The prices are fair I suppose but it's very hard to find anything (especially carts!!). It's not easy to find an employee to assist you either. We bought a GE dishwasher at Lowes for over a thousand dollars. Used it twice and it stopped working. Had it for 13 days and tried to take it back to Lowes (Southlands location) to replace it with a working one. The manager told me NO. Their policy is 48 hour return on appliances and he was not "going to take the hit" on this. He left us standing at the counter and left. I will never ever buy any appliance at Lowes again. This is the first review I've ever written, but I highly recommend going elsewhere. Ordered 6 doors on 9/25 Delivery was supposed to be 10/13. It got pushed back to 10/27, 11/10, 11/24. We went into the store, and they said they'd be delivered 12/2. 12/2 comes and we get a text saying Lowe's delivery truck was ten minutes away. No doors and no communication. And, they charged us the next day. We spent hours on the phone trying to get help. When we finally got through, all they could tell us was there was a report that the doors were damaged. Again, no one communicated this with us. We were assured they'd be delivered 12/18- and they weren't. No communication. No doors. I called and filed a case, and was told I would hear in 24 hours. No response. 1/7- went to store and talked to manager. He said he'd look into it and we'd here in 24 hours, but we didn't hear anything. Tried to call. Couldn't get though. 1/10- again went to store and talked to manager. He said he'd look into it and we'd here in 24 hours, but we didn't hear anything. My husband went in every day for about a week to get answers, since we 1. Couldn't get through on the phone and 2. Weren't getting a response. Finally around Feb 1- we heard from them that they watched cameras. Our 6 doors were loaded on the truck, and god knows what happened to the of them that disappeared, but 3 returned to the store significantly damaged. We finally got refunded. I reordered the doors with their competitor, and we got our doors delivered 2 weeks EARLY. It was such a hassle. Going into the store physically 8 times to get an answer is ridiculous. read more

We consistently order curbside pickup from this location for woodworking and household repairs. They have the worst customer service. Each time we have arrived for pickup they don't come to the car and we have had to physically go inside to get someone to help us. If you can't provide the service you shouldn't offer it. read more

This stores delivery is sub par, 2 hours early not even in the delivery window, driver was rude. No prior notification delivers was in route. Was notified when he called at the front door. I did not authorize a drop. And by lowes delivery standards I could not review my order prior to accepting due to driver just dropped in driveway with no authorization. So I was unable to sign for the delivery. I box of screws was open and some bad wood. All I have to say is WOW never order from Lowes, Home depot all the way. Not sure why this particular Lowes tries to operate. It would be better if it had robots as associates and managers because there wouldn't be an expectation that a person/associate/manager will actually do what they say they will do. A person may tell you bull-u-know-what and a robot would just do the job. Good luck in ordering online because it will (chances are) never be delivered. The associates and managers, believe it or not, seem tell you what you want to hear even though you actually paid for a toilet and the $85 to have it delivered. They run you around in circles on the phone when just trying to ask about an order. They tell you it's been picked/tagged for delivery with your name on it (because you paid for it already) and even set up a time/day for delivery with you. You clear time out of your day for the delivery then......nope. They call you on the day of delivery to let you know that there is no toilet coming because an associate sold it to a walk-in customer. Just my experience over a 6-week period of purchasing a toilet and its delivery and nothing coming to fruition. I don't mind waiting for a toilet. Especially when a customer service Lowe's associate let me know that online orders are backed up. Okay, I can understand that; however, it's not good customer service to run around (on the phone) with associates telling you nonsense and to find out it's probably just incompetence circulating that perhaps start from the top? I went in yesterday July 9th to purchase a doorbell camera. I waited in the electronic area for about 20 minutes, finally an employee showed up and I approached him to ask about getting the product I needed . He just said "no, I can't get it . I work in plumbing , not electronics." I asked if he could contact someone that could help and he said no and walked off. Short older guy in a camo vest . I waited another 30 minutes and an employee from hardware was nice enough to try and find someone but couldn't and eventually wandered off as well. June 2023: I've bought a lot from this store for years. Sadly, about a week ago, I went to get some help and direction to fix a window that wouldn't open. I received abuse and offense in front of other customers because I couldn't just afford to buy a New Window. I had a list of items I needed; but, because of this I barely made it to my car to cry and get my emotions sorted where I could drive safely. This store is close; now I will drive further away to get help to avoid a store that doesn't value or respect its customers. This location isn't exactly close to home but I've had some recent issues with Home Depot near me so I made the drive. I arrived at the store shortly after they opened to purchase items to complete our kitchen renovation. I was greeted by Alex (an acquaintance that I had no idea worked at this location). My shopping list was made easy by the assistance of Lance, in plumbing. Not only did he help with my plumbing needs, he proceeded to work down my list effectively & expeditiously without me feeling rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Came in tonight in search of a battery charger for my Craftsman weed cutter and upon entering was immediately greeted. We walked 15 seconds into the power tool aisle when an associate, Carlos, offered to help us. We told him what we needed and within SECONDS he found what we needed. We were unsure about the price so he offered us more economical alternatives while we waited. We ended up getting the Craftsman pack as he suggested. Terrible customer service. Went here last night to replace the kitchen faucet, hunted down three different employees and was told they would page someone to come help. 20 minutes later? Still nobody in sight, ended up just buying a faucet, and big surprise it fit our sink. Returned the faucet and attempted to get help today, after five tries we finally had someone make an announcement over the intercom and the "help" we received was a gentleman who tried to just point us in the direction of the faucets as if we didn't know where they were. Begrudgingly he helped us find a suitable faucet. Next time I'll make the drive to Home Depot where I feel respected and valued by the employees. read more

