I was able to send pictures and get an estimate, remotely (very helpful to correspond via text, email during a pandemic). The entire thing had to go. Tracks, opener, door. It took a few weeks to get the door parts ordered and installed. Installation only took a few hours. Jonathan responds promptly and was very helpful. We felt the pricing was very fair. I just wanted to give some feedback on my service call. While I expected more than just some oil sprayed in the rollers . He tried to upswell me on the Nylon rollers. Your initial offer stated $69 if I wanted to replace them. He brought it up and said it would be $150. While I was considering this once he tried to charge me $81 more it hit me the wrong way. Within 2 days my garage door started to moan. It had never moaned before and the the garage would not close because it was saying something was in front of the sensor. I checked the sensor and it was still aligned but the green light did not come on. I then checked the wiring and one of the wires were loose going into the opener. I put it in and it started working. Not sure how it got lose but making sure wires are connected properly should be part of a tune up. Not my best experience read more

So since I've scheduled the appt with these guys I received 3 other company's ads on my Facebook where I found these guys mind you and every single one of them was half the cost of the service call. Lowest I found was $35 but common price was $49...this company charged me $79. They also quoted me on a new belt system that was pretty close to $700 if I remember correctly I've already found one for $370. So guys like this ok around and save some money if you are just looking for a tune up and look around of its a repair cause it could save you hundreds! read more

Called their dispatch several times, then some come calls back and you have to repeat the request again. I told them to help me install Genuine garage opener and then they scheduled it. Then when they came to your house, they just said I don't install this kind of garage opener and then they just leave. I hope they can tell me upfront that they can't install this kind garage opener before scheduled it and prevent waste time. They are bad in customer service and waste people time. read more

It was a Friday before work I was in my garage, moving things around. I stupidly put a push broom on the garage door rail I think. Forgot about it, hit the button, garage door went down but not smoothly, hit the button again. The rollers started popping out and the door almost fell on the truck. I called one place they told me they couldn't come until the next day. I called Phoenix Express Garage Door, talked to Jonathan. He came out in an hour and a half. Got the door down, safely, no damage to the truck. And was able to rearrange their schedule to come out the next day to replace the door.
