If I could give a zero star rating I would we ordered a tub about a month ago and was told it would deliver on September 26th. I tried to call September 27th and was given the run around so on my Friday night after work I had to go into Lowe's Polaris to figure out what is going on. The "manager" Christie told me there is nothing she can do it was ordered through a vendor and they are closed. Unacceptable when your spending this kind of money and why did I have to drive there to get any answers. Meanwhile her"customer service" pose is standing behind her staring at me as I'm having this heated conversation. We left with she will call the vendor Monday and get back with me. Monday comes and no call from this "manager", so my husband calls at 6:00pm and spoke with someone that said it was already delivered and we have to come in to get it straightened out. Again WHY do I have to come in. Well I come in at 6:30pm to my surprise Christie and her posse are there and again have no answers or explanation why she didn't call us. I ask to speak with her manager which on Friday she told me she doesn't have. Andy came out to discuss what is going on and was the only intelligent person I spoke with. He still doesn't have answers because yet again the vendor is closed, but he has promised to keep us updated which he already has. In the heat of the moment a lady behind the counter started laughing at me, yes laughing and she is in customer service, I told the Bitch to stop laugh. Wrong choice of words, but again completely frustrated. This customer service lady proceeds to come around the counter like she is going to fight me. Are you kidding me I am the customer and you are going to try and fight someone, how do you still have a job. This better get resolved quickly as I am losing my mind with the complete lack of care this store has shown other than Andy. read more

Avoid this Lowe's in Polaris. I have always received the worst customer service here and have been burned many times like purchasing items only to find out they were defective upon opening at home. I was recently forced to return to help a family member who insisted on going there to purchase over $4000 worth of appliances and flooring. The salesperson was extremely rude and condescending to my relative who is in her 70's and sometimes has difficulty hearing. I'll be making all my hardware related purchases somewhere else from now on. read more

Store was completely unresponsive to my complaint about the worthless washer I purchased from them. If I bought a shovel there and it broke after 3 months, they would replace it, of course but no recourse for a washer that performs horribly after 3 months of use. Home depot here I come! read more

Since purchasing a home I feel like I spend my weekends at Lowes. I'm there multiple times every weekend and this is a clean store that rarely has a line. The staff has always answered my questions and the paint department has excellent staff. Always right there to help and make sure I get the right thing the first time. An online sale item was not honored via the in store pickup option, yet the store had many of this item in stock. The general company customer service also refused to honor the sale price. I gave 2 stars holding out hope central management will correct this practice plus I have had better experience in the past. read more

Do not order appliances from here! I placed an internet order which was routed to this local store (polaris in Columbus Ohio). The store called to say the washer would be here in a week or so. Three weeks later, after charging my credit card, they called to say they couldn't get that washer at all. A series of ridiculous phone tag ensued. Every time I called the store, they complained they were too busy to help. Finally got a different washer ordered through more crazy phone tag. Told them I was dissatisifed and they basically said they didn't care. Terrible service, terrible appliance section. Whiny employees who don't know their own processes and seem to hate all internet orders. Still have no washer! read more

I'm so impressed with the quality in service I have recieved from this store. we are having a composite deck built by them and, though a couple small hiccups occurred in the beginning, they have been so pleasant and quick to resolve things. their management (Andy) is top notch. i love that they are really passionate about doing what's right and treating customers fairly. My experience with this store has made me a Lowe's customer for life. read more

We use a wood burner as our primary source of heat. Bought my hubs a nice chain saw for Christmas. Yesterday, (March 5th) it breaks. Like really breaks, output shaft sheared right off. I start looking into the manufacturers warranty & I'm a little discouraged to discover they have the option to replace the machine if they think it was a users error. That's the tricky part, hubs wasn't abusing the stupid chainsaw, but really, how would we prove that? He bombed a job interview that morning & was feeling pretty defeated, so this was the last thing he needed. He calls Lowes & they were like "no worries, can't find the receipt? That's OK, we found it on your card, just bring it back" - they did NOT have to do that. But they did. As a result, we bought a more professional model (it's this saw's job to cut wood full time), it was more expensive. Also we bought the 3 year extended warranty. So if this one takes a shit or shears right the hell off, Lowes will take care of it for the next 3 years. Thanks Lowes. Cereally. read more