This place is a lifesaver for me. I am glad to have this place relatively close to my home. They don't offer as many things as some of the Lowe's and Home Depot stores I've been to (like the white color cement sealer I needed for my bathroom wall tile) but this place has been uberly convenient and useful for me. I got wood, wood stain and wood screws here to build my bench. I also get my keys copied here. I also bought succulents from their wide selection for a little terrarium I made. Yesterday I got a faucet here for $64 that came with the faucet & the side spray. My entire tool bag and power drills are from this Lowe's. I tried to buy a tube from the plumbing section but the 2 that were all the shelf were opened and had missing components in it. The worker was about to get some more down for me from the boxes they were stored in but I told him I didn't need it anymore because I decided to get a full faucet set. He then put his ladder away rather than restock the shelf with fully packaged tubing. Oh well. Sometimes you'll find the boy scouts outside the door selling their super expensive popcorn. I always get sucked into buying some. I hate that it's popcorn and not cookies. They also have a hot dog stand that sells snacks and hot dogs toward the exit. read more

We decided to buy a nice LG fridge from their Aurora CO Lowe's and we were even given a military discount for my service! So far so good. They said they would deliver our fridge about a week from our purchase. That was fine, we had a fridge that was intermittently blowing a breaker but we could live with it until then. Saturday comes along and we had received an automated message telling us the window when the fridge would arrive - Saturday, no arrival of the fridge and no phone call explaining what happened. I try calling Sunday and get another automated message telling me the window when it will arrive, same thing as Saturday - nothing, no phone call, and definitely no fridge. Ok, maybe the weekend crew is screwed up. Monday I get another delivery window - same as Saturday and Sunday, no fridge and no explanation! I go in on Tuesday and I'm a bit hot under the collar and the manager throws me out (what can I say, I'm a man in touch with his feelings. I can't help it if I was feeling anger and frustration). But before I left he had offered to cancel the fridge order. I tell him I'll cancel it online - which I did, or thought I did! It sure looked like it went through! However that Friday I get another automated call telling me Lowe's wants to deliver! I call and of course no associate is picking up. So my wife and I go to Lowe's and finally, finally meet a nice associate who helped us out and canceled the order. She is the only reason this review doesn't get one star. There is a happy ending to this tale though! We got the same fridge from Costco for a comparable price even though they don't offer a military discount! The delivery people were courteous and efficient! And they kept us informed before they showed up with a call the night before and the morning of the delivery - they were even able to come a little early! read more

