This lucky place was my choice for breaking my 2+ year pedicure fast and were my nails in need of it. The technician did a good job; it's nice to have someone do my toes without folding myself like origami paper just to slather a coat of nail polish on my toes. This place was brightly lit and clean. SCAMMERS!!! I was looking for a new salon b/c mine was too far. I went to this place out of recommendation. I walked in and asked the front desk if someone good could do my nails. She referred me to Eric for my nails n I had my feet done also from someone else. Eric explained that I nneeded a new set (of course he would , they all do)! So I proceeded to do so. I showed him a picture of the art. HE SAID IT WOULD ONLY BE $70 FULLSET TOTAL. I then proceeded with my pedicure. I had gel n a big toe acrylic fill (which was not explained). Here's the best part. I get to the register to check out.. $170 something in the beginning n that was without the 10% for first time customers. It came to $153.15 FOR WHAT???? I explained to the owner n her husband what was told to me n they still wouldn't accommodate me matter fact they brushed me off. I can either run out n get the police called on me for their negligence or pay the tab n dispute it with my bank. I went on their website n reviewed the breakdown n no where did it have all the charges that I supposedly accumulated. I m contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is unprofessional n unethical n i know it happens on a per customer basis. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM UR BUSINESS PERIOD!!! The young woman who was doing my nails left the nail file dirt all over ME. My phone almost in the pedicure tub 3 times and she glared at me like it was my fault . Please DO NOT visit this nail salon !! They charge almost $50 for a fill-in even with short nails and they increase their prices as they provide the services to get you to spend a certain amount ! I was charged an additional $30 to remove my gel polish and get a new color when I had to get a fill in and for a toe nail repair ! Plus the $7x2 for French nails and French toes . They charge higher prices but the work isn't better quality . You're lucky if you get someone who knows how to do French tips or file correctly! read more

This was my 1st & last time visiting this nail salon. I needed an early service & selected this location bc it was open at 9am. There were 20-25 chairs in the facility with maybe 6 being served, but they stuck me between 2 other ladies. I was given a book to select my pedicure. I told the tech I wanted the Peppermint Pedicure with a nail repair on 1 of my big toe nails. She added the overlay to both big toes. I was okay with it to add some symmetry. She was very rough with filing & shaping of the nails. Without asking, she automatically applied gel polish. I didnt not have her correct bc I was pressed for time. The big issue was she broke my gold anklet as she aggressively wiped the skin mask off my legs. I had to stop her to look for my anklet. Once located, she proceeded without any sort of remorse. I showed the manager & she proceeded to check me out with very little empathy. The "sorry" came after I paid. UPDATE: I called & spoke to the manager "Lynn" about rectifying the issue before wasting my time by popping up. Over the phone, I refreshed her of the situation & their review response. I also shared that I had the receipt for the original purchase. She asked me to stop by & bring in my receipt to make right. When I arrived the next evening, she was expecting me to bring in the broken anklet so she could take to her jeweler to try to fix. At no point in the review response or on the phone did she say they would try to fix. I regret going to this establishment. The "convenience" was not worth the price or frustration. read more

Update: I came back, just like they told me. Now they said it would cost $10 to fix the same nail, even though I only paid $5 the first time. I reminded them I came in last Sunday and was told to return after Wednesday when my tech was in. I would've been fine removing the nail that day, but they refused. Now they were willing to remove it for free but still wouldn't fix it unless I paid. It felt inconsistent, and honestly, it seemed like they saw my Yelp review and were being petty by trying to turn me away. After going back and forth and explaining everything again, they finally agreed to fix it. I also found out the tech who was rude to me before is named LILY Staff should really learn to be kinder. They're quick to take your money but slow to show basic decency when something goes wrong. read more

