I'm a current customer and I have been going to this salon for the past three years on Crescent street. I was first introduced to the salon years ago by my next-door neighbor during Christmas time. so neighbor had given me a gift card, which I use for my nails, back then service was great and to book it as long lines. I received the best manicure and pedicure. I also received ambre full set and pedi with gel. Sarah has been very kind to me over the years, accommodates my short notice appointment and waited for me if running late. I love the Nail Bar. It's refreshing to have a nail salon that caters to a younger crowd in a classy way. The setup is modern and wine themed.. they even have an actual nail "bar" with high stools and all. It's a fun change. They have all the modern nail techniques, styles and fads but I'd like to see better designs and nail art like the ones that are popular now. I do believe they will get better and once they do EVERYONE will want to go there. They always have classic R&B videos on or some zouk which i love!!! They can definitely use more variety in the playlist but they are all oldies and goodies :) They also have other services and a deal on full set lashes if it's your first visit. Me and all my family got my nails done there for my wedding. My mother got her lashes done and they were fabulous!!! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I do wish a place called the nail bar could at least give customers a complimentary cocktail or even a mocktail loll I still love them anyway! read more

I went on a Friday morning and there was only 2 people working. I asked for Mani and a pedicure.. It took an hour and half. And the person doing my toes had to put 4 coats on and the last coat wasn't the same as the others. And the owner came while she was doing my toes and started the manicure. All she did was shape and went to help someone else whom she was working with prior to Me coming in. I spent $61 dollars. If I wanted to look like I did my own nails, I would have done them. I had a problem with my nails peeling when I got a french manicure. Couldn't go back to have her fix it because I was on a plane and obviously thought it was an error for them not to put topcoat to seal it. Never again. read more

Called ahead of time asking whether they carried a specific product (NuGenesis Dip Powder #154 "I'm The Boss"). The lady who answered the phone said she would check & let me know. She came back on the phone stating they did have it. I double checked by asking again if it was the exact brand, product name & number, to which she confirmed and reiterated, "Yes we have it." With a sigh of relief and excitement I happily explained to her the dilemma I was having and she said, no problem. All I had to do was get there in 30 mins when the only nail tech that could allegedly do dip powder would get in for service. I said perfect and that I'd be on my way. Once I arrived, it wasn't busy and looked clean and upbeat. I go towards the front desk and greeted the lady there. I explained how I had called not too long ago about the NuGenesis dip powder and needed one (1) nail repaired. Immediately she questioned me about the brand and proceeded to state they have the brand, but not the specific product I sought AND that she didn't know who must've answered the phone, but that she must've not understood what I was looking for...okay? She proceeded to try to push other products they carried onto me and finalized by saying, "If you are that picky just go back where you get it." Rude and unprofessional. Educate your staff on what products you actually carry before wasting people's time and invest on customer service training skills. read more

The woman who did my nails was fine but the manager was very unprofessional and the place seems unclean. At one point the manager was getting a pedicure as customers came in and she yelled at a woman just looking to get her daughters nails done stating she was too young. She was very abrasive to others who came in and made the atmosphere quite dark and uncomfortable. read more

Today was my first time here and i liked it sooo much I actually started their yelp page for them dont be thrown off by the plaza its in because it is gorgeous inside i had a pedi with Joycie and it was one of the best ever I splurged for the signature pedi ($35) instead of a regular one($25)! Everything is clean and i loved how they had music videos on instead of your typical nail salon watching cnn or judge judy, the nail stations are actual a tall bar its awesome and they had well over 10 scents of lotions and scrubs to choose from!!! I feel like if you want to relax and get a pedicure you Don't want to have your feet right in front of someone while the service being done. Terrible service I called for pricing and was told one thing and when I arrived the pricing was changed. Called and made an appointment and when I arrived the nail technicians made me wait and then stopped doing someone's nails to start mine once I mentioned that I had an appt. my daughter & myself went to nail bar & spa. looks clean & nice. but the two males we each had did a bad job. i needed my nails cut down. i kept telling him. he continued doing my nails. again i said i need them cut down. the owner sitting a chair away finally said something to him. he got upset. my nails were all different sizes, bumpy & nail polish on my fingers. just bad job & bad service. my daughter had a different man. her nails were also different sizes. the worst was the expensive cost for the rainbow look powered.the owner put the powder on. was not sticking. then she put on clear for the powder to stick,which even came out so horrible. all wavy. powder & nail polish all over her fingers. no clean up around the nails. attitude from the man who did my nails. attitude from the owner. sad to say this business was not professional. was not worth the very expensive cost for two fills & one rainbow powder look. we went elsewhere in easton. they could not believe a professional nail salon could let us leave with our nails as bad as they were in representing there nail salon. read more