They tossed the chipped gouged out dirty baseboards on to a tarp on my driveway. Then driver said "we no take nothing back, sign here". My product was not tied down in their Penske truck my white trim has chips an is black!!! They know the 12ft won't fit in my SUV to return. So here I am shorted baseboard. They want another $80 to come Back out TO FIX THEIR OWN ISSUE!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOWES! Coming from NC HQ to Denver the customer service for LOWES gets worse the farther west you go!! This Lowe's is set up a bit different from the others I have been to. It's a bit away from my house but they seem to have the things the one close to me doesn't have. This is why I ventured there today. I am residing my house and I needed to get some flood lights. I went online to check things out and found this was the only location that had these lights. It read they had 3 on hand. Now I have driven to places before when stock was "on hand" and have been burned so I decided to take a chance. I was very happy when the "on hand" was actually correct. I was also happy when on a busy Saturday morning someone actually was in the lighting department to help me locate these fixtures and gave me a reminder to get bulbs. Check out was what check outs normally are. Someone's card doesn't work, someone misrang merchandise. All in all it was a decent experience based on the fact their online inventory was actually correct and I didn't make a trip for nothing. read more

I purchased a washer/dryer on the 12th online and then couldn't get through to them on the phone. I even tried to reach them via Twitter and was promised I would be contacted to schedule delivery. Nope. Instead I was left in the dark until 7am (I wasn't awake) on Saturday the 14th when they left a message said they were coming between 10-12pm. What if I wasn't home? They didn't schedule it, they informed me. Then the people who delivered it were late. They arrived at 1pm or so. They were polite until I told them I didn't have tip money because no one scheduled a delivery. I must have called them over 10x! I just went in circles. I will never be shopping at Lowe's again. This was the first time purchasing from them and the last. I'm a disabled Vet and my money is limited. So when I spend it, I expect to be treated with a modicum of respect. The washer and dryer were installed properly and they're nice machines. That's why I gave 2 stars. But I reckon I could have gotten Whirlpool Washer/Dryer from anyone. read more

After receiving the message that my online order was ready for pickup the day before, I arrived at the store today to pick up my order. I was informed that the wrong item was pulled. I then overheard the associates say that the item was not in the store, although the website showed 5 available, at that moment. At this time, no one had informed me of the status. After an hour an 15 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager, but one could not be found. 5 minutes later, the item was brought to the front. I was only spoken to twice during the total 1:20, and was not given any updates on where my item was. Once the manager on duty arrived, I explained the situation, and was simply offered a 'sorry.' I felt this was a horrible way to treat a customer. There was no effort to make the situation right, no effort to extend a truly heartfelt show of apology, and no effort to attempt to compensate for my time and efforts. I asked for the item to be canceled and left feeling not valued and disrespected as a customer. Not only did I have to stand and wait for 1:20 w/ no updates, but I had to make arrangement for my kids to get to daycare, so that I could take out the car seats so there would be room for my item. Now I have to begin my search for a new vanity/sink, and begin this process all over again. I'm sorry to say that I do not plan on ever shopping in a Lowe's store again. read more

I would give zero stars if I had the option. This store is run like absolute garbage. I ordered my new washer and dryer in January using my husband's military discount. I had no issue with waiting until May to receive my new appliances, knowing what is happening with lack of supply to meet demand these days. BUT, I did expect after waiting for four months that I would receive both machines with my delivery. Well, both machines were delivered by Whirlpool to this location at the end of May, but these fools 'misplaced' my full-sized dryer for 9 days before locating it. In the meantime, line drying all clothing on makeshift clotheslines. They found it on a Monday, scheduled delivery for Wednesday... no dryer. Rescheduled for Saturday! 3 days later! Saturday comes and goes, no dryer. We went into the store Sunday, they assured us delivery would come the next day. Just kidding! Still no delivery. Finally my husband rented a truck, grabbed and friend, and they delivered and installed our machine themselves. Don't go to this store... it's full of useless punks. Miano is the only person worth a darn, but unfortunately he was only able to help so much, as it is others he needs to count on to do their part who seem incapable of doing so. Seriously, do NOT come to this location, they could not be more terrible if they tried. And if you try to call the people who assured they would help you, it's impossible to get them on the phone.
