    This review is for online ordering and curbside pickup only. I don't frequent this location often because of the rundown area and increased homeless population. I just don't feel safe. I ordered some materials online, and this location was the closest location that had my items in stock. After receiving a text notification stating my order was ready to be picked up, I headed over and parked in one of the designated curbside pickup parking spaces. I followed the directions in the link texted to me. I entered my space number and vehicle information and received my order within about 5 minutes. The lady that brought my order was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely order from Lowe's this way again. Their prices are comparable to other big box stores. Highly recommend.

    Lowes hasn't caught up with the other home improvement store chain. The ability to find anything on the app and get my veterans discount makes it nice over there. Here, you have to walk around the store and hope to find someone to help. At checkout there was only one person working. Too many people to help checkout for one person to handle. They can use a little more help here.

    Fridge died and when that happens you gotta do what you gotta do. Went to all the usual places as well as Bosco and a couple other independent appliance stores. Settled at Lowe's for the price and quick delivery. Got there early and lucked out with the best sales associate ever. Knowledgeable. No time wasting nonsense up selling extended warranty shenanigans. Thanks for that. Got out quick and could have had the refrigerator 2 days later (the day after was a holiday and a pox on you if you had anything delivered on labor day), but needed to do some deconstruction to the space, so we chose 4 days out. It arrived today and installation took 20 minutes. We had a four hour delivery window and they texted us when they were within 20 minutes. Perfect, really. Great experience. Would recommend.

    Some examples of scratches and missing paint

    Working with Lowe's to install interior doors and closets was the worst experience by far than any other work contracted at my home. It began in December 2022 and was not completed until July 2023. I cost approximately $8,200 for product and installation. One door had to be returned to the fabricator twice which caused extreme delays. Once the door was finally received for the third time, it took additional months to get Premier Services Grp to organize the contractor's to install the door. There were several appts made that conflicted with my work schedule and then would be rescheduled w/o asking what days would work for me. Then finally when one would work out, it would ultimately be canceled for no reason. It was extremely frustrating dealing with this. It was recommended to have the doors painted prior to arriving at my home to be installed and I would NOT recommend this. All but three doors had chips, scrapes, scratches and dents. This was either caused by the installation or prior to. I did not inspect the doors prior to the installation but it doesn't matter. All doors should have been free from blemishes, chipped paint. The quality of the doors was average and the paint was only one thin coat. The edges of the doors were rough and need to be sanded down. I requested a partial refund for the additional paint cost to some of the doors and was sorely disappointed with the response (mostly lack of) from Lowes. It has been several months now that the claim was initiated and never, not ONE time did a manager contact me to resolve this. I have had to call several times to follow up and was promised returns calls that never happened. It is estimated that each door paint cost was approximately $100 dollars per door, however the work order does not itemize this cost per door. I suggested a fair and equitable resolution would be approximately $600, however they only offered $250. These affected doors have to be repainted. You can't just touch up areas that are missing pieces of the paint and not notice the touch up. They have to be filled, lightly sanded and repainted. Never again!!

I was so impressed with Spencer as he maintained a positive attitude while he navigated every possible solution for a successful transfer of information to the new phone. I respect his commitment to providing EXEMEPLARY customer service. Spencer shares his extensive job experience and is wonderful to work with and should be considered an important asset to his team at Best Buy.

To say that Best Buy messed up the installation is an understatement. The dishwasher's installation was incorrect; the discharge hose was crammed into the cabinet space and not connected, discharging water between my flooring and subflooring, and causing significant damage to my brand-new home. My homeowner's insurance isn't covering damage; they have referred me to Best Buy to recover costs. I had to be out of my house for six weeks, due to the mold, mildew and repair requirements - further expenses. Total damage - $30K+ Best Buy has refused to take any responsibility for the damage or the repair costs, and at this point, won't even respond to follow-up calls or emails. Initially, they tried to blame the installation error on rodents - but couldn't make the case without any nests, droppings, bite marks, etc. Bottom line - they did an incomplete, ineffective job and won't accept the responsibility. So - before you make that Black Friday appliance purchase, please be aware of who and what are coming into your home, and the damage they can do! And - even though Best Buy says "relax - we've got you covered" in their advertising for the "Best Buy Total" membership - it seems they really don't!

We were using Chromecast to stream apps on the flat screen from our phones in the living room and the smart TV in our bedroom had limited apps and no ability to download the ones we needed. With the price of TVs so reasonable nowadays, we decided to shop for new ones. We came in on a Saturday around 1pm. There were quite a few guys working in the TV area, but they weren't overly pushy or anything. Once we decided on the size and brand we were looking for, we asked one of the guys for some guidance. We have large skylights in our living room and wanted a TV that handled bright light and glare issues. A couple of different people lended their expertise and we were able to make a decision on the two TVs we were looking for. They were both on sale too, so that was a bonus! Since it's been awhile since we've bought new TVs and technology is consistently advancing, we asked the LG guy if he could run through the home screen and go over some of the remote control basics. He was more than happy to help us feel more comfortable, and even shared some tips! He assured us it would only take about 10 minutes to set them up once we got them home. While purchasing the TVs, we were able to set up pickup dates. We received text and email notifications once they arrived at the store for pickup. The TVs arrived on the dates as promised and pickup was a breeze. They have quite a few designated pickup parking spots right in front of the store, which proved to be extremely convenient. They helped us load them as well. The LG guy was correct in his setup estimation, it took less than 10 minutes to set up each TV. These TVs are amazing! So many features to get used to. The picture quality is spectacular! I'm hoping these LG TVs last a very long time. We would highly recommend this location!

I immediately stopped the install and contacted them. They wanted me to wait 3 weeks before they would send someone out to inspect it. I decided to not wait because I didn't want a floor that was not waterproof. I took pictures of everything and save all the damaged pieces. After submitting my warranty claim, they never sent anyone out, and denied me based on the pictures I submitted. They made up a story about how I must have a water leak under my floor. The manager "Jared" promised me that he would give me free transition strip for my new floor that I bought. Then a week later he said that he never said that. I will never shop here again, and I tell all my customers about my experience and tell them not to shop here either. Typical corporate America not caring about you. Don't shop here, you've been warned.
