Yury is the real deal, i experienced an issue with my whirlpool washing machine not spinning or draining, he carefully emptied the bottom of the washer into my buckets and towels. Then he inspected the drain pump and motor coupling, said they were in good condition. I brought up a youtube video i found regarding a capacitor and it turns out that was the culprit as the wiring was corroded, he was able to fix it with his tools. I then ran the washing machine with my clothes inside and it is working now. The repair took roughly an hour. I got back from vacation and my refrigerator was out. The whole appliance was not working, including the refrigerator and the freezer. Yuri came out right away. (BTW, I called many other people for same-day appointment and no one else offered it!)
