Avoid if at all possible. I already knew what I was getting myself into based on the other reviews, but I had to go here due to my insurance coverage. I had to go to this body shop 3 times over 2 days for one windshield repair due to their lack of communication. 3 Ubers, I might as well paid out of pocket at a decent shop. @B: They are horrible. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY. They came out to repair my windshield which was tiny fine hairline cracked from a pebble. It was a crack inside the layer of the windshield. She claimed to tap around open a crash in order to get the liquid windshield for the repair. It literally took her one minute and all of a sudden I had to pay a $250. Deductible because she Hailey cracked my windshield which caused more damage with a cracked whole and 2 long cracks from one end of my windshield to the other. I called Safelite and spoke to you many managers and they will not take responsibility. SO I URGE EVERYONE DON'T EVER USE SAFELITE. You let me know if you think SAFELITE is any kind of right. Would you pay the deductible if this was you? If I had the option to give them no stars, that's what it would be but in order to post it I'd have to give a star so it's a zero star for me. read more

WARNING: DO NOT bring your car to this Safelite unless you want to be LIED TO and completely DISRESPECTED. I scheduled my windshield replacement online and was given a drop-off time between 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, with the guarantee that my car would be done by 5:00 PM. I dropped it off at 8:15 AM, expecting my appointment to be honored. Instead, they ignored my car all day and didn't even START working on it until AFTER I called at 4:00 PM--just before closing! When I called at 4:00 PM, an employee lied and said they were still working on it and it would be done in an hour. At 5:00 PM, I called again, and they told me it wasn't ready and that they'd "call when it was." At this point, I drove over before they closed, only to find that no one was even working on my car! The service bay doors were wide open, leaving my personal belongings exposed for anyone to take. The level of disrespect from the staff was unreal. Instead of owning up to their failure, they had the nerve to tell me and my mother to "calm down" in a completely condescending and dismissive tone. That is not how you handle an angry customer--especially when YOU are the ones in the wrong. To make it even worse, they were blasting offensive music filled with racial slurs. To top it all off, they didn't even finish calibrating my sensors and tried to force me to sign a liability waiver before I could take my car. Now I have to waste even more of my weekend time coming back for something that should have been done the first time. And let's talk about the so-called "discount" for my troubles and experience I was promised. The manager, lied to me telling me he'd work with me on a $200 discount--only for me to find out later that they were actually offering me a pathetic $50 just to get me out of the shop. This place is a JOKE. They don't care about your time, your appointment means NOTHING, and they will lie to you to cover up their incompetence. I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews, my technician Najit, was friendly and helpful. Dropped off my car around 1pm, went out to lunch, ran an errand, and bought a new rearview mirror - which Najit was happy to try and replace for me. I was updated via text and email. I got there around 3 and they let me know that there was a delay. Room is comfortable with tv, snacls, water, wifi, and clean bathrooms. They finished around 4 and Najit informed that rearview did not fit and I was able to return it. I did receive the phone call yesterday that they cancelled (was at work and could not call), but I called back before closing and they fixed it - so be aware to call right away if you can. Dakota was my technician who put in a beautiful temporary windshield. The one we needed was special ordered so Dakota fitted this temporary one on until it came in. Then he talked with his manager privately. Next thing I know, Dan, the manager, set us up with a mobile installation free of charge. My windshield was replaced here and after two weeks, i got a big crack on the windshields originating from the base. They gave me a reason with technical words I can't understand. Ok I said I will give them a second chance. I submitted claim with insurance and setup appointment. When I got there, the technician said the new replacement had a scratch and I need to reschedule. They just wanted to leave early that day since my appointment was a boy on the later side. Never again. Won't going back there for sure. read more

Came in to Safelite only because I had a chip on my front windshield, which was there for over a year, without spreading or cracking. I would usually never go to go a big company like Safelite but my insurance covered chips so I figured why not. Ended up being more than a chip when during the "cooling" process my window cracked, which of course now meant I had to pay over $400 to replace the now cracked windshield. I definitely understand the risks of the repair process and I have no blame towards the technicians, the customer service was actually the saving grace. It was just an overall frustrating experience, especially knowing the quote for the glass replacement is overpriced. I did not get the glass replaced here and instead supported a small business and got the replacement done for about half the quoted price. read more

