    The new blinds look Great!
    Michael S.

We when into Lowe's to inquire about getting blinds for our living room and kitchen windows. Krista was very nice and helpful. She set up a time for Larry to come out and get measurements. We went back a day later, picked out the blinds with those measurements and took them home with an insulation day and time. Two days later Larry came back out and did a Great job installing the blinds. Krista and Larry were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and process. I would recommend to everyone looking to get Great service from them!

Came in for some organic soil and was surprised at how many options they have in their garden section. Their outdoor garden area is huge, lots of selections and lots of choices to choose from. No complaints, easy process and found what we were looking for.

Office goodies to keep us clean!

Things that go bump in the night, usually creates chaos. Indeed, in this instance it was a massive flood. Came into the office this fine Wednesday morn, to find water throughout the store. I'm thinking, "What did they forget to mop last night?" No, that would be welcomed! It was much worse. As I wade through the splashes it is the stuff that nightmares are made of. Yes, making my way to the bathroom the water is higher in here. It smells so awful. Yep, the pipes burst last night. Relocating to the desert for a reason I don't do cold, surprisingly the temperatures out here get below freezing. Last night it got down below 32 degrees and the pipes froze, and left me with warm smelly joy all over my store floor. Wow, this is going to take sometime to fix. The upside of your pipes bursting is a long drive back to Vegas, but not to go home. The boss cannot go home when these acts of god occur. It's off to Lowe's to meet with my maintenance individual. As we step through the doors of Lowe's we head to the plumbing department first. The aisles here at Lowe's are so large with signage placed properly. It's so inconvenient to be looking for that "something" when you you can't find that "someone" to help you find it! At least if you know the department you seek the signage shows suggestions to be your guide. The prices are labeled with what the part is, plus the prices of the parts are large and posted. We're on a budget so cost is an issue, so it's very appreciative to see the prices for all of the materials before buying them. The shelves are organized properly that you can locate the many options for the parts that are available for your specific needs. As we made our way through the store the joy from the employees could be felt as you passed them doing their work routines. We had the opportunity when we did encountered the staff here at Lowe's and the pure compassion that he conveyed in ensuring we had the proper parts and such for the upcoming job. This kind of human is not something that we encounter in our everyday dealings with other individuals. Good for Lowe's for employing such amazing individuals. With the plumbing tackled it's time to move onto some paint, which I brought in a sample of the color needed. Our paint is a creamy pink color that I am hoping they can match. After the amazing associate looked and combed endlessly over her stock of paint. She was able to find a match that was ninety five percent accurately close to the sample that I brought in! Feeling excited I finished up the shopping and went to check out. This location needs the self serve check out stations, since the cashier had some deep dark issues she was fighting. As I put up the purchases on the counter she instructed me that "it was her job," to handle the wood while ringing it in. Then the paint was mislabeled and I felt that this cashier was blaming me for another's mistakes. I just smiled and waved. I've shopped here so many times for the business and my own personal needs. I'm not going to let someone mess my day up. Kill them with kindness they say. In this instance as I was handed the bag, the cashier had the nerve to say: "What are you smiling at?" But check this out, this same cashier greeted the next customers with a smile and a nice hello. You win some and you loose some, the issues that the Lowe's cashier this morning had with me or with what purchases that I made is beyond me. I will not let her issues harm my "beautiful and dazzling" mood! No way! Her issues should be checked at the door. Everyone else that I encountered on my trips to this Lowe's was fantastic. The five stars stays since we do not let darkness win. Remember to be safe when working on those projects, if you need advice the kind staff on the floor is more than happy to assist, just ask. Thank you Lowe's for all of the amazing staff that you have, sometimes we encounter individuals that have their issues. Do your best to never let their issues bring you down? On a side note, I just think the cashier did not like blondes! We do have the most fun, always!!

Good Day. I have stopped here a few times, maybe 7-10. Three this last week alone. Everyone always is friendly or inviting. Today everything was great until I went to check out the associate who checked me out today I guess was having a bad day checkout time was 08:53:54 . . As I was preparing for my transaction, she observed me pull my military ID. As she and another associate switched on the register. The only time she spoke to me was when she told me to put everything on the counter* but positioned herself in my way To not allow me to do so Asked did I need a bag? I responded no, that's why everything was positioned on the cart. Probably a bit rude on my part. She then asked Military, discount or what? Asking while her back is to me as well as rolling her head and hands as if I inconvenienced her! Reminder not once did she as me how I was or how my day was going. Her body language was awful and rude! In closing. This location is great had everything I need.

