After entering the store, we were greeted by James, he was there to help us on our Tiffany experience. I knew what collection I wanted to buy from for my 1st piece of Tiffany & Co jewelry, but truly enjoyed looking and gazing at everything they had on display. James was very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions and told us our experience in the Scottsdale store would be more personal than at the busy flagship store and he might have been right. Excellent service, beautiful jewelry and extremely happy with my purchase and know I will be back for more pieces.

That's bananas. Sent it in through the website & after evaluation $290. Got it fixed no problem. Make it make sense Fashion Square. If you don't want to process or perform repairs, then don't offer them. It's not that hard. The only good part of the experience at fashion square was that I was in & out in less than 3 minutes. I walked in, glanced around, and ended up selecting some new earrings to change out my inital ones with. Ty (sp?) helped me out. She had a special tool to remove the bell shaped backings from my initial piercing (which made me feel better that I couldn't get them out on my own). It was seamless and didn't hurt at all. I do not remember the piercer I had, but she was not very friendly. All I know is she has glasses and brown hair. I went in a second time and I booked and asked for a mid helix and she gave me an upper lobe. And it has healed horribly. It's been months and right from when she did it I could tell it was crooked. I took it out recently to clean it and it immediately started bleeding everywhere. It took me fifteen minutes to get the earring back in because it was very painful and crooked and I could not find the other side. She also did not tell me I needed to come in for a downsize. I was new to piercings so I did not know you had to get a downsize in order for it to heal properly. Piercings are expensive and not only did I have a bad experience, a painful, slow, and incorrect healing process, but I ALSO did not even get the piercing I wanted. I don't think this should affect the entire business but I did not have a good experience with that piercer.

Another jeweler in the area quoted us $500 to fix it and it would take about 3 days to get it back. We took it to Fast Fix Jewelry repair instead and only paid $100 and had it fixed in an hour and a half. It was polished up and shiny and looked brand new when she got it back. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back when we need something else fixed.