New front windshield on '24 Civic. Ask for Juan, he did an amazing job! He will respect your vehicle and treat it like his own. He took his time and did it right, not one scratch from install and he calibrated it correctly! I've had my new front windshield for a couple months now and no water leaks! (which i was a little worried about from previous review) so ask for Juan if you are worried about that. Juan also knows how to drive manual, so no problems with my stickshift. Miles were the same from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. He treats your vehicle like his own which I respect highly from working in the valet industry for years. This location damaged my car when they replaced my windshield. They notified me when I picked up my car of what happened, showed me the damage, and said the manager, Dan, would follow up with me. I never received any correspondence from them. After contacting customer service to investigate several weeks later, they said that there was no notes in my file regarding the damage to the car or any follow-up actions on behalf of the shop. They indicated that I would need to wait for the shop to review the documentation, file the claim and get back to me, which could take a "few weeks". Would not recommend. read more

I am sick to my stomach knowing I spent $1200 for windshield replacement 2 weeks ago and seeing several scratches on the inside. At first I thought they were clear stickers that needed to be peeled. My car had been so filthy from the rain I figured I'd "peel" them before getting my car washed. I finally put my finger over them and felt that they're scratches. This is a brand new windshield and it was scratched during instillation. I am extremely disappointed. After completion I checked out the window outside as best I could before taking off but the scratches are much more noticeable from inside. I'm certain nothing will be done but I plan on contacting them for a complaint as soon as I can. This is beyond upsetting, and I held off so long because I thought they were stickers! I really wish I could leave a no star. I had the worse experience from start to finish. I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my car here for a window replacement. Absolutely the worst experience. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, offering no updates on my car after promising it would only take 2 hours. After all that, they told me they couldn't even recalibrate my car--so I had to go to the dealership anyway. A total waste of time. Then, when I picked up my car, I signed paperwork and was told I was "good to go." Later that day, I get a threatening call saying I forgot to pay and would be sent to collections. How is that my fault when your team handed me my keys and sent me off? Completely unprofessional. This place is a joke, and I would never recommend it to anyone. read more

Needed new windshield for my 2005 Subaru. Waited about a week for these guys to come to my home to do the replacement. They arrived 2 hrs late due to previous job running long which wasn't a problem. They arrived, took 5 mins to look at the seal on the windshield, and then told me they couldn't do the job because the vehicle had rust on the metal where the seal is. I couldn't see any rust but the guy assured me it was there. I called a local company in town and they replaced the windshield with no issues. We both examined the metal around the window and basically saw no rust. They cleaned/primed the area before installing the new windshield. The good news is they charged me half of what Safelite was asking. I personally think the installer was running late and used the "rust" excuse for getting out of the job. Be careful with these guys. I made an appointment for my Tesla windshield replacement at this location. It never got done. I had made an appointment earlier in the week and was told the recalibration can take up to 5 hours. So based on that I rescheduled my appointment for a Saturday after speaking to 2 managers at 2 different locations. I dropped off my Tesla at 7:30 in the morning. I get a call around 3 in the afternoon to be told that they can only change my windshield and not recalibrate my car today. This is because supposedly the 3rd party Tesla company they use closed at 4. They expect me to come back on Monday and leave my car there again and without a guarantee that it will be done in time for me to be able to pick up my kid from school. I only have this car, hence why I scheduled it for a Saturday I am free. I am obviously livid at this point. You had my car the whole day and you wait until the end of the day and claim that you had an issue with another car so that's why it took so long? After I agreed just to get the windshield replaced after speaking to the manager for 20 mins. A hour goes by and I decide let me check on the car to see if they did anything. What do you know!? It's still sitting in the parking lot not touched at all! I call to ask when they expect to be done. The front desk lady tells me 2 more hours! They close at 5, I called at 4:30! She had the audacity to claim that they are cleaning and prepping my car then to be started on, this while I am looking at it through my dashboard camera. It was still in the parking lot not touched! When I called her out about the lie. She starts to argue that the car is supposed to be done by the end of the day. They close at 5! My car would be done by 7! That's close to 12 hours it was left there. I just picked up my car and said forget it. I wasted a whole day and my car windshield is not even fixed! I would never come to location! Corporate chains I think of as impersonal and uncaring, from hold music on the phone for 20 minutes up to the delivery, where something's bound to go wrong. I was more than pleasantly surprised with this location. Erica booked me and let me know when they had thewindshield from my auto manufacturer--it was an insurance fix, a rock had hit the windshield. She informed me that it would probably be an all-day procedure, so I was ready. She was so patient when I came in on the wrong day! When I got there on the correct day, early in the morning, Daniel took care of everything and explained it all. The waiting room was clean and quiet except for the TV, which I tuned out, and they had Wifi. They also had coffee, which was a necessity. The bathroom was clean, too, down to the eucalyptus hand soap. A friend picked me up in a couple of hours. The installer, Quidoles, called me at 1:00, which was pretty quick! He, like everyone else, was personable and had a sense of humor. He explained all the dos and don'ts of the new windshield, and I drove off. If this location is any example, this company's good reputation is thoroughly deserved. read more
