Tried to get the store on the phone to address a return of issue and get generic message the person you are trying to reach is unavailable please leave a message after the tone. Not the kind of response I would expect after spending over $7000 in the store. That's why retail stores are going out of business. You can't get any Customer Service out of the real people anymore in the brick and mortar stores. Maybe take the time or effort to have a real telephone system set up. read more

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and circumstances changed so we canceled 3 days later. We were told the order was canceled and our money would be refunded. Part of the order shipped and we have been receiving the run around to get our $7k+ refunded. We have no confidence in this company to refund our money so we contacted the BBB and filed a dispute with our credit card company to try and resolve. read more

Seems like they have good products so this review is just for this specific location. The old blonde lady that works there is pushy and rude. I was working with a younger woman who was friendly and informative answering all my questions. Then the other lady came out from some back room and my whole experience changed. She kept interrupting my sales lady and chiming in unwanted. Saying things that the other lady had already told me and when I informed her the young lady was doing a great job and I'd rather work with her blonde kept saying "we don't work for commission, we all work together" well it's a good thing they don't work for commission because that lady would definitely not get any sales. She also kept telling long fantasies about how I can use the product, I'm guessing that's her technique but I don't need a fairytale I just need to know how it works and how much it costs. She would not stop interrupting so I thanked the dark haired lady for her time and left, I ended up buying online. Five star product one star worker. They must sell a lot of bean bags to stay in business. We have been looking for a pit sectional and wanted to come in and sit on the different cushions and look at fabric samples. I did all of my research online about configurations and size. Sales lady was nice enough, albeit young and a little bit of a ding-a-ling. After all my research and preparedness there were no appropriate fabric choices that I liked. I even contacted a seamstress that had sewn custom covers for another client, but I didn't want to go that route. The sectionals are mostly custom and expensive even for a custom piece, which at this point I am looking into. For the price point, I might as well have exactly what I want instead of settling on ugly fabric. read more

Based on the level of service, this place is top notch! Let me tell you why... Larry is the man!! But, you have to know the full story, in order to appreciate why. My wife and I have been shopping for some living room and theater room seating. We actually stopped in at the Scottsdale Fashion location the day before, to get some information on their products. We were pretty happy with the quality of the product, but we were put off by the service. The sales rep that was helping us wasn't very informative. She was helpful, but you could tell she needed some more experience with detailed questions. What pushed us out of the store... she wanted to see what we could get pre approved for, for their 0% financing. Two minutes later, I'm told we now have a line of credit with them! Not good!! You don't open up a line of credit without the customer specifically requesting it. Given our bad taste about the Scottsdale location, we decided to venture down to Chandler location. What a difference! Larry immediately introduced himself, as well as his history in the furniture business. He also explained why Lovesac is such a quality product and company. While Larry was putting our quotes together, I got to chat with another customer. She had their Sactional product for 7 years and was trying to resolve a situation with a free offer she recieved. Her feedback on how the staff was resolving the situation gave me confidence in how Lovesac takes care of their customers. I've been shopping at LoveSac for over 1 1/2 years. Convincing my X-Husband to purchase an expensive sofa was going to be quite a process; however Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She showed us so many ways we could utilize the sofa to fit and accommodate our 5 dogs. While we paid a pretty penny I will say it's a staple in our home and the one item people love to sit on and talk about. Sadly we recently divorced so since he got everything I had to buy an entirely new Sactional. Jennifer was once again there for me and with the many specials they had over the holidays I now own my own 8/13 piece. While it's not the pretty leather he has I have a beautiful taupe velvet hat can be washed if my pups decide to drool. I can't say enough about Jennifer she is like Family. She has been there day and night when I had silly questions. She even met us at our home when we thought we had been sent the wrong color. He was extremly rude and seemed like we were wasting his time. He was not helpful at all and was irratble the whole time. Visiting my family in Chandler we stopped at the mall. That's when I discovered Lovesac. I had to have one. I purchased the Supersac in Fox Phur and the manager talked me into the ottoman. Eventually I will purchase a sofa setup. We do have a store in my hometown but I will return to Chandler to purchase. The manager is a designer and took her time to explain color options for my house. She's also from my hometown NYC, so need to support! Product is A+ and worth it! read more