My technician did such a good job, I do not understand why after she painted color and top coat did she decide to file my nails again. Now they look like used tires on the sides. This was my first time here, and I asked for the lemon drop pedicure and gel french tips. I walked in without an appointment around 5:30 and was seated promptly, along with my sister, who only did an acrylic manicure. My total was $60 (40 for treatment + 15 gel polish + 5 french tips), and I would say it was well worth it! The treatment was very enjoyable and left my feet feeling very soft and moisturized. The french tips came out super cute, as well. Cleanliness could be improve as I was unsure about what kind of sanitizing process is used on the tools, so I was a bit wary of that, but overall this is a great salon to come to. I asked for a simple thin, French pedicure and left with a horrible service. Some of the French lines on my toes were thick and some were thin. It was so sloppy, it looked as though she didn't even try to make the lines clean/even. When I asked her if she could thin the lines out a little so that it would match the other foot/toe nails, she began to file the nails which didn't fix the problem. I asked her if she could just thin the French lines out with the acetone instead of filing the nails (because now one foot has short nails than the other) she said, "you're a really difficult person." I didn't ask for a difficult service. I paid $50+ for a French pedicure and the least I'm expecting is for my toe nails to look even and not as though they were painted by a child. Today I choose my color, a pale minty green & walked out with Bouncing Baby Boy Blue!!!! The tech was so nice and offered to redo it, but I ho has time for that! I informed the owner Lynn of the situation and her response was "Yeah it happens all the time. It's not our fault when the manufacturer don't match the color." I went here just last night for a quick manicure. I've been going here for a very long time and was unaware the price increased to $15 for a simple polish manicure. I sat down, was given a bowl of warm water to soak my nails in, and the tech texted on her cellphone. within 5 minutes she began working on my cuticles and filing my nails. (reviewing the following morning I did see jagged edges and cuticles that still needed attention) I had my daughter with my in my baby carrier, so I requested that I just get the cuticles, file and trim/shape... the whole process took no more than 20 minutes. When I got home I checked on their website because I could have sworn that the deluxe manicure was only $12, and I just paid $15. The price did increase, which is fair, but if I'm being honest I feel entirely ripped off to have paid full price for a service that wasn't even rendered... here is what is included, none of which I received. (See attached photos) I honestly know I look young, but I absolutely refuse to be taken advanrage of and treated like crap and sit and watch someone text on their phone. I work very hard for my money which is why I didn't want polish becuase I was going to do an Instacart delivery shortly following... I cannot afford gel polish, and it destroys your nails anyways... I don't like the constant pressure for additional services here, and that I just paid $17 for nothing really doesn't sit well. Just moved here from California a few days ago & was in need of a fill & I had also broke a nail off in the move. I've had the same nail girl for years so I was afraid to go somewhere new. When I walked in I was surprised at how busy they were & was afraid I would have to wait a long time to be seen. My daughter & granddaughter we're with me to get pedicures. I was so happy they were able to get all three of us in immediately. All techs were all in masks & I watched as they cleaned everything after each client. I had a male nail tech & he was awesome. He took his time & I never felt like I was being rushed in & out even though it was such a busy place. My nails look great & if they hold up I will definitely be returning. read more

They are the best nail salon I've tried in Snellville for gel nails & acrylics. Lala (aka Angel) does the best pedicures but everyone is trained to do everything. After trying multiple salons I've been coming here for the last year. They are one of the few salons that actually accept walk ins & don't make you wait for hours if you don't have an appointment. The salon is very clean, only con they need to do better about santizing the chair & tools between each client if you don't watch very carefully. I can normally go 3 weeks before needing a fill in & they are so gentle when they soak off your acrylics. Overall highly recommend! read more

First impression of this salon is pretty solid. They're located in the same shopping strip as Moe's and Mattress Firm. They were open as early as 9am on a Saturday morning and I was looking to beat the crowds, so I popped in. When you arrive you check in via an iPad and it's tied to rewards program (if you opt in). I noticed they had a coffee station with a Keurig sitting on top of a couple of refrigerators housing bottled water. They also had a big bowl full of lollipops. I thought this was a nice touch. Even though I got there when they opened, they had plenty of technicians available and I didn't have to wait. They had a big selection of both gel and SNS colors, but I have been doing gel more often lately. Now the services themselves were just a-ok. It was not the best gel mani I've ever received. They switched technicians halfway through my manicure with no explanation and then the painting seemed a little rushed. I noticed there was still some excess polish on my skin which is pretty annoying. Sure, it will wash off...but still noteworthy that a minute or two extra to clean it up would have added another star for me! For a regular pedi + callous remover and a gel mani the total was $46 before tip. read more

Manager/receptionist lady is very dismissive. Service is terrible. I got regular toe polish on my toes, I told the nail tech (kevin) my polish was lumpy and he said a clear coat would fix it. He then proceed to tell me this is what happen because I didn't get gel! I got gel on my nails and one is already chipping and the coats are very uneven. He also did not remove all of my old gel so I have a dip in my nails. I will not be returning. I do not recommend. Or just be very attentive to your service. read more

I only went here because my mother wanted to have a nail day and although my mom is very proud of this place I am not. Well there was many things that I saw that I did not like. The biggest problem that I had was them using old and or used supplies to do my nails. Also The nail color I asked for was Silver with one white male, but because there was a huge language barrier I ended up getting one silver nail and the rest white even though I tried to stop her she didn't understand what I was saying and I really didn't have the time to explain to her because it was just a color change and whatever. Then the white that she used looks more like a cream it is not bright white and the bedazzles that are $10 a finger are already falling off less than 48 hours later. The glue they used was something that you can buy from Walmart that definitely is not going to keep bedazzled on nail long enough to get them re-done when you need a fill-in. I am disappointed at the paint job also because it's very bulky and thick. So thick that my shape is off. They did not completely take the color off that was on previously so I still have some color around my cuticles. Omg and they never answer the phone !!! read more
