My nail tech was Anna , During my last pedicure, I asked for something on my feet to be corrected, and instead of addressing my concern, I was told it didn't need to be fixed. As a paying customer, I felt my concerns should have been taken seriously. Since that appointment, I've been unhappy with the results and have been trying for weeks to schedule another visit. Multiple messages went unanswered, which was frustrating after being a loyal client for so long. When I finally got a response and was told to come in at 2:00 PM, I arrived only to find that my technician was still working on another client and wasn't available. I was then asked to see someone else instead, even though I specifically booked with the person I've trusted for years. The biggest disappointment wasn't just the service--it was the lack of communication and consideration. I went in today for a pedicure. The person I had must have been new but that's okay we all have to learn. After I paid for my services I went to the bathroom. What disturbed me is as I walked in the back a woman was kneeling down and the disturbing thing is she was picking through used wax and putting some on a tray!! I got nails my nails done by Kenny and he did a great job so I gave him a great tip! Less than 24 hours later my nails start peeling like banana peels and chipping away. I got gel so it shouldn't chip. I've gotten gel at this salon multiple times and have never had an issue with the gel peeling/chipping. So I called and asked I could come in to get it fixed and Cindy said it would be fine. They attempted to patch it by blobbing polish on my nails and the polish didn't even fully cover my nail. I showed Cindy and told her that I was dissatisfied with my nails and felt very disrespected by the service. She looked at me like I was bothering her but attempted to "fix" my nails too but she also failed to fix my nails. I asked for her to fix it properly but she refused. Besides my nightmare (Helen kept cutting my toenails roo short while trying to use a already open probably used purple sponge on the bottom of my feet, which i had to tell her no maam and polishing them after i said numerous times STOP I DONT LIKE IT), a teen girl and her mother comes in for full in and pedicure and a full set and pedicure. The girl is constantly telling the lady (Cindy) she wants her nails a certain way and/or thinner bc she doesn't like it and the lady (Cindy) continously make excuses why it should be done the way she insist on doing it. Then the girl proceeds to get her pedicure, the foot bowl is making a loud noise so Cindy, who is now trying to attempt to fix Helen's mess on my feet, just cuts the bowl off and say "She'll come help you in a minute". So, while waiting I overhear the mother and teen daughter discussing that their service will be done right bc their paying for the service like they want and that theres dirt now all in the foot bowl. So, another employee comes to the teen and looks in the foot bowl while tighten the sprayer in the inside of the bowl and states "Ok I'm ready" and turns the bowl back on with the dirty water inside and say "Ok put your feet in water", the teen and her mom states " Oh, no it's dirt in the this water". Then, all the employees starts speaking in their language, they look laugh as she proceeds to remake her water. Poor poor customer service, unprofessional, rude, nasty, while unsanitary!!! I wish I could give a zero star review. I came in and the main manager that sits at the front did my nails. I asked for full set and pedi. I showed her a picture and she said she didn't have the colors but she would get as close to what I showed. A lot of other people started coming in and they became busy so busy that she would answer calls take payments and not be focused on the work she was doing. I asked for a vanilla chrome and she put a blue chrome which altered the white on the French tip. I have a picture of what I asked for and her work. While I sat at the chair I was so unhappy with my nails because not only was there nail polish all over my hand but chrome under my cuticle and I realized how yellow they looked. I got up and went to her and told her politely that my nails were yellow and I had nail polish on my skin. She gaslit me infront of people and raised her voice spoke over me after I told her multiple times "ma'am I'm not trying to argue and at this point I just wish as a manger that you took accountability " the lady whom she was doing her nails even had to calm her and say "what's the soluation your going to give her" she stated that I had to sit wait and I WAS GOING TO PAY MORE! She already had charged me $60! For horrible horrible work. I declined her fixing it after she kept being rude and loud. I said, " no I want to leave now what am I paying can I even get as discount?" And she kept being rude and so I left and stood up for myself and did not pay which I shouldn't have to for the rudeness and the horrible nails which I went to get done afterwards to fix! She then HARASSED ME! BY coming outside and saying I did all of that because I'm broke and don't want to pay..... I've been coming here for years for my eyebrows and always leave 20% for her to do what she did. I WILL POST PICTURE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THE NAILS I GOT. This place is reasonably priced and they do good work. I gave 3 stars because although they have good work, almost everytime I've gone to get my lashes done (a 15 minute process), I have to wait 30 minutes or longer because they have ONE lady that does lashes but she runs the counter and is a nail tech so you have to wait until she's done doing a million jobs just to do your lashes that barely take any time and that's frustrating. read more

