We started at Lowe's but decided to shop around for a few more options because my mom wasn't seeing anything we liked. We were looking for a dryer with a steam cycle and large capacity for bedding. We went to Queen City since my dad bought a tv from them previously. They were friendly and helpful and some different options on their floor compared to Lowe's. They knew more about the machines on their floor - we got the "look it up online" answer from the Lowe's employees which is true and easy enough but not quite as helpful as them just knowing the answers. We found a beautiful black dryer with all the features my mom wanted and because it was labor day they had a great sale on washer/dryer pairs. Then we spoke with Gregg and he gave us an even better deal than the labor day price, knocking the pair down another $300 (the price ended up at 650 each!) compared to $730 each online for the same washer and dryer. We did their 18 months no interest plan and they're going to deliver them on labor day. My mom was super happy she got a great deal and I was super happy that they were so helpful. Positive experience for us and we'll be recommending them to friends and family.
