He began going through all the troubleshooting I had already done by researching online. Finally, he was stumped and began researching himself online on his cellular phone. He eventually told me he had no idea what the issue was and said he did not want to attempt to fix it since he could not pinpoint the problem. Moving forward, I realized that the internet is your best friend when troubleshooting an appliance issue, and hiring a repair company is only worth it if the repair is specific and requires their expertise. Yury is the real deal, i experienced an issue with my whirlpool washing machine not spinning or draining, he carefully emptied the bottom of the washer into my buckets and towels. Then he inspected the drain pump and motor coupling, said they were in good condition. I brought up a youtube video i found regarding a capacitor and it turns out that was the culprit as the wiring was corroded, he was able to fix it with his tools. I then ran the washing machine with my clothes inside and it is working now. The repair took roughly an hour. I got back from vacation and my refrigerator was out. The whole appliance was not working, including the refrigerator and the freezer. Yuri came out right away. (BTW, I called many other people for same-day appointment and no one else offered it!)
