Turns out it was all flooded with oil. They forgot to tighten the filter (or forgot to put a gasket in, not sure). About a quart of oil had escaped. My driveway is also stained with oil. They are closed for the weekend, none of the phones were answered. Monday morning I drove in asking for a check up. However, the manager (Luke?) tried to convince me that it was a leak from the engine. After an unpleasant conversation (he even wiggled my accent - sorry, my English is not perfect), the car was looked at by a mechanic. The problem was fixed in a minute - it turned out that it was their mistake after all. I asked for the oil to be changed again, as I had refilled with a quart of a different grade. The manager refused, and in a mocking manner offered a refund. I don't need a refund, but I do need the work done properly. Also, the vehicle needs to be cleaned - oil splattered all the way to the rear axle, oil burning on the manifold, oil is on the wiring harnesses. The manager said he would do a claim and that I would be contacted shortly. It's been 6 days, but no one has contacted me. I would like to note that the shop is staffed by excellent guys. However, the manager acting so unprofessionally and insolently that I will never go there again. BTW, I was surprised that such a large, nice shop is actually idle - I was there 3 times and each time there was almost no one there - the boxes were empty. But after talking to the manager, it became clear why.
