It was disappointing to spend time completing forms in advance only to find that the information had been lost before our appointment. My biggest concern, however, was the clinic's open-bay treatment setup. Children were called back in a group setting and placed in treatment chairs directly next to one another with virtually no privacy. It felt uncomfortable having multiple children undergoing treatment side-by-side, especially when they were expected to keep their mouths open during exams and procedures. As a parent, I expected a pediatric dental office to provide a more private and comfortable environment, similar to our experience at our previous dental office before we switched insurance plans. The open layout made the experience feel crowded and exposed, and it did little to minimize the sharing of sounds, conversations, or exposure between patients. There was no sense of privacy during treatment, which was concerning. While the staff were friendly, the combination of the disorganized intake process and the lack of privacy left us dissatisfied with our visit. Families considering this clinic should be aware that treatment is primarily conducted in an open-bay setting rather than in private rooms.

I have never had a single negative experience while under his care, and have not once caught him in a bad mood. He is genuinely concerned about his patients, and I've seen him handle the crankiest of kids with a smile (I hope I was not one of them). When I was looking for an oral surgeon to take my wisdom teeth out, or an orthodontist to potentially get braces, Dr. Keilson would make recommendations based on my convenience and never to make some sort of referral bonus. He always has his patients' interests at heart, lays out the pros/cons of performing a procedure, and never forces anything upon anyone. In my mind, he exemplifies everything that a health care professional should strive to be. Apart from that, the office is nice and has toys to keep the kids occupied. The staff is warm, receptive, and very professional. And the appointment schedule is very flexible and open on Saturdays as well. They not only got him in they were speedy and seem bothered they couldn't move faster to get this resolved and it wasn't even a three day time from us coming to be evaluated to when his tooth was pulled to issue resolved he's on the mend at home. The staff wasn't just knowledgeable they were professional, caring and kind. They took they time to fully evaluate my little guy even though he was trying to elope and scream through their building. They were totally understanding that this was just out of his little wheel house of remotely ok and they strove to figure out how best to sooth and connect with a child who will do everything in his power when hurt to not do that. They also knew when to lay off and let him be. It was all really impressive. When I became over whelmed and started to cry the doctor made me feel human and that she saw I was a mother doing the best I could while my son was rolling on the ground in the parking lot refusing to come in. When we did bring him in it was sooo fast maybe 15 minutes he was back there till when we were told to come back. He was already waking up and trying to sit up. He was immediately much calmer and seemed like he was no where in the same ball park for pain. All meds were sent promptly and correctly to the right pharmacy of asking and the reception staff helped me fight my insurance and when a mix up happened on our end with receiving drop off time for procedure they still after hours found a way to help us know when to come in at opening to see if they could get him in and they did. Zero additude, no gruff and just understanding why and what happens to make us miss the call. THEY ARE AMAZING, honestly just couldn't sing higher praises, they really went above and beyond and this will be the only play we go to now for dental surgery and sedation, who also might I add are just amazing their team that Handel's sedation are just fantastic and are so carefully with the littles.

We had a dental emergency, and after calling the on-call number, Dr. Birch personally called me back and was able to fit my daughter in for a next day appointment. ALL the staff are wonderful!
