I live in California and my place is rented out in chicago. My tenant reached out to me at night time and told me the toilet was not able to flush. I requested a quote from this service on Yelp and received a quote in the morning. They told me to send a video of the toilet tank to one of the handyman so they could know what exactly going on. 5 minutes later the handyman responded and told me he was able to go right away like in 30 minutes if that's okay.
