and are crusty. The lady who does eyelashes wont ask you any questions on how you want them to look or ANYTHING. When I told her what I was looking for she didn't pay attention and insisted they would look good because she's been doing eyelashes forever. They look super fake and most have fallen out of one eye. My first time going I waited over an hour after arriving for my appointment time which was a little frustrating but Tanya got my lashes done so quickly once I sat down. I'm not used to lashes so they felt a little heavy to me like there were too many extensions on one lash but they looked nice - maybe I'm just not used to all the glue. I decided to try this place based on all the rave reviews from Yelp.. but after experiencing it for myself I'm convinced the past reviews are fakes! First of all, my lashes started falling out THAT SAME DAY. Sad face. This is my second time getting my lashes done (the first time was with another lash place), and I have never experienced so many lashes falling off on the very first day. I mean, for the next couple of days and up to the last day (which I will say, the last lash came off in 2 weeks) I would find them on my cheeks, on my bathroom sink, on my pillow. I mean, I guess that could be normal for fallout, but it was such a high amount of lashes that were falling off that I'm not surprised that's why she took almost 2 hours to glue on a million lashes, just so the last ones would fall out 2 weeks later. But.. the lashes!! There were so many clumps and loose and twisted lashes. I'm sorry for such a bad review but I cannot let another Yelper fall victim to fake reviews! Note: One other thing, ahh to add fire to this flame, they have you lay in a bed in the back of the nail salon which must be the same area as their breakroom, because while I was laying there getting the lashes, another lady was eating her lunch which smelled like Chinese food (yum) but was having a whole conversation with my lash person.. again.. as I lay there... for almost 2 hours..... smelling chinese food and hearing a full conversation (and laughter) in another language... -___- read more

I was very hesitant to get eyelash extensions (have seen terrible jobs on many people), but I was going on a vacation and wanted to look fabulous, and Tanya was recommended to me by a friend. When I got there - realized it was inside a nail shop, and was ushered to the back where I laid for 1.5 hours as she meticulously applied my lashes. I told her I wanted it to look natural and not too obvious - she definitely obliged! I loved the way my lashes looked when she was finished - full, thick, natural but definitely made a difference. The cost ranges from 60 - 80 dollars I believe, depending on how dramatic you want to look. My look costed 70.00 for the semi natural look. This is much cheaper than many other eyelash extension salons that I had reviewed on yelp (with not as favorablr reviews). The eyelashes looked wonderful for 2.5 weeks! I was worried that they would fall off in very awkward phases, but it generally looked fine and not obvious. My last lash fell off at the 3.5 week mark! If I were to have them applied again, Tanya would definitely be the person I go to. read more

I like the customer service. The lash extensions were way to expensive for what you get. Before I even left the shop I had lashes falling off. They look natural but I wish they were longer. She did the nails while doing my extensions which saved lots of time. They don't have automatic dryers, so I had to use a small fan :/. They kind of pressure you to get a manicure and pedicure. Not sure what all the hype about this place is, but based on all these great reviews I decided to set up an appointment. I called two days prior assuming they book up quickly because of such good reviews. Wrong! I show up on time & they have me waiting for 30 minutes until someone takes me in. The process was very lengthy and lasted overall about an hour and 30 minutes. I could deal with someone taking their sweet time to do a good job, except that now I feel it was a complete waste of time & money! According to the woman who did my lashes, they usually last about 3-4 weeks. It has not even been a week & more than half of my lashes have started to fall off. Tanya is NOT. Licensed esthetician, she should be nowhere near anyones eyes. She doesn't even clean your lashes before the service. You get what you pay for!!! Called Tanya for a light natural look. She said it'd be about $60-$80 depending on my eyes. It ended up being $70. It took about 60 minutes and I have no complaints about my experience. It was relaxing and she didn't bother me with a bunch of questions so low key fell asleep which was nice to me. My eyes didn't not have a reaction to the glue which I was worried about since I'm sensitive to a lot of makeup. She took the time and did each lash one at a time. She expected me to have pictures. My lashes did even not end up like the picture I showed her. She did not know what type of glue she was using. I never post reviews, but my experience at Lovely Lashes was so terrible that I felt I had to write my first one. First, the woman the receptionist brought me to removed my mink lashes instead of refilling them. Then, when I realized what had happened and found Tanya, she told me there was a misunderstanding and she would give me a full set for a discounted rate. She asked me a series of questions blaming the mixup on me, and then proceeded to apply the most uncomfortable and cheap-feeling lashes I have ever had. When she was done, I had a set of uneven, cheap looking and painful lashes. Tanya charged me $70 for this horrific experience. I gave the lashes a chance, but they were so uncomfortable that I took them off the next day. I wish I had never gone to lovely lashes, as it was a complete waste of money and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. read more

Tried this location out because of the price- the lashes looked great when she finished but I did notice I had some pain at my lash line and it felt a bit itchy. Lashes started to fall out within the first week. I'm now at my two week and the lashes that are coming out are clumps of about 2-3 fake lashes to each 1 natural lash, with huge thick clumps of glue. Also- waking up in the morning, it felt like my lash line and lashes were hard and they'd twist up really easily. Pretty scared now that my natural lashes are damaged. I made the mistake by cheating on Tanya with another salon and that was a huge mistake. Let's just call me "Spider eyes" for this review. I was in a jam and wanted to get my lashes done before a weekend getaway and couldn't get in with Tanya. I went somewhere else that was close by and less expensive however I got what I paid for.
