Staff generally aren't too helpful and today that was no different. Came for some acrylic to make a sign and half the options were out of stock. We found one that could work but needed it cut to a better size. After wandering around to find an available worker, she said she would call someone to help us. I'm a contractor and I drive 2 hrs when I go to this location since my customers are near by, anyways I stop to get supplies and the 4 times I have been at this store the bathrooms are disgusting like you have no idea. In 3 different weeks seems like the management is not doing their part because no one should be allowed to use do disgusting bathrooms, I understand accidents happen but Dmn!! So, looked online for some bead board paneling, the non-painted, this Lowes says they have 56 pieces 48x96, gave aisle/bay location & none found. Worker says guess online not updated ????. So decided to get the white bead board 48x96, needed 11 sheets. Asked for some help, no one would help yet they had loaded carts everywhere so there were workers there just no one would help. We are elderly but we got it loaded on cart, paid for it approximately $300, asked for help to load it in our truck and the fellow at cash register says he can ask but he knows no one will help. So we start loading on our truck and another kind customer helped us. We saw a few Lowes workers standing behind the building. So I can honestly say this Lowe's only cares about the money not customer service or helping the elderly . Poor management of employees and stock. read more

This Lowes is full of friendly helpful people. When I first moved to Auburndale from Orlando I frequented the store often. I remember mentioning to the staff, wow Auburndale is full of nice people compared to Orlando. Well just so happened that it's not Auburndale, it's just this Lowes store! Great Lowes! Fairly new. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great sales. We bought a fridge on short notice. Lucked into 10% off sale and another 5% off with opening a Lowes charge card. (It has a very high penalty for not paying your balance but it's 5% off anything everytime you use it if you are good at paying it off each month. Or you can trade the 5% for 18 month warranty with certain purchases.) I truly appreciate getting a knowledgeable salesperson (Stan) and getting immediate service. He had a tape measure on him and he knew how to access information and costs after discounts applied. They deliver at no extra charge AND dispose of the old appliance. Next day and a Sunday delivery, no less. I'd drive out of my way for THIS kind of store with THIS kind of service. Applause. Applause. read more

SO very disappointed in this Lowes customer service. I purchased $3,000 in appliances from the in store back on 9/3 I was told all items would arrive on 9/10 as one of the items needed to be ordered from the DC the 10th came and went no delivery I phone to see what the status is they tell me they were waiting on 1 item that they will be delivered 9/17 that would get a call 2 days prior no call so I phone them on 9/15 I am then told there was a mix up with my order and that next delivery is 9/28. On 9/17 we get a delivery of one of the items after we were told there would be no delivery on 9/17. We wait to hear back from the store for delivery on items 9/28 no call, no email delivery shows up on 9/28 no one was home. I spend the day trying to get manager on the phone they pick me up and just put e on hold or transfer me this went on for almost 2 hours finally a rep says she will get me to a manager se gets me to the assistant manager who explains they deliver what they have in stock not all items in one shot ad that the item I have been waiting for is ot of stock till 10/28 she says she is going to call their local stores to see if any are in stock that she will call me in 24hours. She never calls me back I call she is gone for the day I then speak to another manager who was of no help at all he did not seek to find a resolution, a solution nothing so I canceled my. order. I am new home owner excited to purchase a few things for my home and they did not care. I work hard for my money and to spent $3,000 and to have them treat me the way they did was terrible. I tried for 2 days to order a washer and dryer online. Numerous times I got to the final checkout and a page would come up stating that the website was down and would be back up soon. The last time I tried it stated that I had an error code 22 and had to call customer service and tell them. I proceeded to call customer service. It took 58 minutes to complete my order with customer service. They also deceptively don't tell you that you have to pay extra for the cords to hook these appliances up. I've NEVER had to pay extra for the connections when I have purchased a washer and dryer before. They charged me $60 for the connections. This store stinks and the whole process of ordering cost me so much time and effort they should be paying me... not deceiving me. I will NEVER order anything from them again and STRONGLY recommend you don't either unless you need a lot more stress in your life. read more