I have gone in to this store several times. The products are lovely and the staff is for the most part -- we'll get to that -- a joy. These are high ticket items. You can rack up a 17K purchase very easily if you go a little nuts. One can safely assume that such items may require multiple visits from customers before they go in on it. This location's new manager evidently does not agree. Allow me to interject by mentioning at this point I was very seriously considering a multi-thousand dollar purchase for the past month or so. I came in the other day and introduced myself to the new manager in an attempt to be friendly. I mentioned that I come in often to see their products and contemplate the purchase, and the tone of the conversation instantly changed. She cocked an eyebrow at me. "So, why haven't you bought anything?" Not particularly inclined to reveal my personal finances, I said I had to take careful consideration of my spending and save before purchasing as my credit is less than stellar. Her response soured my desire to buy anything from this store. "Well we aren't a lounge so I'm going to have to ask you to buy something or stop coming here." Very well. I will stop coming here. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with this woman. I was trying to be friendly and planned on a purchase very soon. I guess I'll either take my business to the other luxury furniture store in this mall or drop the cash on a new motorcycle. Flip a coin. I wanted to order the "Tubesac" neck pillow to match my CitySac and support my head. A representative on the website told me I could order one from the store (since they do not offer them on the website). I dropped by the store to inquire on the price of ordering the custom neck pillow, and the two employees were very rude. They were just chatting about the schedule or whatever in front of me while a younger gentleman was looking the pillow up on the tablet, and I felt like I wasn't welcome. He then muttered something about people ordering "dumb stuff like this", and I decided that I wasn't going to order anything from this store. I suppose a small order is too trivial, or it's a waste of their time. I'll just get a random pillow for it in black, and it'll look fine (and save me money). read more

Let me start by saying I discovered the Lovesac in Seattle around January. I also want to start my review by saying "the LovebSac" is a bit of a cheesy name and it would be very easy to get the wrong idea before visiting. We walked into this small boutique in Seattle st an upscale mall. Instantly fell in love!! However, we were relocating from Seattle to Tucson in two months and were not going to invest in any new household items before our move. We instantly fell in love with the quality and the cool, unique furniture they offer. As soon as we moved to Tucson, we made a special trip to purchase what we immediately fell in love with in Seattle. We walked in knowing the style of "bean bag" Pod we wanted with rocker ($900) but were rushed and not shown the many custom fabrics. Because we knew what we wanted, it was an extremely easy quick order taking sale. The Chandler associate was less than forthcoming with time frame or options available and very rushed with us. Let me give a compliment to Jennifer, maybe the manager that expedited my order and was the utmost professional, knowledge and pleasant. Although a bit expensive the store has many unique options and quality is top notch!! I plan to purchase the amazing custom furniture in a March when we buy a home. This is quality furniture with a bit of a cheap name....check it out!! read more

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! I don't know what happened to the old manager, Toni, but the new assistant manager that is running the store now is lovely to deal with and talented as well. Her name is Jennifer, and from the minute I walked in to the store, she afforded me a high level of customer service one normally expects from a luxury store. I didn't buy the first few times I was there, just because I was trying to put together a design in my head for my living room. She let me browse, but made sure I knew she was there to help me with whatever I needed. I came in with measurements and a floor plan the last time I went in and she looked at them and showed me several pieces that would work in my space. She even went one step further and started to give me design ideas using the colors and fabrics at her disposal. She has a great eye for design and clearly loves her job. I now have a much better idea of what to buy and what colors will work in my space. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend seeing Jennifer for all your furniture and designer needs. read more