Damaged door and not what I ordered.

I ordered door from Lowes. Received damaged twice. After several months Lowes cancelled my order without talking to me. Refunded to a credit card that had been paid off months prior so left with a credit on my credit card and no door. Terrible customer service from sales manager Megan and operations Manager Carmelita.

Bought a faucet but my maintance man fixed the old one. I took it back & they wouldn't give me a refund or even a store credit.

Galleria at Sunset has a lot of parking spaces. It's convenient, especially when you're in a hurry to get somewhere specific. Their food court is full and has plenty of choices. On the ground floor, some playground is nicely built for little kids. There are natural lights from the top floor, which gave plenty of sunlight to the indoors, but also made the upstairs much warmer than the downstairs. Employees are friendly and helpful when asked about certain stores to locate. We went to Macy's for a specific item, and bought multiple things because they had a huge sale! Love shopping especially when things are on sale!

Other than that you have all your anchor stores- Macys, Dillards, Kohls, Dicks and most of the supporting shops such as bath and Body Works, Victorias Secret, and a special shout out to Yankee Candle! I haven't seen another Yankee Candle in town. Also there are countless smaller operations like Coral Gables, various kiosks and eyebrow threading. There IS a Spencer's as well. After listing only SOME of the shops here it puts in perspective just how large this Mall actually is. In addition to the Food Court which many tenants recently moved out, there is a Red Robin attached to the mall. The Brazilian Steakhouse and KBBQ place unfortunately closed. if you explore Mall Ring Circle, there are countless businesses around that too. This Mall gives Fashion Show great competition and puts Boulevard to shame.

The make up of this shopping center is primarily services and restaurants. Proceeding the review, there is a picture that shows the businesses. Essentially, it is a local shopping center. I have been here a few times. I am the kind of person that will park at a shopping center then walk across a few seas of asphalt to combine a trip while getting exercise. Yesterday, I incorporated a stop here as part of an urban hike that took me between the Sienna Trailhead and the I 215 Eastern Beltway Trail at Eastern Avenue. The thumbnail on the map creates the misconception that it is the far more interesting Sansone Park Place Shopping Center that has the sundry of restaurants. My intention was to review it. Anyhows, the only business that I have patronized in this far less interesting shopping center was the Hawaiin restaurant a few years back. From my observations, it is in a very high traffic area. If you are turning left from it onto the six lane southbound Eastern Avenue against a stop sign, you are putting your life and car insurance rates on the line. My recommendation is to drive to the back of the center to Sansone Park Shopping Center and enter Eastern Avenue at the traffic signal. In my opinion, if the make up of the shopping center was primarily chain stores, the maddening traffic would take away from the neighborhood aspect of the shopping center to the point that I would travel to a further location in a less crowded area. However, with the exception of the Money Tree and Absolute Dental, it is mostly small businesses. In the immediate future there is really nothing to bring me back to the shopping center. Additionally there has to be a good reason for me to put up with maddening traffic. By the time and if I return, it is most likely that I reviewed the Sansone Park Place Shopping Center by then. *Some of the businesses in the Sansone Park Place Shopping Center are Cafe Zupas, Einstein Bros Bagels, Smash Burger, and Taco Y Taco.

Like most of the stores in the TJX family, don't come here if you need help because there won't be a soul to assist you, they are all too busy staffing a register or putting out even more things on the shelves that are bursting at the seams as it is. But I was able to score some silicon whisks (don't use metal ones on your cookware!), dish drying mats, and some other things that I really did "need." Despite the lack of service, I was able to check some items off my list at a good price, so I really can't complain too much!

The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I regret following through with my purchase. Looking back, I should have left and shopped elsewhere. This has always been my mother's and my favorite Marshalls to shop at, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't anticipate returning. I'd also like to mention another interaction that stood out to me. While I was looking at phone cases, an employee who appeared to be a manager was standing right beside me. My hands were full, and I accidentally dropped an item on the floor. Instead of offering to help or even acknowledging what happened, he simply walked away as soon as it fell. We were the only two people in that section, standing shoulder to shoulder, and not a single word was said. That interaction reinforced how unwelcome I already felt. I cannot speak to the employees' intentions, but I can speak to how I was treated. I left the store feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and disappointed by an experience at a store I had always enjoyed shopping at.
