New fancy tow truck came and very very fast. Driver communicated and let me know when to expect him - I think his name was Alex. Very friendly. That same day I saw this same company with a different truck along the freeway between Castro Valley and Dublin. This company must be a volume leader in the area. Andre and Joey were very pleasant and helped me tow my car to my auto shop. They helped make a bad situation not so miserable. They were professional and kind. My auto shop would have been closed by the time my car arrived there, so they offered to drop my key in the after hours box and fill out the forms for me so I wouldn't need to follow them to the shop. Beware of Loyal Towing in Livermore. This is a criminal organization. They should be shut down by the City of Livermore. They use predatory tactics to hold vehicles hostage for exorbitant fees. On December 23, 2025, I called AAA for a tow from Dublin Toyota to San Ramon. Loyal Towing showed up. Upon arrival, the driver refused to take my car to my home or a body shop of my choice. Instead, he forced me to let him take it to their storage yard, claiming my insurance would have to handle it from there. This turned out to be a scam to rack up storage fees. Less than 24 hours later, they demanded $1,157 for "storage," plus a 5% credit card surcharge. I ended up paying $1,215 just to get my car back after one day. I had to hire a completely different company to finish the job they refused to do. Check the other reviews--this is a pattern. Save yourself the money and the headache: If their tow trucks show up, refuse to use this company. I will dispute the $1215 charge from this criminal company. read more

Well! ANDRE GOODALL made my super shitty day into a much better day! My "chassis stabilization" light came on and completely slowed my car down to zero in the fast lane on the highway. I pulled over and requested a tow from AAA. Within minutes, I was set with my driver, Andre, and he communicated the whole time with me until he got there. Had my car towed home via AAA after getting an astronomical repair estimate. Driver from Loyal Towing picked up my car, but said his shift was ending soon so they may have to hold my car on their lot overnight unless someone else could drop it off. About two hours later I get a call that another driver will be dropping off my car. The 2nd driver arrives, but is trying to drop my car like 3 houses away on a cross street. I ask her to drop it in front of my house. She proceeded to drive further up the cross street, which is a cul-de-sac. It literally took her 30 minutes to turn around, and even then she could not drop the car in front of my house. Instead, choosing to block the 3-way intersection and leave my car in the middle of the street. (See picture). It's important to note I did not get any paperwork after the delivery. Driver was clearly flustered and just left. Now, a month later I get an HOV lane violation in the mail. The time and date are from when the 1st driver towed my car to their lot. It's bad enough that BAY AREA FASTRAK will not clear the fine when their customer service rep said they can see the car is on a tow truck in the picture, but I have to get proof from the towing company that they had the car at that time. I call Loyal Towing and ask about the paperwork. I'm told since it's AAA that I need to call them. Call AAA, and I'm told they can process the request, but it may be a few weeks to get a copy. AAA provided me with the reference number for the tow and said Loyal Towing should be able to provide the paperwork if I give them the reference number. I go to LT's office and provide the reference number and am told by a "manager" he can't give it to me. He rudely asked me if I got a text from AAA on the day of the tow confirming the tow request. When I said "yes", he said "there's your documentation". This company is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't care unless you are a "paying customer". If you have a roadside service and get Loyal Towing, BE CAREFUL!! Based on other reviews I'm glad they didn't need to hold my car overnight. We called AAA Roadside for a tow on a Friday night and even with the almost 3-hour response time that it took from initial request to the AAA rep to tow truck arrival, which is not the fault of our tow driver and is not the scope of this review anyhow, we were very very pleased with the services provided by Elijah the driver who was our hero and was one of the best tow drivers we've ever worked with in our 30+ years as members of AAA/CSAA. He not only helped to diagnose the issue, he offered to perform basic services that allow the vehicle to be driven to a safe location.
