Floor & Decor will have you pay to have it inspected, then when the inspector states the flooring is defective, Floor & Decor does not honor the warranty. 8k in wood flooring, been fighting with Floor & Decor to do the right thing and all we will get back is the 400.00 inspection fee if we sign a disclaimer that our claim was resolved and we won't sue. I was able to arrange delivery for an added cost. Originally it looked likeI was going to have to pick up the transitions separately because they would not be able to deliver them together, but they did manage to do that. Luckily, they always have a three day window for deliveries, because the delivery truck broke down and it was two days later that I got my delivery. They did not mention that the delivery would just be dumped on the street in front of the house, such that I would have to carry everything on myself! I was also a little annoyed that the top planks in the packaging were damaged. We had extra planks so it wasn't so bad. Therefore, I would strongly recommend going to the store and picking up your own flooring if possible. If it hadn't been for this, it would've been a five star review.

When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

Review of my bathroom after living in it has taught me a few things…read more 1. I LOVE the increased storage. Esp the divider between the sinks and drawers that allows for all my items to be conveniently located while getting ready. 2. I LOVE my shower!! The walls with no door are easy maintenance and the deep divided shower niches allow for storage of shower essentials but the location makes it hidden from the immediate view. The lower niche creates a step for shaving which is perfect! 3. The shallow drawers at the bottom of the sink allow for storage and easy location of smaller items normally "lost" under a sink. 4. The colors and upkeep are gorgeous and easy to keep that way. I especially love the large tiles in the bathroom with limited grout lines. 5. Things I would change: Lighting. I did not take into consideration the level of lighting for make up application etc. it's gorgeous for relaxed spa like feel but does not allow me to see well for practical use at the mirror. I have to pull out a lighted make up mirror. Ventilation: the change in how the shower releases steam fogs up my bathroom mirrors if someone is in the shower while you're getting ready. I'm not sure how to fix this but would ask more questions. We added an additional fan but maybe needed one in the shower area? Overall, money well spent!!' 5.

When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!
