I contacted four different providers and explained to them that we already had an electric whip in the wall, all we needed was a recessed outlet box installed, the power tied into the outlet and yes, a low profile wall mount for the TV to be hung. One of the four never called, the second called but didn't support our area, the third had to discuss it with this boss and team as it sounded technical and they wanted to schedule a survey to evaluate if they needed to hire an electrician first. The fourth was James from Power On Installs. He was here the next day, found the whip, installed the outlet and hung the TV. Done in 2 hours. HIRE THIS GUY!

I was referred to AVS and their owner Dan by a trusted contractor/friend of mine...and I couldn't…read morebe more pleased. Dan and his team did a massive complete home automation installation. They installed exterior cameras with searchable digital backup, put in dual wifi in-house and outside (one for guests), designed and built a 4K movie theater with bone-shaking sound, plus purchased (at great prices for me!) and installed 17 televisions (including two outside). But it wasn't just the gear and installation, because quite frankly, many people can likely install gear. What I've been so pleased with is the after-sale service. As technology becomes more intertwined in our lives, there's bound to be hiccups. Software updates from one vendor (Spotify, for example), might conflict with another service you also have installed. These little things, left unchecked (or if you are left to figure them out on your own) can take what you hoped would be a "neat experience" and turn it into a headache. Dan handles everything. He "dumbs things down" for me when he can tell I don't get it (or don't want to get it)...or he will also take the time to go really deep into an explanation of technology if he can tell that's what I want on a particular topic/issue. Bottom line, I have recommended Dan to many people already. And some of my contacts have also become customers of AVS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
