This is, by far, the worst Lowe's I have ever been too! I asked 5 different people to help me find something, I had the name, price and item number. I was just pointed into a direction. I went to customer service, where 4 people where behind the counter, and only 1 person being helped. After that 1 person finished their transaction, I waited 15 minutes while no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. They were busy talking, laughing, one wiped down a counter. We have been in this store several times in the last month to order an exterior door, various times and days. Everytime we are in there we are told the millworks associate is at lunch, even at 8:00 at night. We were finally able to schedule the measurements but when we went in tonight to order the door again no one was available. We waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the page to millworks, finally Francis came to the desk. Very rude, acted like she was WAY too good to be helping us and like we were a bother to her. The dishwashers they sell don't come with water inlet valves the inept employees and managers at the store had no idea that that was the case and have no idea how to get them so basically they're selling a useless piece of garbage. When calling to complain you cannot get a hold of a manager unless you call at 6:00 a.m. so you have to waste your time to try to get it rectified I wasted over $100 in gas to drive this dishwasher to the middle of the mountains and back to get my money back I will never use that store again no wonder they only have two stars wish I would have looked at the review before I purchased read more

5 weeks ago, we went to Lowe's to buy a dishwasher. We spent $1600; they took our money and told us we'd hear from them in two weeks to schedule delivery. It's been 5 weeks. I called yesterday. They don't have the dishwasher, they haven't received the dishwasher from the manufacturer in over 5 months. They have no idea when they will receive the dishwasher. I go to Lowe's often and was in for a Labor day paint sale I saw. I asked for help and the paint counter took care to offer advice etc. When I went to do my online rebate something was off and my receipt didnt have the needed info. Went to purchase some carpet, when I came upon the first employee "Julia" I asked if we could get some help cutting carpet. In a not very welcoming tone she responded "...Sure..." then walked in a different direction. Wait around for her with no sign of her. Got help from another employee. He needed a second persons help, I'm assuming his supervisor was helping him but had to be pulled away to help a missing order. Low and behind Julia shows up and is directed to help with our carpet. First piece gets cut and as the second piece is getting measured she excuses herself to help someone else a few isles away without finishing our project. Another employee went out of his way to tell me that while they didn't carry the item, he told me where to find it. Ordered cabinet set online to be delivered. Delivery date was noted. Crew showed up about an hour before their window, but I was home so that was ok. Wasn't pleased that my large order wasn't loaded correctly so missing 3 cabinets. Had to delay scheduled installation since items had to be delivered. It was a nightmare reaching any manager at the store (still haven't spoken to one), but Brandon S. did a great job communicating with me and getting the problem corrected. We've had great experiences with this Lowe's location! At checkout we had some mix ups with the coupons and the cashier, Susan was extremely helpful and patient. She took the time to help us figure it out so we could get the best deal. Oh why oh why doesn't Yelp allow zero star reviews? I feel insulted to give them one star. Here is my story. I needed a new dishwasher. I found one online and purchased it along with installation and haul away. Lowe's correspondence stated that the installers would contact me within 2 business days. They did not. Over a week later I received a text with my installation date. One day before my installation date I received an email that my order was canceled. I quickly called the store but nobody in appliances would answer. I discovered if I called customer service and complained they would make them take the call. Turns out they didn't know why they canceled my order but told me that they would fix this and call me back. They did not. After more phone tag I was told that I had to come into the store and repurchase the dishwasher and reschedule the install and haul away. Why would you cancel a 900 dollar sale without reaching out to the person who paid for it. I actually asked this question but nobody cared to answer. Thanks for nothing. read more

This Lowe's store has continually declined over the last few years, similiar to the company as a whole. Their best employees are no longer with the company and replaced with new inexperienced employees who struggle finding items and with their systems. The online orders I've placed take longer to pull then their competitors and in the in store shopping experience isn't any better. They are now the last store I shop at. WOW!!! Do not hire Lowes to install a hot water heater. I hired Lowes in October, they responded promptly and installed within 48 hours. They subcontracted with Steadfast Plumbing. All went well until this week. I received a notice from the city that I had to reapply and call for a final inspection. Gee, I love spending more money when I already paid lowes to do it. I spoke with store Manager Paul Ferguson and was shocked by his response. "Did you read your contract?" he said. Well no A@@wipe, I did not read the contract. Lowe's would NOT process rebates due to Backorder. Backordered package originally due to arrive 13-Dec-2019, never showed up. No communication from Lowe's until we called. Got sent between Corporate and Local Westminster, CO store. Hung up on several times after phone transfers or phone would ring and ring with no answer. Finally got to someone in store indicating backorder status. Email magically showed up 19-Dec-2019 (6 days after original forecast delivery date) indicating new delivery date of 03-Jan-2020, however, phone conversation with Lowe's previously indicated mid to late Jan 2020. Was told to submit rebates anyways by Lowe's personnel--Rebates were DENIED after 1 week's time. Finally CANCELED order today 26-Dec-2019. Have already de-installed over-range microwave 2 weeks ago in preparation for delivery. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor sales practice attracting us to buy from them with all of the rebates but could not fulfil order and did not make good with reducing order cost or extending rebate submission duration. I generally prefer Home Depot but Lowe's is good certain items and when they have good sales. In terms of staff they are generally as helpful as their competitor, which is not really, if you can ever find them. They used to have good clearance sales (orchids) for us, but you can relate lot if ever find anything good in that section anymore. read more

