Was a bit confused by John A. Didn't have a ladder tall enough so he had to caulk my second-floor windows from inside my apartment. My understanding was that the proper procedure is to remove old caulk and replace with new caulk. After noticing some areas were not caulked, I had him return whereby he informed me that if the old caulk is not cracked, they don't re-caulk that area--they just work around it. He also had me void the check I wrote to Loyal Handyman and re-write one to J & B Company--very confusing.