But even with the needed and required changes, you should not have to accept less than stellar service. The tech was so set on rushing me to the pedicure station, I was not allowed to pick my polish. She then provided me with polish samples, but not what I requested. As I continued to request the type of polish that I liked, she did not budge. I came in a few days ago for a pedi. The lady that did my nails was nice I thought but then when she got to working on my nails.. she was too rough and she stabbed me on my right big toe with the cuticle cleaner(the pointy side). First, she was pushing my cuticles back too hard, then she was pushing too deep with the pointy end and it hurt obviously. I jumped and said "ow" she said sorry. Then proceeded to work on my left she did the same thing on my left big toe. Pushing too deep under my nails. I also was getting acrylic on my two big toes.. when she was starting to file with the drill she was pushing my cuticles back even more with her fingernails to the point where it's red and irritated. Overall, I didn't enjoy the pedicure. She did a horrible job, it was either my second or third time there.. I really liked my experience the last time I went there that's why I decided to go again. I wish I had the ability to do a 1/2 here, but that works in their favor so they ended up at three stars. (Why did I round up rather than round down? I'm still in school and I'm a sucker for a curve and leniency lol) Give it to me quick: If you want cute designs, decent work, cheap prices and to be in and out quickly then this is your place. If you want to be offered water, wine and not have someone blatantly speak about you in their language anytime you ask them to correct something ... look elsewhere. Long version: This is your basic nail salon, with work that is a bit better than basic regarding the pedicures. The decor and atmosphere can use some help big time, but they have the basics down for using the lining in the tub, sanitizing the tools etc. I've never had an issue with my toes and the ladies there do a great job on the pedicures. Nails (hands): If you are anal about your shape you may leave here upset. My nails are constantly shaped differently and/or don't matchup to the opposite hand, not drastic, but enough that I notice. As far as longevity, I've been to places where my nails last 3-4 weeks, but here you will more than likely need another visit exactly at the two week mark. Eyebrows: The main woman who does eyebrows does a good job, HOWEVER, (this is where they lose stars) they double dip the stick after each application on your face which is gross!! Imagine coming in after the gym which is right next door and having someone wipe the wax on someone's post sweaty forehead and then putting it back into the pot. Lashes: I used to get my lashes done here when I was in a rush and couldn't book with my lash salon, but one time I came in and she pulled out a bottle of 30 second weave bond glue to do my lashes!!!!!!! Now I know some people do this at home, but WTF you can't do this to the public! I immediately asked her what she thought she was doing with that and she said she has some other glue she could use. Umm... yeah! The bottle she went to grab said it was eyelash glue so I allowed her to proceed. About 5 minutes in the smell became super familiar to me and I realized she was using semi-permanent glue on the clusters. That glue is for the lightweight individual lashes. Needless to say those clusters were extremely painful due to the weight and the adhesive that bonded them for the following four weeks! Do I still go? Yes. However, I go for my toes and occasional nails only. Cheap prices and convenience aren't worth me going blind and catching an infection on my eyebrows. read more

Though her personality was nice, I feel as though she was new or didn't know what she was doing because my acrylic tips kept coming off as she was doing them and she kept having to reglue and reapply them throughout the process. Everyone at this nail shop is so friendly. As soon as you walk in the door you are immediately greeted. They do ask you about 10 times if you want to pedicure. LOL. Tony the nail tech usually does my nails he's very friendly and very flirtatious lol he really loves holding the ladies hands LOL. The only negative I have to say about this shop is they are very slow they take at least over an hour sometimes. I have been in there before for almost 2 hours and that was with a little bit of a wait time but that's a bit long. But they do a good job , not everyone is trained to do nails some can only paint and do pedicures. read more