Our go to home improvement shop for our current project...... Friendly staff, especially the 2 older gentlemen who help with some wire we needed. They were very courteous and meticulous with our wire request. It took them a bit of time to get the thick gauged wire rolled up, but it was looped clean. We even had our wood plank cut to size at no additional cost (although there are limitations). I do have to say they have a very small, boring selection of doors compared to their competitor and the prices are higher than the smaller joint around the corner. read more

Have had the worst experience ordering online at this store. Ordered two lounge chairs 4 days ago (which they have in store). I've called 3 times and no one will help me or give me any answers other than they're too busy to check the status of my order. The first person I spoke to told me it would be ready 72 hours after I ordered but wouldn't give me any specific info about my order. Wouldn't even bother to look to see if it was in queue. Called today, 4 days (96 hours) later and they still won't check the status of the order. Lady told me they are busy, the managers are busy assisting other customers. I've been in this Lowe's on a few occasions, as its just down the street and I assume that they're "blu-er" than Home Depot, as I usually guess they're more "red". Who knows. I can't say as I usually buy stuff though. Frankly, they don't seem very helpful. Sure, they're friendly enough to smile and say hi, but if I'm looking for something and have no idea where it is they should be able to look at the confusion on my face and ask if I need help. Heck, when I say hi you can pretty much figure I'm also looking for help, but they don't assume that and keep on walking. horrible experience buying a refrigerator to be in stalled. they called the day before to give me the delivery window (2:30-6:30) the day before. as this is for a rental unit, I was late getting there but since I didn't receive a phone call I figured I had time to stop at Lowe's to buy other things I needed. I got to the house by 3:00 waiting for the delivery. finally at 6:30 someone from the distribution center called to inform me of missed the delivery. I asked what happened today and was told they tried twice to deliver at 1:30 and 2:30 and they rang the doorbell and left. I've never in 30+ years had an appliance delivered without a phone call letting me now they were on the way. tried to call back the next day to reschedule after hours on the phone i was told they could call me back in 24 hours to reschedule. went to the store and was told once the distribution center has an order they can't do anything either. read more

On the website it said the delivery would be the next day (placed order on Sunday), got called a couple of hours later asking if they could deliver Wednesday and I said sure. Called them Wednesday evening asking about my order and was told that it was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Guess I should've asked what Wednesday they were talking about. When I did get my order for (200 small pavers and 200 large pavers), it was wrong. I received 390 small pavers. What the F... Bought our kitchen cabinets here, and so glad we did. Vicki helped us design our layout after our DIY remodel and did such a fantastic job helping us utilize our small space to increase storage and value. Our setup was quite a challenge but she thought outside the box and made it look fabulous! Their cabinet contractor came to inspect the cabinets beforehand to make sure everything was correct and in good shape. He did a fabulous job installing and got it all done in one day! I went around 6:30pm on a weekday to purchase a stepladder and get 2 sample containers of paint. I had to drive pretty far to go specifically to a Lowe's since the only paint color we could agree on is Sherwin Williams which I learned is exclusively carried by Lowes. The only thing more painful than a couple agreeing on a shade of gray paint is being in this store. At other home improvement stores I'm greeted by an associate in each department, but in this store I stood in the paint department for 15 minutes and then went through half the aisles to find the stepladder. All of the checkout aisles were closed, save for one register at the customer service desk. When they asked the guy behind me how he was, he replied "well there wasn't a single person around to help me at all..." Most stores I go to I don't need help, but I think a home improvement store definitely needs plenty of employees accessible. read more

I have had so many problems with having a range and vent hood installed (well actually coming in when they say it will come in for just over 1.5 months) with this store. Do not order large appliances from this store. If I could give it less than one star I would. I keep getting "the run around" with calls from the sales person telling first they don't have the one I want (ok I am fine with that I will just find another one) then, a few days later, she tells me they actually have the one I want they just changed the model number, after I had starting searching again for hours which one I wanted, again. Ok so we order it. I should have went with my gut instinct on this one and went to Home Depot. The sale Lowes was having is why I went with them. Trust me not worth saving 10% to get screwed over all summer with tons of wrong information!!! Then several times I get a call telling me my range will be two more weeks...then a call on friday(finally) your range is here...then Monday oh no your range is not here we are going to have to reschedule the installation you had scheduled for today....then a phone call to the "assistant store manager" because of course the store manager was too busy to talk to an upset customer that has been waiting for 1 1/2 months for a range to come in. After telling him my issue, he puts me on hold and then returns telling me the range is actually being delivered right now as we speak! I guess it took him the whole 10 minutes he put me on hold to come up with that good story. "Ma'am the delivery truck is actually here right now and your range is on it." He tells me he actually saw it with his own two eyes and put his hand on it. This all coming from the same guy that called my hubby Friday and told him it was at the freaking store. Ok, first its here, then its not then it is miraculously on a truck as I am on the phone with him being delivered at this very minute! WTH??? Lies Lies Lies...Someone screwed up an they will not admit it. All summer without a proper oven to cook dinner for my family. Don't waste your time shopping at this Lowes, they will just screw you around. Go elsewhere. Don't even get me started on dealing with the unorganized person I had to talk to on the phone with their contract company regarding the installation scheduling. I bought counter tops through Lowe's who contracts with CO Counter Tops. I have had nothing but problems with CO Counter Tops. I have had to make arrangements 4 times for someone to be at my house for them to come. They gave me the wrong date that they were coming and now on the day of installation, based on THEIR OWN measurements, they cut one of my counter tops too short. Now I have to have them come out again for installation. I called Lowe's to complain and got pretty much no help. No one at Lowe's or CO Counter Tops seem to care about the inconvenience that they put their customers through.