This salon is very nice and the employees are very professional! I went there for the first time maybe three weeks ago and I loved how my nails came out, but I noticed that two of my nails (acrylics) were cracked on the side. This has happened to me before but only if I need a refill bad or if my set is old, and my set isn't old I recently got a new set, so I was confused as to why they were cracked. I went there again because I believe in second chances lol once again they did a wonderful job, but I just noticed that another one of my nails are cracked on the side. So unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon. There should be absolutely no reason why my nails keep cracking when this normally doesn't happen to me after getting a refill. My only conclusion is that they use cheap products! Overall the service and work are amazing, but I'm picky about my nails and having them crack is unacceptable! read more

TERRIBLE! They used to be great when they first opened two years ago...but now they are horrible and sloppy..I went there after not being there for a few months because of bad reviews from my friends and co workers who I suggested to go there... and I wanted to re-experience it for myself.. so I brought a friend, and we got pedis.. then I decided to get a mani.. and she cut my middle finger open with her pic and then proceeded to try and pour some weird liquid on the cut!!! After I told her stop several times she finally stopped and continued to do my nails... I said no! I'm still bleeding.. I won't services stopped! She called Lisa(I think that's her name) the boss over and said something in their language ... I told them I'll just pay for the pedis but I don't want a mani until my cut is healed.. they spoke again and then the boss charged my card for the mani when it wasn't even on!!! Services weren't even completed... all she did was try to cut loose skin and I stopped her... she was trying to guarantee my return by charging my card against my consent... I had to return the next day unwillingly because the money was already charged.. she didn't give me a discount for cutting my finger she just gave me an attitude (the boss) my nails break constantly because it was so poorly done and my finger still hurts.. I do not recommend this nail salon at all! Aug. 11, my sister went here to get her nails done and one of the nail techs had either cut her or used unsanitary tools on her which ended up with her having to take her nails off the very next day due to an infection in BOTH her pinky and ring finger which her doctor confirmed. She is now on antibiotics and 4 days later she is feeling no relief at all. I called today explaining what happened and requesting a refund since she had to take them off the very next day due to THEIR mistake and the woman who answered the phone told me she's not going to be giving her a refund and that it happened over a week and a half ago when it just happened 4 days ago. She was very unprofessional and kept talking over me after saying that I could talk, she hung up on me, and also told me she can't deal with me because she has a customer. My sister was also a customer who now has 2 infected fingers and can't go to work because of this place. Also I believe the woman over the phone said she was the manager. She said unless she saw it with her own eyes that it didn't happen. Overall terrible customer service. I wouldn't go here unless you want your fingers to fall off. read more

My friend and I came here so I could get a pedicure and she could get a refill. The lady who did my feet showed me a nail clipper, she couldn't speak English so I just nodded because my toes needed a little trim. She cut the nail on my big toe way too short but what was done was done so I just let her cut my other one too. Then while she was trimming my cuticles, she went down way too far and I started bleeding. I continued to bleed for over half an hour which interfered with her doing my nails, and she continued to be rough with my bleeding toe. Throughout the whole pedicure she was really rough and it wasn't a good experience. My friend who got a refill got her fingered burned and her nails weren't shaped right. It was supposed to be square and one of her nails were even ballerina. They messed up her thumb so she asked them to fix it and they made it even worse then before. When I complained about the service, the lady laughed and asked me why I didn't stop the lady doing my nails- as if I can predict that she'd mess up. She gave me $5 off after all this. I can still see dried blood on my pedicure and my toe still hurts. read more

The first time I came here I absolutely loved the set up. But it took me almost 3 hours just to get a refill and pedicure. Recently I decided to give them a try again since it's a lot closer to my house than where I usually go to with my husband. Our appt was at 10:15 am. I got a basic pedicure and he got a deluxe and I also got a refill of dip. I left the nail salon at 1:00pm and the price was $100 which is fine. Around 3:30 my thumb nail broke and I called ahead of time to let them know what happened and I needed my nail fixed. The lady on the phone told me to come in in 15 minutes which I did. I waited a whole HOUR just to get my nail fixed and on top of that she charged me $5 JUST TO FIX IT!!! I explained to her that I was just here a few hours ago & I spent a lot of money as is so it should be free. And the owner had the nerve to say it was "my fault" & I have to pay. I paid the $5 because I guess she needed it more than I did...NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE including my family! Clients be aware! read more
