I'm very surprised at the yelp score for this establishment. I've been here twice, I only visit early (as soon as they open) because from both of my visits I can tell two things: this place gets really busy and they have droves of regulars, male and female. The staff here is not necessarily friendly, but not rude either. The shop is pleasantly tranquil. I love the quietness during the times I've visited. I have witnessed them turn clients away, but what this means is that they don't rush you through the mani or pedi. These techs take their time. Best pedicure I've ever purchased in Snellville thus far. Prices are about average for the area. read more

Looks like you wouldn't like it from the outside but it is so nice on the inside. Came for my last mani and pedi before I give birth and it was well worth it. My husband got a pedi too. We both were well taken care of and I love both my hands and feet. Nice clean job. I didn't have to ask for any "corrections." And I am very particular about my nails as I don't get them done often but when I do I like it to be spot on. Nice family owned business!! read more

I had a great experience, they where very gentle. I had gone to get my nails done to a different nail tech and she made my nails very thick. Because of how thick it was it took them almost 45 minutes just to get off the nail polish that was on there, it just would not come off. Once they did (super gentle about it) the experience was amazing. The foot massage and nails look AMAZING. There hasn't been an updated review in a minute so here it is. I feel like this place is under rated based on these reviews. I've always received the best customer service and professionalism here. What people don't know is that the owners are very picky about who they hire because they want the best and a person who will take their time on the clients. So there are actually only 4 people (including the husband and wife) that work here. Walk-ins then are obviously not always going to be accommodated. So I've learned to always schedule my appointments with them which is fine with me. Some of the walk in places here in Snellville rush through, do a messy job, and I've just wasted my money on crappy looking nails. What REALLY irks me though is that someone would call the owners here "racist, ignorant, and rude". They are NOT racist because you couldn't get service ASAP! That's a joke. And ignorant doesn't even make sense. Clearly some don't know what that even means. Horrible service. Went there on a Saturday morning to take my mom for an early Mother's Day gift. Took them 3 hours before they even finished her pedicure, and they didn't even get to her hands. I did the gel nail polish with the male tech, absolutely HORRIBLE! He cute my cuticles too deep and made me bleed in three different places, not to mention was such in a rush he didn't even apply the polish correctly. Extremely rough, no gentleness in applying the polish. Absolutely horrible service. They should be able to do a mani and pedi in one hour tops. This place is pathetic. read more

I wish I could rate this less than one star!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I walked in to try a manicure/pedicure special and was impressed by the apparent cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff. It was the last thing I was impressed by... First of all the lady providing the service was a bit rough and sloppy. I had to remove polish from the skin of ALL my fingers when I got home that she had slopped over the edges of the nails and did not remove. She was very rough and hurt me several times during the process; having a pretty high pain tolerance and nails and cuticles that are in decent shape I have never run into this before. She also made me more than a bit uncomfortable by loudly announcing that now I was "A Sexy Momma Now!" repeatedly throughout the experience until several times I finally verbally agreed, that yes, now that my toes are painted I am very sexy, lol. I actually found that a bit amusing if disconcerting. The worst thing though was when I realized half way through the manicure that they were NOT using fresh files or even cleaning their cuticle clippers between clients. They have those barber jars with the blue disinfecting liquid between every station, but no one was actually using them. I did not pay attention to this at first, although I should have, because it had been a rough day and I was enjoying the massage chair with my eyes closed until she began butchering my cuticles. Then I noticed that the file she was using on me looked very "used", but of course she was half way into the pedicure.... Then another customer sat beside me and sure enough the employee started her manicure with a very very used nail file. I watched in horror as she actually picked dead skin off the cuticle scissors before starting using them on the lady, UGH! I went to use the bathroom before I left and walked by the tables where they did massages and waxing such and saw them bringing a lady back and lay her down on FILTHY, very used towels that covered the tables for whatever treatment she was about to get. So now I examine my toenails daily for signs of nail fungus, it's been a couple of weeks, how long does it take symptoms of that to show up? Seriously, this place needs to be closed down! read more

This place omg!!!! It's the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The people there are rude and can barely speek English. It's very hot and stuffy in the salon. Only a few people are working. They are definitely not gentle they take forever and when I went my nails and my friends and sisters nails looked awful... not coming back here. read more

If you are considering coming here don't.. the man that works is here is assumably racist, ignorant, and rude. We just did a walk-in here and there were 3 women sitting around one customer and looked as if they were all working on her feet. As soon as we walked in and stated we wanted pedicures the man at the desk stated "we don't have room for 3 pedicures" from my experience most nail techs would ask you to wait for service so they can assist you, however they did not and there's a sign clear as day that reads "walk-ins welcome". Please save your money and spend it where you will get great service and where you are welcome. We as consumers help others create a livelihood, and our hard earned money can be spent elsewhere, rather than with these nasty and despicable individuals. read more

On 06/28, I made an appointment for a pedicure with Kris for Saturday 06/30. Once I am comfortable with a certain nail technician, I continue to patronize him or her as he or she would already know what I like. Upon entering the establishment, the owner walked from the back to greet me (only reason for the additional star). I replied, "I have an 11:00 with Kris". I knew there was going to be a problem as soon as he began flipping through that little appointment book. He says to me, "you just say pedicure and not Kris". I was not going to argue with him when clearly every time I have had an appointment, it has been with her. Finally, he proceeds to say, "she doesn't have anything", referring to availability. I politely thanked him and took my money elsewhere. I was not going for that "bait and switch" game he was trying to play. Keep in mind that this is an appointment only nail salon, which the owner does not keep. read more