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I'm pretty disappointed. At first I Ioved the nails and they were pretty cute. (As you see in the first picture) However the nails don't last. Now after 2 weeks I have a broken nail (mind you I've never broken a nail and I've had five sets done that never broke done by other salons.) The nails of My 2 index fingers are lifting off of my natural nail and they hurt a lot every time there is any kind of pressure put on it.(again this has never happened to me) The pain from the lifting has gotten to a point where I had to just cut the nails of before they eventually ripped off and damaged my natural nails. All of the butterflies from the design have come off during the first week, and one rhinestone is missing. After only 2 weeks the whole set is basically in ruins. The nails do not last. If a customer has to wait more than 30+ minutes you should tell them instead of saying "a little bit" or "he's almost done" because now I've been waiting an hour. The rule at this salon is walk in only which sucks on the customers behalf when they're constantly busy and I'm sure the nail techs barely get a break. BEWARE!!! OF RUDE OWNER, CINDY!!! I just recently had an appointment to get SNS and pedicure which I was very pleased with both. The problem came in when I overheard a customer talking about the rewards program of which I was totally unaware of. I had just visited with Wisteria Nails about 3 weeks ago when my son got married. No one mentioned anything about a rewards program then,nor did they on this visit. I then summoned a woman,who turned out to be the owner, Cindy and asked if I could get a stamp from my previous visit in addition to the one for that day. She told me "no" I began to explain to her that as a business owner that it's her responsibility as well as her staff to inform customers of any type of rewards program. During our conversation she tried to talk over me, which is extremely RUDE!! She still refused to give me the stamp. I kindly gave her the card back and told her that I would not be back! This place is very affordable but lack quality in the work they do on your nails. The guy Jimmy that did my nails was very rude and did not even speak to me while I sat in his chair waiting on him to come start doing my nails. This was my first time coming to this salon and I didn't even know that he was the one that was going to do my nails bc he didn't even greet me as he kept walking back-and-forth several times before he sat down to do my nails. Even then he still did not say hello or anything. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the nail color in the picture was a nude color. I asked him if he had a color like it and he quickly said no and didn't even offer to help suggest a color that would work. He just kept saying what color you want. Since I've had a few nude colors before I picked a color close to what the picture looked like and showed it to him to use. They had a very limited selection of gel colors to choose from. He rushed on my nails and I asked him for a slight cut down and he cut my thumb nail too short, then had to cut my other thumb nail down to match the other short nail after I pointed it out to him. He filed my nails uneven on the sides and did a sloppy job painting my nails. Some people would like to get their nails done quickly but I prefer to have them done precisely as I ask and expect even if this takes a little extra time. This is not what I got here. It was a very rush job and very basic service. Nothing to brag about. I was not impressed at all with my nails and the service I received. I will always try a new place once, but you get one time to make a good impression and they blew it with me and I will NOT be back. There are way more better places in Snellville to get your nails done then this place. You should not waste your time coming here unless you don't care what your nails look like when you leave or how you're going to be treated while there. read more

I will not come back here again! I made an appointment... it did not matter! I wanted a colored French tip.. they looked at me like I had tow heads and did a horrible job. The massage with the mani literally lasted 69 secs! No one in staff did nail art, yet all their pictures online have some type of art. No need to make appointments because they don't honor them. My daughter and I had a 3PM appointment. When we get there, the guy who is suppose to do my nails has someone in his chair. I specifically asked owner how long she said a few minutes. She insisted on starting my pedicure. The tech that was suppose to start on my nails then started on a entirely new customer. I told them I was done after my pedicure was completed. The owner wanted to act like she didn't know I wanted it done at the same time. I told her over the phone when I made the appointment. I was so irritated I changed our pedicures from deluxe to the basic and specifically pointed to it. She then acted like I asked for classic pedicures. This salon provides the best pedicure, that meets my expectation without winning the lottery. They actually give you a sugar scrub and cooling gel massage in addition to the basic ingredients used. They very good and when it came up to paying it was suppose to be $81 dollar(2 pedicures and sns and acrylic full set) and the lady said $91.. she said the acrylic full set was $20 dollars and that's it's $25 dollar because I got a coffin shaped long set, and she tried to clean it up by saying all nail salons charge like that.
