A long overdue review for my dentist of 20 years!…read more Dr. Keilson is one of the most positive and friendly individuals that you will ever encounter in your life. I have never had a single negative experience while under his care, and have not once caught him in a bad mood. He is genuinely concerned about his patients, and I've seen him handle the crankiest of kids with a smile (I hope I was not one of them). When I was looking for an oral surgeon to take my wisdom teeth out, or an orthodontist to potentially get braces, Dr. Keilson would make recommendations based on my convenience and never to make some sort of referral bonus. He always has his patients' interests at heart, lays out the pros/cons of performing a procedure, and never forces anything upon anyone. In my mind, he exemplifies everything that a health care professional should strive to be. Apart from that, the office is nice and has toys to keep the kids occupied. The staff is warm, receptive, and very professional. And the appointment schedule is very flexible and open on Saturdays as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Keilson to any parent who wants their children to have proper dental hygiene.

If the child is unhappy with the situation he will usually say "Well we don't have to do it this time, but maybe next time... ok?". My shy daughter opens up and talks to him, he's just great with kids. I think you will not be disappointed with Dr. Keilson.

When they inherited me as a patient from the previous dentist, I suddenly needed an expensive…read morecrown, rather than a repair to an old filing. The Dr did a good job, but my confidence in how they run the office was ruined when they mixed up the times of our appointments twice, then insisted on billing for the remainder of a procedure that had been done a year before under the previous dentist. That dentist had closed out the books, saying the bill was covered by what we'd already paid plus insurance. To collect from a different dentist, a year afterwards seemed very sketchy.

I was not impressed with Dr.. P. He did come in to help with a tooth extraction. And of course…read morehe was in a rush, It was impossible for me to come in at 11:00 an. Now realizing if i had come in, he might have have given me time for the numbing cream to kick-in or when he gave me four shots. Later he shots wore off. Most dentists offices let the pain shots kick in too. He barely said hello. and when it was over he said "got to go?" Regardless his assistant should have given me the the numbing cream while i was outside waiting to be called in. Here comes the bad part. I wished they gave me a Valium or lorazepam or something. He works with a chisel, a hammer, and a plier. I was yelping pretty loud because nothing had kicked in. A couple of time s he asked "why are you feeling pain and or you shouldn't be feeling pain"? If my mouth did not have a sponge device to keep my mouth open i would have said something horrible or i might have slapped him. No compassion at all. Someone should have explained to me that coming in t 1130 i would not benefit from the pain shots or numbing. These new millennium doctors like to inflict pain in the worse way without any compassion. What is wrong with today's doctors and the. new millenium kids? Now irt is 7:20 and my ears hurts from the bannging of the hammer he used. I felt during the whole 50 minute ordeal maybe 20 tops was overly excruciating pain. The worst part is there is no bedside manners. I prefer doctors in their late 40s early 50s because they know how to take care of patients.. if he thinks he's gonna make it on his good luck, forget it. I don't judge people by the judge people about their talents, especially when you're paying money for it. I'm not sure if I even wanna have my dental implants done there. That was a bad experience for me. If I can give him a zero I would give him a dessert based on today.

I've been here about 1.5 years due to a change in dental insurance…read more People are nice but something does feel off. I had an 11:00am appointment, asked to be there 15 minutes early but show up around 1050ish I get X-rays and a cleaning. I get asked to go back around 11:10 for x rays then taken to a room for the cleaning. I sit there with nobody coming in for around 25 minutes (11:40) when the hygienist comes in and cleans the teeth. 40 minutes from the scheduled start of my appointment to see someone other than the 5 minutes of x rays. Quality of the cleaning is fine and nobody is rude, but dude, not super cool. I decided not to make a follow up appointment and will look elsewhere. Most of my appointments always seem to run a little behind but this was not super helpful due to me taking time off of work. I'm also not sure the front desk staff is aware but I could hear their conversations pretty clearly from the room I was placed in for the cleaning (they didn't say anything inappropriate, but probably some stuff that they might not want patients to hear)

Unfortunately, my experience here fell well below professional standards. I felt pressured into purchasing treatments and services that were not actually necessary. Even more concerning, the work that was completed was not of acceptable quality. After receiving a crown at this office, I sought a second opinion from another dentist. I was informed that the crown had open margins and gaps, meaning it was not properly fitted and would need to be replaced. Patients place a great deal of trust in their dental providers, and that trust should never be taken advantage of. Between the unnecessary upselling and the poor quality of care I received, I cannot recommend this office to others. Please do your research and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to major dental work here.
