Worst store ever. Not sure who is managing this store, but come on, really? Went in 2 weeks ago to purchase a new screen door. For starters, the man who waited on me in that department had absolutely no deodorant on. It was so obvious. How can anyone not notice who works there! I couldn't even stand next to him, it was that bad. (This was in the evening, about 6pm). Yesterday I ordered a skid of mulch thru website, with my delivery date being scheduled. The very next day my delivery got bumped by 3 days, not surprised there. Someone named Nicole called and told me to return her call. Spent my entire lunch calling the number only to have someone pick up then hang up. Worst customer service ever! The people in the store are not trained in any way what's so ever. They are unknowledgeable people, who because they are considered cheap labor, is why they are hired. Sum it up, they very same night I went to Home Depot and bought my new Anderson screen door. Leason learned, I will never shop here anymore. Go to Home Depot, they have knowledgable "clean" people and most everything is in stock. read more

Binghamton store is terrible compared to clay or Cortland stores. Claim they delivered my order, but nothing was delivered. Other 2 store's delivered my stuff on time, no problems. I have many security cameras and no where does it show them arriving at my location for any delivery. Won't provide proof of delivery as in my signature, which the other 2 store's had me sign. Also, I was called by the other 2 store's prior to delivery to let me know they were on the way. Binghamton store didn't call or show up. Now had to file complaint with corporate / customer service all this for the least expensive item of my over $5,000 order. Said it was delivered on Wednesday and now it was delivered on Friday. So they supposedly delivered it on Wednesday, how can you deliver the same item twice ? Shows not trust worthy and fraud read more

Tried to call for 20 minutes. Never got a person to talk too. I was at the Cortland store AND the Binghamton store today. Cortland staff were wonderful I even remarked to my husband how happy and cheerful they all were. Also very courteous and quick about getting me in and out. Binghamton store on the other hand, rude complete opposite of Cortland, at the cash register and the men that bought our purchase out and loaded it, we thanked them for bringing it out ( had to come on a forklift ) and we were totally ignored like we were a bother. It was , you got your item now get out of here!!! Of course you cant get through to talk with the manager!!!! 5 plus stars to Cortland Binghamton didnt deserve the one 1 gave them!!! read more

I went in today with my mother. As we proceeded to check out, my mother asked the cashier to use our military discount. My mother had lost her id and hasn't been able to get a new one due to dmv being backed up during Covid. The cashier wouldn't let me help my mother and use my id either. She was incredibly rude and huffing a puffing when we asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came over I tried to explain what was happening, after I said one sentence.. the manager replied with "stop yelling". I was not yelling. the cashier tried to refuse to help us out after she got the okay from the manager . I wouldn't even give this place one star. I'm appalled. Normally the cashier just responds with a "thank you for your service" after giving a phone number for the military discount. read more

Wish people that worked there really worked. One of the girls was with her boyfriend not working. The other employees just walked away from me and I got no help. Even when I asked an employee of the store she was on break. I guess they don't want people's business anymore? read more

When I need to get any projects done this is the fist place I come too. Its right of the highway, and not too far from where I live. I wouldn't say service there is top notch, but typically I'm the kind of person that comes in for something specific, wanders for a minute to find it, and then gets out. Recently picked up some paint to redo a room. Price wasn't too bad, but the guy mixing it seemed kind of annoyed when asked if that paint had a primer in it. Like he was upset that I had to ask. I'd say experiences like that are why when I come into a place like this I B-Line for what I need. read more

Thanks to the guys for loading my paver blocks. Mike , John and forklift driver, Chris were the best. Even help transfer into 2 pallets for safe transporting, and we got to talk about the Forks vs Valley lacrosse game...... These guys deserve a shout out!!! read more
